big day - Palo Verde truly understood our vision, listened to us, collaborated with us, and delivered above our expectations. We worked with Palo Verde on bud vases for dinner tables, bar arrangements, bouquets, boutonnières, aisle arrangements and a disco ball arrangement for our after party that helped transform the space into the party destination of our dreams. Dianna was extremely understanding of and willing to work within our budget and we seriously were so impressed with what she was able to put together within our means. Not to mention, she is just the sweetest and coolest person!! Her understanding of our hi-desert venue - the sun, the wind, and the location overall really led the curation of the florals and everything held up over the course of the day beautifully. We were so happy to work with a local vendor that really "got it". Thank you Dianna and team!!

any aspects of the event, including forgetting some of the flowers agreed upon, neglecting to display a welcome sign, forgetting to move parts of the ceremony set up into the reception, not coordinating the serving of specified wine pairings, leaving the event early wihout checking in with us amongst other things. She was many times nowhere to be found during the wedding, and multiple guests commented on the bad attidute she and her assistant had. After the wedding we tried to discuss some type of compensation back to us due to the issues we experieinced with her lack of coordination, and we were met with complete lack of accoutabliy from her, and she even accused us of harassing her, which was totally ridiculous. I would be very caitious in hiring this company to work on your event. They're very unprofessional.

r team seemed really inexperienced, she was often nowhere to be found when we noticed issues, a few things went missing, she left before the servers she was supposed to be overseeing without saying goodbye to us, and we received complaints about her and her team from other vendors. When we followed up with her after the wedding to address things that went wrong she refused to take any responsibility. She lashed out at us, accused us of harassing her with our email, and threatened us with legal action. She’s extremely unprofessional and irrational. I wouldn’t wish my experience on any other brides. Overall our wedding was incredible, but my one regret is hiring Dianna for day of coordination. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

reativity, and hard work — it’s unbelievable all that they can accomplish (our wedding was 120 people, in the middle of the desert at a bare bones venue where most of the amenities needed to be carted in!) We didn’t have to worry about anything once it kicked off. As an individual, Dianna is truly delightful to interact with. You will feel very supported and she has a great vibe. Her planning style is pretty fluid and open rather than super regimented and this style fit for us because we still wanted to be very involved, especially on the creative stuff. Importantly, she is local to the Joshua Tree area and understands the venues, the landscape, and the people, so you will be in good hands. We can’t imagine having worked with anyone else!
