PAMKAKES is a small cake shop with large reputation for great looking and delicious tasting cakes. We opened our doors in January 2007 and have been serving more and more new customers every day. We had an amazing cake for our wedding that needed an expert to design all the intricate details of the leaves, flowers, apples, the wooden tree, carvings, and all layers, and Aimee from Pamcakes was the perfect person to do this for us. She also designed a second groom's cake on the same day, which featured a map of the world on it in gold and white. Both turned out so beautifully and many of our guests photographed them and even told us that it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. The right combination of flavors, moistness, thickness, etc. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for a wedding cake or any other celebration. Aimee was incredible to work with. I showed her a picture of something I was interested in and had a phone consultation and sent pictures of my bouquet. She brought the cake to the venue 2 hours before our starting time and it was all set up and ready to go!! She offered to get the cake topper for me or said I could bring it with me, which is what I ended up doing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The cake was absolutely delicious. The cake was perfectly moist, the frosting wasn’t too sweet, and the ratio of icing to cake was perfect.

After meeting with several vendors on the hunt for the PERFECT cake - I was at the end of my rope until we met Aimee from Pamcakes. She spent a great deal of time with me - discussing complimentary flavors, the option of a grooms cake etc. She was able to create EXACTLY what I envisioned and my cake - the taste was to die for! I highly recommend Aimee and Pamcakes for any special event. But for brides, she understands the stress and pressure and is always a joy to deal with. Aimee was the best vendor we used and we plan to use her for events in the future.

Aimee was absolutely amazing to work with. We showed her pictures of what we were looking for with our wedding cake and different flavors and she made it happen. It looked even more beautiful than I thought it would (better than the pictures we showed her)! It wasn’t just beautiful but tasted AMAZING! We got a chocolate ganache iced cake (so good!) with chocolate peanut butter and red velvet inside. She made the prettiest big sunflowers all up the cake as well. We also got mini champagne cupcakes since all her flavors were so good that we couldn’t decide on just one!! Could not be happier with everything!

Aimee was great from start to finish. We came in not knowing what we wanted for our wedding cake. She was able to make the cake simple but still aligning with our rustic theme. We recieved so many compliments on how great the cake tasted. The almond cake with raspberry filling was a complete hit!

Aimee Dotson is fantastic to work with! She perfectly envisioned what we wanted and we and our guests love it! We also had a crazy request that the cake was funfetti flavoring and a fancy design on top. It’s my husband’s favorite and apparently a ton of guests loved it too! She was easy to work with, reasonably priced, gets back to you quickly and even delivered everything to the venue for us. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is hard but she made the cake ordering easy! Thanks again!

Our cake came out exactly like our vision. Pamkakes took the time to discuss what kind of cake and design we wanted and we had a tasting of three different flavors. We decided to have a four tier cake with only the bottom being real and sheet cake in the back so the venue could cut the cake later in the night. After the tasting we decided to have three different flavors of cake for our guests! Our cake looked beautiful and our guests loved all three flavors we chose. Thanks again pamkakes the day wouldn’t have been as perfect without you!!!

Aimee from Pankakes is absolutely amazing! She made us a five tier wedding cake and only the bottom layer was real. The other four layers were styrofoam. We had sheet cakes in the back of four different flavors and every one tasted delicious. Our family and friends raved about how great the cake looked and tasted! We couldn't be happier with her work!!

Our cake was both delicious and beautiful. We had a couple ask where we got our cake so that they could have as good of a cake at theirs. We are convinced that there is nobody better in the area!

I decided to have a cupcakes for my wedding reception because it was outside and we had over 130 people there. Pamkakes is awesome!! Not only did they provide as many cupcakes as I needed, they were beautifully decorated, reasonably priced and tasted amazing! They were all done by the end of the night! Thank you Pamkakes! Highly recommended.

Pamkakes was wonderful! We were very pleased with the quality, service and taste of Pamkakes! We had ordered our wedding cake, groom's cake and a birthday cake for my Husband's father from her. She had made the cakes to our specifications and they looked and tasted wonderful! She was so nice to work with, in person and on the phone. Our guests were just as pleased with our cakes as we were. It was a little on the pricey side but we would definitely recommend Pamkakes to anyone!

Our original cake vendor went out of business a few months before the wedding and Pamkakes was luckily able to squeeze us in. We designed our cake with Pamela from Pamkakes. She did a fantastic job! The cake looked so amazing and when we sampled all of the flavors we were interested in they were all so delicious! The only hang up I had is that the day of our wedding there were several other cakes being delivered and our cake was probably one of the first to be delivered that day. Our venue was a tented-in patio and by the time the cake was served it was kind of dry but still delicious. I would recommend Pamkakes for their high level of design expertise and professionalism which can be hard to find in this area.

I absolutely loved our wedding cake! Pamkakes did a great job creating the weddding cake of my dreams. I had no idea what kind of cake I wanted, but Pam sat with me and put my ideas into reality to create the most beautiful cake for our wedding. I would highly recommend Pamkakes for any occasion!

Pamkakes gave me the perfect wedding cake! Pam was able to create the exact cake I had envisioned. The cake tasted fantastic - we received so many compliments on both the look and taste of the cake. Pam was able to work within my budget, and was able to give us a great value for our money. I would HIGHLY recommend her!!
