I couldn't be more satisfied with Pampas. Sanda was always available and prompt in her responses. She bended over backwards to make what I wanted happen, even if that meant disag...
reeing with my Mom! Even though she is ridiculously busy, I felt like I was her number one (and I'm sure I wasn't). Chef Nikki was the coolest! She knows her stuff! And she is such an amazing cook. Everything she makes simply melts in your mouth.
I didn't have a wedding coordinator, but Sanda definitely stepped up and took that role. She coordinated with the DJ to make everything happen in time, she thought of all of the small details that I didn't even think about, and she knew about the etiquette of the night- something I didn't have a clue about. She was, at the same time, super flexible about my untraditional desires.
*People are still talking about the food from my wedding*
All in all, DO IT DO IT DO IT! I promise you won't be let down.
