Mariah and her team were absolutely amazing!! I was nervous going into my trial and while I had ideas about the “vibe” I wanted I didn’t know what to exactly would look best on me. Mariah seriously nailed it. She completely understand what I wanted and did my bun 3 times to get it just perfect at the trial. Then at the wedding it was just as amazing! Not just my hair and makeup but also each of my bridesmaids. Mariah and her team aren’t just great at hair and makeup though, they were also such a pleasure to have on my wedding day. They were so fun and so nice and helped make my day as magical as it was. It wouldn’t have been the same without them! If I could travel to get my hair done with Mariah a few times a year, I 100% would (unfortunately Boston is a little far though…).

Jami was so fun & easy to work with! I don't wear a lot of makeup typically and wanted to make sure I still looked like myself. She had me feeling so beautiful and confident on my big day. Her assistant, Stevie, also did an incredible job. All of my bridesmaids, moms, and flower girls were so pleased with their makeup looks. Would 100% hire Pampered & Pretty again!

Pampered and Pretty was the absolute dream team. I am beyond grateful that I booked them for my wedding day hair and makeup as well as for my bridesmaids, mom, and mother of the groom hair and makeup too! I knew I wanted a natural look when it came to my makeup and after showing Kara and Chelsea photos of my hair and makeup inspiration at my trial, they truly took my vision and ran with it. I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day, thanks to Kera and Chelsea and the Pampered and Pretty team. I have to admit, as someone who loves a natural look and does not wear a lot of makeup in general, I was nervous. However, the girls executed my vision even better than I could have imagined and articulated myself. My bridal party, mom, and mother of the groom all were so impressed with their hair and makeup as well and so so happy with their final looks, which was awesome to hear and see. The Pampered and Pretty team was also very organized and on-time and handled all 11 of us within about a 4 hour window on our wedding day - truly amazing! So glad we found this amazing team of girls for our wedding! I could not have imagined my day without them.

Pampered and pretty was the best hair/make up I could ever ask for as a bride! I got married a couple Sundays ago in Charleston and this company was by FAR the easiest vendor and best vendor to work with. They made the hair/make up trial effortless and my wedding day beyond effortless. They are punctual, quick to reply to emails, VERY helpful with hair/make up questions or any Charleston questions at all! Their pricing is really good considering their level of professionalism. Jami & Mariah do the emailing and reply to you so fast and address all questions/concerns- and I know how busy this company is considering they book up SO fast. The staff is so friendly and fun to talk to when they are doing your hair/make up also! Jami did my wedding make up and Jane did my wedding hair- they also did my trial as well. They are by far the best hair and make up duo I have ever had in my entire life or with any wedding party I have ever been in!!! My own bridesmaids even want to hire them for out of town for their own weddings now!! If you want to look perfect on your wedding day and use a vendor that makes wedding planning beyond easy, use Pampered and Pretty! I cannot thank them enough for everything!

Hire Mariah and her team! They were an absolute pleasure to work with! I barely wear make up on a daily basis so my biggest fear was not looking like myself! I also have curly hair, and wanted to make sure we kept my curls for the wedding day. Mariah took all my requests for the "natural look" and turned it into my "glam wedding" look. I felt so beautiful and like myself which was the most important thing to me! All my girls looked amazing as well and we were all done early on the wedding day! Prior to the wedding day Mariah provided us a timeline of when each bridesmaid would have their service completed! It made for a very time efficient and organized morning!

Myself and my bridal party are not very big make up people and I was so scared of not looking like myself for my wedding but the ladies at pampered and pretty had me feeling like perfection for my big day! My mom and I did a trial with Jami and Kera prior to the wedding and I would highly recommend. They were patient with us making small corrections and playing with different looks to achieve exactly what we wanted. My girls looked absolutely flawless and I loved how the girls helped to bring out their natural beauty! During our first look, my husband said, “wow. I had such a great experience with Pampered and Pretty! Jami made the scheduling and planning part so easy. As I saw in many reviews, I agree that the contract was very straight forward and not confusing at all and seemed like the prices were fair. When I met Mariah during my trial run she definitely took the reins and I loved that. I definitely am not a makeup girl so when I told her I wanted something natural but with a little glow, she hit it spot on. I was in love with my look at the trial and then on my wedding day it was even more perfect. Mariah's crew that she brought with were all so amazing and fun. It was so convenient having them come to us since we had such a big group of girls. Having Mariah and Jami for hair and makeup were the perfect start to a perfect day. I had met with Mariah prior to the wedding for a hair & makeup trial. As an indecisive person, I showed Mariah a few similar hairstyles I really liked and she was able to take those ideas and make it into something even better suited for me. I absolutely loved how my hair and makeup turned out on the wedding day and my mom & sister were so happy with how theirs turned out too!

Mariah and Jami were absolutely amazing. They both did a phenomenal job. I was beyond pleased, as was everyone in my bridal party. I easily showed them both pictures of what I wanted and they did an awesome job recreating it. I got soooo many compliments on my hair and makeup. They were punctual, polite, and calm which was perfect for me as the anxious bride. Having flowers that I brought for Mariah to put in my hair was no problem at all either. I seriously cannot stress enough how blown away I was by their work. You should not even question if you should hire them or not!! PS if you're debating falsies...do it! :)

Mariah and her team were so great to work with! Communication before the wedding day was always super timely and the portal they work in helped me was so easy to work in. On the day of the wedding, Mariah, Jami, and Chelsea all kept us right on schedule and did an amazing job :) I LOVED my hair and makeup and all of my bridesmaids looked beautiful!

They are really excellent at hair and makeup! I little less than 5 stars because I felt like she was a rushed on my hair and makeup (she came from another client) and it wasn't quite as perfect as it was for the trail. The other thing would be the cost (for myself, but especially for my bridesmaids - it was quite a bit more for them than most of the hair/makeup I have paid for as a bridesmaid, even in pricey cities)

Mariah and her team did an awesome job! I had 9 bridesmaids and other members of the wedding party that wanted to get services done, so they had their hands full. They were organized, kept everything on schedule and produced beautiful and natural hair and makeup. Would recommend!

It was fabulous experience working with Mariah of Pampered and Pretty! Starting with our engagement photos, she was clear with emails and expectations and great with attention to detail. In terms of my look - I loved it! It's hard to pull off a natural, not "too overdone" beat, and she nailed it! On my wedding day, my bridal party looked absolutely gorgeous and everything could not have run more on time! Her team was doing glam for 14 people and Mariah stuck to our schedule to a T. Everyone was finished and looked beautiful with time to spare! I would definitely recommend working with Mariah and her team!

The Pampered & Pretty team is so wonderful! Not only did they do a great job with my wedding hair and makeup (and my entire wedding party's hair and makeup), but they are fun, efficient, and professional. I loved working with Mariah and her team! She made all of my bridesmaids, my mother, and I feel so beautiful for my wedding day! My hair and makeup looked even better than I had originally expected! Where do I even begin? Everything about this vendor was amazing. From the time I planned my trial to my wedding day Mariah and her team were on their A-game. I looked like a model, they enhanced all my features and I looked like a natural beauty! I would pick them over and over and over again. They made all my girls and especially my mom feel beautiful, and for that I am truly thankful! They are very professional, and I would highly recommend! I’m not the best at communicating what I want, so I’m incredibly grateful for her patience and direction! Also: this girl knows her stuff. You can tell that she is truly passionate about beauty and is up to date on all the best products, bridal trends, Pinterest worthy hair/makeup, etc. Also, my mom’s makeup was so stunning I cry every time I see the pictures. Thank you for making us both feel like beauty queens!! Mariah, I know I’m already married but please do my makeup again next time we’re in Charleston :) Ladies, if you want the best of the best, look no further!

I used Pampered and Pretty for wedding hair and makeup for both myself (the bride) and my MOH. Our Pampered and Pretty stylist did an excellent job with both of us! I would highly recommend making a trial appointment in addition to using their day-of services - I really enjoyed getting to know my stylist and really appreciated the peace of mind that came with having a test run where we could discuss tastes and potential adjustments. While they are currently a mobile service only, I did learn that they are preparing a studio space in West Ashley to provide a greater scope of services to brides and bridal parties. I would definitely recommend contacting Pampered and Pretty for your day-of hair and makeup!

Mariah did an amazing job on my wedding hair and makeup! She is super talented and knew exactly my style and what I wanted for my wedding day. She also makes it super easy and includes tip in the price and you can pay her via Venmo. The only thing I wish I had done was have her stay for touch ups after my first look. The first look was super emotional and of course crying didn't help my makeup. I forgot to bring makeup with me to the bridal suite to touch myself up which was a big mistake. So if you have room in your budget make sure to pay for her to do touch ups, otherwise bring your own makeup for touch ups. Highly recommend Mariah for makeup and hair!

Mariah and the Pampered and Pretty team, I cannot be more AMAZED! Pampered and Pretty were our makeup and hair stylist for our wedding in Hilton Head Island on 11/3/18. Our wedding was a destination for us and our family and friends, as we live up north in NJ. Because we live so far away, I wasn’t able to do a makeup and hair trial before the wedding and honestly, I didn’t even need one. Mariah was able to create the look I was going for right from pictures I showed her the morning of the wedding! Her team made the morning go so smoothly and we were right on schedule throughout the day. My bridal party looked gorgeous! Makeup was so flawless and flattering and all of the girls hair was so beautiful! They were all so happy with the styling! I never felt more beautiful than how I looked on my wedding day! I would highly recommended Pampered and Pretty!

Wow did Mariah and her team make me feel like a beautiful bride on my big day! Mariah came to do a trial run a few months before the wedding and I instantly felt like my most beautiful self. She understood what I wanted in terms of hair and makeup. I had a headpiece I was unsure on how to use and she showed me different variations till I found the style I loved the most. Mariah made a point to get to know me and my husband and took her time during my trial. On the big day it was no different. Mariah and her team were prompt and efficient. I had a large bridal party and we were all well pampered. The size of my bridal party was never an issue. I am still so in love with my wedding hair and makeup and got so many complaints! Mariah and her team were absolutely fantastic and I want another reason to get my hair and makeup done again and again!

What words can I even use for this amazing woman! Mariah is AMAZING - in so many ways! My wedding was supposed to be in September, but due to Hurricane Florence was pushed back till October. She was SUPER flexible and made the new date work, but we no longer had a chance to do a trial a few days prior to the wedding like we had planned originally (I live out of town so was trying to save a trip down there). She gave me FLAWLESS hair, and EXACTLY what I wanted despite never having a trial. My hair is bone straight and NEVER holds a curl, especially outside in the humidity, and she somehow gave me the incredible hair of my dreams, and exactly what I wanted for my day. She put extensions in for me, (even gave them a trim!) and gave me a wavy, boho, down style that lasted from 2:30 till 10:30 pm. Whats more, I had a floral crown that was delivered late, and she stayed long past when she needed to ensure she could put the floral crown in just right - at the risk of being late for a personal appointment (luckily she made it on time!). I wish there were more words for this amazing woman! She was fun and easy to work with, and kept things stress free! I have never felt more beautiful than she made me feel, and hair was the number one thing I cared about when it came to my look. I HIGHLY recommend her for any wedding! LOVE her!

If you're looking for the perfect natural and dewy bridal face, look no further. Mariah was absolutely amazing and nailed exactly the look I was going for for my small beach elopement. I walked down the aisle feeling like an enhanced version of myself , even my groom who typically prefers me with no make-up was in awe of how natural and beautiful I looked. Mariah was on-time, organized, made sure we were on the same page as far as the look we were going for, and explained everything she was doing step-by-step. It felt like she was just another girlfriend and we were having a relaxing girls day. She even answered questions about daily make-up routines, making recommendations that I have since put into place and am IN LOVE with how my face looks.

Mariah was great with my wedding party! She was very flexible with the order we went in, and she kept her cool when one of my bridesmaids had to fly in day-of and faced flight delays. Mariah was absolutely wonderful to work with. She stepped in for me at the last minute when my out of town makeup artist cancelled on me! Mariah got me in for a trial the week of my wedding and was able to travel up to Conway to my wedding site with her assistant to do hair and makeup for my ten bridesmaids, my mom, and myself on my big day. Mariah is an absolute rockstar. I could tell from her initial email response to me that we were going to get along so well ! When I finally met her in person for the hair trial - I knew I had chosen the right girl for the job - her personality calms you right down and her smile is incredibly contagious! I have shoulder length hair but wanted long luscious locks for my wedding day - Mariah sent me in the right direction for ordering the extensions, helped me choose the best colour for my hair, and then applied them flawlessly. I was also specific that my makeup be very natural and have a " dewy" appearance and then she nailed that too! I was so nervous on the morning of my wedding but Mariah made my MOH and I laugh the whole morning during wedding prep. Chelsea was also a fabulous addition - doing the makeup for my mom, mother-in-law and my MOH. I must say they were all so pleased with how it turned out ! Looking back through the pictures from that day - I cannot say enough amazing things about how Mariah made me look and feel - from day to night my hair and makeup were perfection ( and this was a wedding in the south in August!). Lucky to have had such a talented gal work her magic on me on the biggest day of my life - but also to have made a new friend. If you have the opportunity to book Mariah and her team for your day - definitely do it !

Seriously, stop looking for anyone else or comparing prices of makeup artists and just hire Mariah. My makeup was absolutely perfect, fit my style (more natural), and made me feel like a queen all day. I've never felt more beautiful. She even mixed me a custom coral lip color that matched my bouquet (and gave me a mini touch up for later in the night!)! She also did some of my bridesmaids hair/makeup and it held up all day in Charleston humidity in June on the beach. Beyond impressive! I also want to note I was one of those brides that tried to cut costs everywhere and was not going to hire a makeup artist at all. My friend told me about Mariah and I hired her even though I didn't think I really needed one. I WAS WRONG. I would hire Mariah ten times over and give her all my money. So, stop looking for other artists and just HIRE HER! :) - p.s. she's funny and quirky and awesome too

Mariah & Olivia were amazing!!! They outdid themselves for my wedding. They did hair & makeup for my entire bridal party! (7 ladies!!) Mariah, Jami and Chelsea made us (9 bridesmaids/Mother of the Bride/Mother of the Groom) feel so beautiful. This entire team was amazing! The entire booking process was a breeze (very important to me because planning a wedding is...INSANE). Our hair/makeup was flawless - we felt comfortable and great about ourselves. The P&P team is professional, personable (also very important on your wedding day...it was like all 15 of us were friends forever) and efficient! I would recommend this team 1000% times if I could. We had a trial earlier in the summer and she was super understanding and accommodating when my mom, sister, and sister's bf showed up with me since we were visiting Charleston from Atlanta. Mariah and her 2nd artist Chelsea contributed SO MUCH to the relaxed, joyful vibes during the getting ready part of the wedding day. Not only did I feel and look the best I ever have, so did all of the women in my family! The makeup and hair stayed in place through that night and I'm so happy with the photos of myself mostly due to her! Mariah is insanely talented, an awesome person, and I wish nothing but happiness and success for her and her business. Seriously - look NO FURTHER. BOOK HER.
