Pancho's Taqueria and Mexican Cafe

Pancho’s is an affordable, fun and delicious option for a wedding meal! My son and his fiancé wanted an authentic and fresh taco bar for their backyard wedding, and we certainly got that with Pancho’s. We were able to order trays of specific meats and sides, as well as some ala carte items, and opt to provide other items on our own. Their homemade tortillas, birria, carnitas, rice and beans were a hit!! As we were deciding what to serve, Frank was very helpful to explain things clearly and tell me about the different options we had, and was timely in responding to emails and calls. My friends, who were setting up and handling the food on the wedding day, were so impressed and delighted with the service, timeliness and how great Frank was to work with. They mentioned that he patiently allowed them to check the order and make sure everything was there and that he helped them through the details of how to keep things warm and best serve the food. Many, many of our guests mentioned how delicious the food was and we couldn’t agree more!
