Being that I was 30 minutes late to the alter Judy allowed another wedding party to rehearsal their event at the alter putting me and my wedding party on hold informing me that it was my fault because I was late. Our contract has us paying or 2 hours! This led to a cascade of issue that significantly impacted our special day. The lack of attention to detail, blame put on bride, and failure to prioritize our event left us feeling neglected and disheartened. Our wedding day should have been a joyous, and intimate occasion, but due to these issues, it turned into a stressful and hurtful experience. My hope is that future couples won't have to endure the same challenges.

We had the rehearsal dinner the night before & everything was perfect & tasty. I felt like a guest even my own event! Hunter made the planning process so easy & was always available for any questions we had. The views are breathtaking. The bridal suite is spacious & had plenty of room for us to get ready in. Paniolo Ranch also offered us a spacial and lovely bridal suite and grooms suite. Not only was the venue perfect but what truly made it AMAZING was Hunter! We booked our venue in January of 2021. Between Jan 2021 to the day before our wedding in Oct 2022 Hunter was VERY communicative! It made our experience PERFECT! He also let us view the venue whenever we needed to! Which helps when trying to figure out decor, etc. I wish I could leave 100 stars for Paniolo Ranch! We loved it here! It made our wedding day PERFECT!

aking out trying to find a venue last minute. When I first contacted them Hunter was fantastic and super helpful! They gave me all the information needed in a matter of hours, we were already emailing back and forth. I had a venue tour scheduled relatively quickly and they were super flexible with the day and timeline! The day before the wedding Hunter opened the venue for us to set up and was there for anything we needed. He is also on property the day of to ensure everything runs smoothly. My experience was so un stressful and made my planning so much more fun! I highly recommend them!

Brenda then met us at the reception hall telling us how busy she is and that the vendor should have known already where to drop things off at. Yes, we are all busy on my wedding day. Later on Brenda rudely told my cousin and bridesmaids during our cocktail hour that they had to get all of our things out of the bridal suite at that very moment since we didn't rent that specific suite for the night. Even though we had rented out all of the B&Bs. They all had to rush and get everything as we're preparing to go into our reception. If that was the case, that should have been calmly communicated to all of us before the wedding even began. Not minutes before our reception was to begin. At the end of the night there was also confusion and different communications on where we should have our things for the getaway limo. Even arguing in front of my husband and I. Other than those very frustrating moments, we had a great night.

Paniolo is located near Boerne Texas, with great food and drinks and shopping. Venue offers a cooked dinner and massage as part of the wedding package. We really did not want to check out after our amazing stay. This place makes you feel at home.

venue is so beautiful and well kept. We barely needed any decorations because the venue in and of itself spoke so much character. Hunter was extremely helpful and friendly. The wedding day went so smooth and we got so many comments about how pretty the venue was. We stayed overnight in the bridal suite which was super convenient and very accommodating. If you are looking for an affordable venue for a smaller wedding with a botanical garden feel; this venue is for you. Can't express how thankful we are to have stumbled across this one after looking at so many others!

Not to mention, she has quite a few bed & breakfast available for plenty guests. You do not have to worry about traveling before or after your wedding. It is very convenient for not only the couple, but bridal party. My wedding dream came true at the Paniolo Ranch. My husband and I wanted to plan a wedding in 6 months and everything fell into place beautifully. The service from Judy was spectacular , she reassured me time and time again not to worry about a thing, she has plenty of experience and knows her stuff :) Paniolo Ranch was the first and only place my Husband and I visited when looking for a venue. You won't regret a single thing. In fact, my family loved it so much they are planning a mini get away and will go back to stay at her ranch.

The reception hall does too as it has an amazing glass wall/door that can open. They are incredibly amazing and kind at Paniolo Ranch! My husband and I finally tied the knot on September 25, 2021, after having to postpone our wedding due to Covid and the risk concern for our loved ones. This obviously complicated things as we had to reschedule everything, but Judy was so kind and worked closely with us in order to provide us with a day that we loved and enjoyed so much! Judy and Kathy were incredible to work with as we got closer to the wedding day and even worked with me when I decided to change the table decorations a month before the wedding... but in the end, the decorations were everything I wanted! Kathy had sent me a photo a few days prior to us heading to the Ranch for the weekend and it made mine and my husband’s day to see our vision come together. We had been nervous wrecks because we currently live in Colorado and couldn’t be as hands-on as we would’ve liked to be, so receiving Kathy’s picture provided us with so much relief and the ability to relax. They worked incredibly hard to see our vision through! We also reserved the Airbnb's for the weekend (Friday – Sunday) and they were perfect for our bridal party and family members that wanted to stay on the ranch. We were able to have our rehearsal dinner in one of the Airbnb’s and my mom and grandma cooked breakfast the morning of in one of them. The bridesmaids were able to stay comfortably in one of the houses and so were the groomsmen so my husband and I could have our “bachelor night” the night before and relax with friends we don’t see as often anymore. My husband and I also booked the bridal suite for our wedding night so we could head straight upstairs to sleep which was perfect for us! The food and cake were amazing also! We had so many people tell us they loved the food and cake which Judy and her team cooked and prepared! Overall, we had a great experience and Judy was super helpful in making the day run smoothly!

From there we went to the Pineapple House for our 2 night stay. We loved our accommodations, lots of fresh towels, big shower, hot tub out in the back patio, comfortable bed, cozy sheets, refrigerator full of fruit, orange juice, bottled water, scrambled eggs, pumpkin bread, and croissant breakfast sandwiches. We had 3 fresh flower arrangements in our house that was soft and welcoming. We walked around the property and just sat and took in the breathtaking views. Beautiful country and gorgeous facility nestled in the hill county. Judy took care of every large and small detail of our wedding ceremony and dinner. She took the photos, made my bouquet, and made the most delicious dinner you can’t get anywhere! Jumbo shrimp and avocado appetizers, beautiful salad with her homemade blue cheese dressing, a steak that would melt in your mouth and seasoned to perfection, with steamed vegetables, loaded baked potato, rolls, butter, and a beautiful strawberry filled wedding cake! I cannot imagine a more perfect place for us to start our live together as husband and wife, in the presence of God, in His great outdoors surrounded by His beautiful creation! We are ready to go back and have already decided to make it a tradition to spend time with Judy at Paniolo Ranch!

Extras we paid for was the photo booth, rented out the bridal suite, and for our dogs to stay at the Ohana house since they were in the wedding. Also, gratuity was $900, which I included in the total (when all is said and done, trust, it’s a well deserved gratuity). All we needed to pay outside of the package on our own was a DJ, our dresses, and a photographer. We both work 60-80 hours a week, so we needed a package that would take the heavy lifting off of us when it came to planning the wedding. We also needed a venue that would work with us from out of town (we live 7 hours from Paniolo). My wife and my work schedule conflicts so we actually fully paid for our venue before we even toured it. It sounds risky, but they answered all our questions and their website had enough pictures for us to plan the lodging. We came across Paniolo Ranch from The Knot. I’m so glad we went with Paniolo because our family loved the experience. They had a fun time swimming in the pool, barbecuing, canoeing, jumping from the dock into the lake, relaxing on lawn chairs taking in the view, the spa’s massage, chatted in the jacuzzi, chatting around the gardens, seeing wildlife like deer and baby armadillos, and going for morning walks around the area. Plus, we hardly had to lift a finger on our wedding day. All I really had to do was get in my wedding dress and Judy and her family made sure our big day went smoothly. I was able to fully enjoy it. The food was great, we had a good time dancing and singing karaoke. They went above and beyond for us!

rooms were always freshened up. It felt like my long last country home due to the amazing food. me and my husband wish we new of this place for our wedding and we plan on coming back just for a weekend getaway. Love the country charm.

The officiant was great and hosts were all super nice and helpful. We stayed in the “Pineapple Room” and that was another 5 star experience. Huge comfortable bed and your own outdoor area complete with jacuzzi, grill, etc. Simply the most beautiful grounds set in a tranquil area that can’t be beat!

I am so thankful to have gotten this package as it made planning from out of state so much less stressful. It included a buffet dinner with chicken shrimp pork and pasta and salad. It was honestly delicious and just as good if not better than if we would have hired an outside caterer! Judy also made the cake which was DELICIOUS! And let me tell you, if you book this package do not worry your wedding details are in great hands with Judy and her team. For one, Judy just has fantastic taste in decor, and really has an eye for rustic wedding aesthetics. She really made everything turn out beautiful. We also decided to book out the entire B&B for the weekend so that our wedding party and family could stay on property and make it easier for everyone. And of course I would be remiss if I didnt mention how breathtakingly beautiful the entire property is!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop to our special day.

The background to our ceremony was to die for, the wedding cake was scrumptious, and the champagne was awesome (I normally don’t even like it but we demolished almost the whole bottle just my now husband and I). We had a fabulous steak dinner in the main house after a awesome massage that made my husband change his opinion on “why would you pay that much for a massage?”. Being from 14 hours away I had no idea who to call for my hair or my pictures and Miss Judy hooked me up! With our ceremony on a Sunday and most salons closed that day, she found someone who could not only do it, but do what I wanted and made it look AMAZING. If I’d have known a place like this existed when we got engaged, we wouldn’t have even tried to plan a wedding back home. Can’t wait to see our pictures and I’ve been telling everyone who will listen, “go get married at the Paniolo. Thank me later.” Anything you need, they’ll hook you up with it.

our wedding. Since our wedding was small, we had dinner inside the main house, which Judy's team did a wonderful job decorating. We had the steak dinner listed on their website and it was phenomenal. I had several guests say it was the best wedding dinner they'd ever had. Our package also included a couples massage and seriously, best massage ever. I'm pretty ticklish and usually can't relax during a massage but I was almost falling asleep. So overall, ranch is gorgeous, food is fantastic and the staff are great!
