Paola Community Center is a wedding reception venue located in Paola, KS. Ultimately, the building fell into disrepair but it was greatly refurbished in the mid-1980s and again in 2009. Today, it sits proudly on 26 acres as a property where activities, social events, and remarkable milestones can take place in style. Prior to the all-important ceremony, select members of the wedding party are welcome to prepare on site. The Gilman room offers luxury and seclusion for trying on attire, making outfit alterations, and taking a moment to relax before the whirlwind occasion begins. This former green room includes a mirror, lounge furniture, and even a vintage piano. For intimate “I do” occasions, the Ambassador room would certainly be fitting as it can accommodate up to 20 people. All manner of ceremonies can take place here, meaning that to-be-weds can become newlyweds in the same location as they enjoy their reception revelries. The International room has the capacity to welcome approximately 225 people, and it would certainly be a fitting function area for a buffet-style dining experience. Additionally, the impressive Schwartz Family Theater is also available at Paola Community Center. This majestic ceremony site can host 299 people with ample seating so that everyone has a good vantage point for a truly unmissable moment.
