We used Papa Joe's to cater our wedding. Their food was delicious and their cakes were to die for. Amanda and Kristan are wonderful angels who go beyond and above the call of duty....

They stepped in and helped save our wedding when there was an issue with a different vendor. Their servers were sweet and paid special attention to our elderly guests. Mark in floral was very flexible in working with me. He was one of the few florists we could find who was willing to put fake flowers in my bouquet. Papa Joe's also catered the party afterwards. My Texas family was impressed by the quality of their BBQ, which is not an easy accomplishment. I could not recommend them enough! They were so easy to work with!

a few random pictures I had sent to him. What he made for us, were exactly what I had envisioned, its like he got into my head! The value is incomparable. Mark did our entire tables-cape and centerpieces for the 25 table reception, plus my bouquet, 5 smaller bouquets for my bridesmaids, and 19 corsage/boutonnieres for under $4000. UNBEATABLE price for a completely custom LARGE job. I recommend him to everyone I know! The Cake! OOOOOhhhhh the cake! Brittany is the magician in Papa Joe's cake department, and shes got some amazing skills. Once again, she pretty much built our cake to exactly what I saw in my head, without really having much to go on. The cake was flawless, and the flavors were just amazing. We did a small 3 tiered cake, and a TON of cupcakes to feed all our guests, and everyone raved about them both all night. From this point on, anytime I need a cake for anything, I'll be going to her, and NOBODY else! The entire Papa Joe's/La Sala crew are top notch, and I can't say enough good things about them all!!

ever seen. His skill and passion shows with his work, and I cannot even think of one negative thing to say! He took my ideas and turned them into reality, adding in his own artistic spark to create a look that could not be topped. I highly recommend using Mark at Papa Joes for your floral needs.

ter the cake arrived it buckled on the side and was severely leaning. Many people at my wedding pointed it out to me (as if I didnt notice). When I called to complain to Papa Joes the next day, no one even bothered to say sorry. The management was very rude and unhelpful in resloving the situation. They strung me along saying they were going to give me a gift card to compensate me, and finally 3 months later they blamed it on the hall, saying it should have been refrigerated (which if that was the case, they are the ones who set it up and they didnt put it into the refrigerator) and retracted their gift card offer. No one took accountability for the messy, sloppy service that they provided. They admitted to having their assistant make the cake. Why would I hire a gourmet bakery to make my cake, then have an unqualified assistant make it? I paid a gourmet price for a Kroger quality cake. I DO NOT reccommend Papa Joes. In fact I will never shop there again.
