helpful and went above and beyond to provide us all the information we would need. We enjoyed lunch as a family and everything was fantastic from food to service. Once we decided on them, the process was seamless.
There is not enough I can say about this amazing venue. From start to finish everything was amazing. Communication was beyond my expectations, I would call or email Lauren and she always responded in a timely manner. She even came in on her day off to show our family around and go over last minute details to ease my anxiousness.
I have dreams about the food. It was so good and I love looking back at our photos and how everyone had an amazing time with how much attention to detail and care of the staff has put in.
Thank you so much for making our wedding day amazing, for helping us through the entire process and for being amazing people in general. We are so happy that we found you guys and we cannot wait to come back for lunch and anniversaries!

The staff were friendly and welcoming, helping to make our day feel truly special. The food was amazing, and they were very accommodating to one of our guests’ food sensitivities, which we really appreciated. They also helped with setup and made sure every detail was taken care of so we could just enjoy the moment. Papago and specifically their event coordinator, Kelli, are the most down to earth, flexible team in Phoenix. The catering staff prepared an amazing upscale family style BBQ that worked perfectly with the event. The indoor, outdoor space worked seamlessly for dinner on the lawn and dancing (and a light up dance floor) in the pavilion. Kelli made it easy to bring in outside vendors, DJ, lighting, photo booth bus, flowers and decorations. The staff worked extremely hard to make our vision come to life and I could not be more thankful. I would highly recommend this space for anything from a small gathering to wedding to disco!

or you could ask for. She answered every question, listened to every concern and didn't skip around when it came to talking numbers. The contract was very clear and the staff was EXTREMELY accommodating when it came to dropping off items and same day setup. They recently remodeled the bridal suite and it fit all 10 of us comfortably! We still got ready at our hotel, however the space for pre-wedding prep was perfect. (putting on the dress/shoes and dropping purses etc.) While the girls were finishing up final touch ups in the suite, the boys had a bucket of beer and some lawn games to keep them busy before the ceremony started, (the photos of which are PERFECT). Kelli made sure to work with our day of coordinator so they could complement the tasks of the other to make the day seamless for everyone. In addition to a gorgeous event space, the reception area and event staff couldn't have been more amazing. Between the views and the kind staff, everything went flawlessly. The food was so delicious also, there were so many compliments and we couldn't believe how fresh it really was when it all came out. We chose to do family style and it worked very well for the group we had (all very close and have been friends for a long time). Papago golf course has it all, amazing views, good food, incredible staff, and at a reasonable price for high quality. I can't wait to go back for just happy hour and views to reminisce on the best day ever!
