I did not have a good experience with Natalie. I reached out after a friend recommended her to me, and after reaching out it took about a month to get a response back. I got the first quote and I wanted to make some edits, she then took 2 weeks to get back to me, only to tell me that they were only doing jobs over a certain $$ because they were fully booked. It would have been better if from the very beginning they let a customer know what the minimum $ amount is or if they are fully committed. Also, implementing a process where they can respond to queries within 24 hours. I would not recommend her.

Natalia is a pure delight to work with; her designs are exquisite and her lettering styles are gorgeous. She is very detailed oriented and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my Save the Dates. Cannot wait to come back to her for the rest of my wedding stationery needs. :)

Amazing calligrapher, easy to work with and very talented. Would highly recommend!
