Then I finally came across Papel on Etsy and immediately knew this was it! I went with a laser cut tree design folder to hold my invites and individual cards. It was absolutely perfect and I received so many compliments on them! Kate, with Papel, was amazing to work with. She guided me through the process and was always quick to respond. Within 2 or 3 days, (it would have been one day but I was slacking) she had post cards sent out to all my guests. One less thing for this bride to stress about! Kim from Papel was on top of me to get all the information on our invites that I didn't know I would need. They even rescued me a second time when I had realized (at the last minute) that I had forgotten about wedding programs and they took care of it no problem! Everything was done beautifully and at a high quality. She also worked with me when my timeline was significantly rushed. At one point, one of my orders got sidelined/stuck in Texas and was not going to be delivered in time for our wedding. Once notified, Kim jumped on the problem immediately. When the postal service could not guarantee the promised arrival date, she reprinted the entire order and shipped it overnight without any additional cost to me.
