She designed beautiful flowers for our save the dates that then carried over to our actual invitations, everything flowed so perfectly. Like many couples this year, my fiance and I got married during COVID. About a month before we were planning to send out our invites, the country began shutting down, including all of the printers for our invitations. Even with all the craziness, Caitlin worked SO hard to make sure our order was in on time before the printers closed down. She is dedicated, creative and so sweet! We wanted beautiful invitations that have a wow factor but weren’t looking to spend a fortune. to customize the fonts used, having a sample shipped, and ordering the final product. I had the unfortunate experience of having my original shipment become lost by UPS after it was shipped - and Tomai was again incredible in helping address the situation by having another shipment sent out while I was waiting for UPS to investigate where the originals were - even without me asking! Fortunately I'm now able to get these out in a timely manner, thanks to Tomai and her thoughtful actions. Beautiful designs and incredible customer service are the reasons I would withoit any hesitation recommend Paper Heart Company. Thanks again, Tomai!

I definitely recommend this for invitations -- their products are beautiful and they were fantastic to work with (something I've quickly learned matters a lot in the wedding planning process).

This was the easiest purchase I made! Tomai responded quickly and was always super helpful. I was able to receive a proof before I placed my order and the invitations are gorgeous! I can't wait to send the out!

My fiancé and I are obsessed with our invitations! They allow an extra line where you can put registry information or any other information you require. They were very patient with my plethora of questions, and made sure to recommend sending me...

a proof before proceeding with the full order. They offer advice on etiquette when asked, and were quick to correct a minor error with shipping costs on the design error. All in all the process took a few weeks.
