Loved working with the Paper Heart team! I was so happy with the final product for everything (invitation suite, menus, escort cards, etc) and they were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the creative process. I was also so pleasantly surprised with the quality of the paper/materials for the value -- they really helped elevate my wedding and make everything feel super elegant.

Caitlin helped us create our save the dates. wedding invites, and day of signage for out sept 2022 wedding. The entire process was super personalized and we felt like she really brought our vision to life. Honestly, we didn't even know what we wanted, but with Caitlins touch and creativity, we received the most beautiful stationary for our special day. So many of our guests mentioned our invites were the most beautiful they had ever received! After losing my job 3 months before our wedding. we had a very tight budget for all of our day of paper & signage. Caitlin created the most beautiful seating chart, menus, table numbers, and welcome sign all while staying within our budget guidelines. So happy we went with Paper Heart Co and will be looking forward to using them for future events!

From the very beginning, working with this business was an absolute pleasure and one of our favorite parts of wedding planning. They designed bespoke invitations for us that perfectly captured the mood and overall theme for our wedding. The wax seal and watercolor envelope lining matched the lake and fall colors of our venue. Guests told us they were blown away when they opened our invite. We loved the logo they created for us so much that we projected it on our dance floor. They also designed gorgeous menus and programs that matched the invites. I highly recommend Paper Heart Company and hope to work with them again on future projects!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Caitlin on our save the dates and wedding invitations! First and foremost, each time my fiance and I walked into her office, it was like we were seeing a friend we had known for years! Caitlin is so personable and so easy to talk to. On top of that, she has an amazing eye for the colors and designs that work well together. She designed beautiful flowers for our save the dates that then carried over to our actual invitations, everything flowed so perfectly. Like many couples this year, my fiance and I got married during COVID. About a month before we were planning to send out our invites, the country began shutting down, including all of the printers for our invitations. Even with all the craziness, Caitlin worked SO hard to make sure our order was in on time before the printers closed down. She is dedicated, creative and so sweet! A Dream To Work With! Once I got engaged, I knew exactly who to work with on my invitations and printed materials. She took literally what was in my head and put it on paper. She designed my invitations, custom menus, seating chart, custom menus for stations and signature drink signs that went into frames, as well as my program- a custom printed newspaper- which was a nod to my husband’s love of them. When I found Paper Heart's watercolor pine tree mountain wedding invitations, I knew they'd be perfect for our Oregon mountain wedding. Tomai was flexible and helpful when I discovered the font wasn't to my fiance's liking -- who would have known that's what he'd care about! She was patient and listened to the likes/dislikes until she put together the perfect combination to make us very excited about the big day. I definitely recommend this for invitations -- their products are beautiful and they were fantastic to work with (something I've quickly learned matters a lot in the wedding planning process).

My fiancé and I are obsessed with our invitations! They allow an extra line where you can put registry information or any other information you require. They were very patient with my plethora of questions, and made sure to recommend sending me a proof before proceeding with the full order. They offer advice on etiquette when asked, and were quick to correct a minor error with shipping costs on the design error. All in all the process took a few weeks.

Working with Tomai at Paper Heart Company was seamless. He was quick to respond to my original request for a custom Save the Date magnet. I was paranoid about the image looking blurry since I previously used a major printing website for the same design and it came out awful. Tomai got it looking great and even sent me a sample to approve in person before we went forward with the order. Using a real person who was responsive and understood my concerns was a huge help and personal touch. I would definitely use them again, or recommend to a friend!
