p of everything just making it work. I'm not sure how I'm going to get all my decorations to the venue the morning of my wedding because I can't store them there the night before? That's fine, Krista can swing by my house the morning of to collect all the stuff. My DIY arches wouldn't stand up because they're front heavy and the spikes I supplied wouldn't work? That's ok, they've got fishing wire to keep them standing and you can't even see the wire. I forgot to pack the floating candles to go inside my hurricane vases? They put extra flowers to float in them instead and you can't even tell that it wasn't on purpose. Like I said, a lot went wrong but there was always a solution for everything that worked flawlessly. I didn't have a care in the world on my wedding day and I know for a fact a large part of that is because of this team. No one asked me any questions or needed me for anything, and any time I had an issue all I had to do was look for Krista or Ellie, tell them what's going on, and then immediately go back to having a good time. I've already recommended Krista's team to friends who were looking for a wedding coordinator, and you can bet if I ever throw a vow renewal I'll be hiring them again.

ed so hard to make her life as easy as possible by staying organized. I even made her a detailed power point AND gave her an inventory list, and still she missed quite a few things... She failed to put out the table runners. Small thing to be annoyed about yes, but I spent so much money on those runners and my step mom put them in a box ON TOP of the table cloths... sooo I don't understand how she missed them. When my step mom showed her where they were, she had an attitude about it... If that was all she messed up, then no big deal, but she knew that the most important thing to me was getting as much time on the dance floor as possible. When we were done taking photos before cocktail hour she was nowhere to be found. I had to send someone to get her so we could make our grand entrance. Then she has the table of people who were going to give toasts eat last! My brother asked her over and over why they weren't eating first so they could make their speeches while everyone was lining up to eat... when she finally lets their table go she tells them to hurry and eat so they could get to the speeches... That REALLY cut into dance floor time and we almost missed sunset photos. She also failed to do anything when we ran out of water... didn't bother putting the heaters out until it was FREEZING and I had to tell her assistant to get the heaters out and the blankets out. These things should not have been missed and I wish I hadn't given her such a big tip. She was cheaper than most other wedding coordinators, but I'd advise to spend more to get more. Just pisses me off.

and knows what she’s doing! I was very picky and couldn’t make up my mind or had last minute changes and she just went with it all and made it all happen! I highly recommend!!!

inator is and how essential they are to the flow and success of the wedding or any event for that matter. Bottom line, hire Krista, trust her judgement as she is a pro's pro and does a knock out job!
