Hands down, Gentry is the absolute best. She was with us every step of the way planning a wedding during the pandemic. Her creative genius and attention to detail are unsurpassed. Gentry's focus on customer service never wavered even when she was figuring out how to run her business from home during the pandemic with her vendors, including printers, shutting down. While we were working with her, she also moved her storefront to a new location. She was always there for us - with every change. Gentry helped us create the wording when we had to decrease the number of attendees at the wedding due to the virus and she quickly turned around postcards for us to mail when we lost the church as the ceremony site three weeks prior to the backup wedding date. Every item that we ordered was of the highest quality and just beautiful. We had worked together on this wedding for so long that I was sad when I picked up my last order. For quality, creativity, attention to detail and customer service, Gentry and Paper on the Avenue are the best.

Our experience at Paper on the Avenue was amazing! We had previously visited a different store to look for wedding invitations, and it was so incredibly frustrating, and we sat looking through so many binders with no direction for hours, and it honestly took a while for us to want to go looking again. I am SO glad we found Paper on the Avenue! Gentry was so friendly and knowledgeable about every invitation and the options for customization, and she helped us find exactly what we were looking for! From font colors to wording choices and postage questions, Gentry helped us every step of the way and I would never recommend anyone else.

We originally looked at ordering our invitations through By Invitation Only in Short Pump, what a mistake! They had horrible customer service, and after we spent almost 2.5 hours in there, they lady who helped us never followed up on our order! The best decision we made was checking out Paper On The Avenue. What a wonderful staff! From the minute we walked in to our appointment, they went above and beyond to help create our invitations. They turned our beautiful and we received a TON of compliments on how awesome they were. Ordering was so easy, and the proofing process was quick and thorough. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a great place for invitations and stationery. I plan to use them in the future, without a doubt!

From the moment we met Gentry at a bridal show, she was so sweet and answered every question we had. We narrowed it down to Paper on the Avenue and one other option for our wedding invites. After initial meetings with both places, the best choice was clear. Gentry helped us every step of the way, from picking our invites, to wording them, to addressing them. When I found out soon after sending them out that I was going to need a dozen more for some family members we'd accidentally left out, she was there is a hurry to get those to me. Later on in the process we decided to have Paper on the Avenue take care of our escort cards as well and of course, they were perfect. Thank you SO much to Gentry and everyone else at Paper on the Avenue. You all took the stress out of one aspect of planning a wedding and we will definitely be back to make use of your services again!
