I have an infinite number of nice things to say about Kate at Paper Plane Event Co. but I'll try and summarize here - she's organized, lovely to work with, an excellent communicator and she has great taste. We had full service planning for Kate and it was perfect for us. She was really helpful in the months leading up to the wedding and worth her weight in gold the day of (our venue came with a day-of coordinator and I was SO grateful to have Kate on top of that because without her there would have been additional stress on us and our friends and family). With respect to the planning process, there were some aspects of our wedding that I didn't care that much about and felt overwhelmed by (ex: the way the tables looked) and so I asked Kate if she could take those things off my hands. She absolutely nailed all of it; for example, when she took over the tables, she designed the entire tablescapes, ran pricing, design and rental companies past me (all of it was great and we didn't need to make any adjustments) and made sure everything was procured and set up nicely the day of. It was so nice to have someone I really trusted to pick up the things that I didn't care as much about so I could focus on the things that I did care about and to keep me on track timeline wise while planning. It was also nice to have someone so experienced helping us through this process since neither of us had ever been married or planned a wedding before, it's a big job and ideally only something you do once, so having Kate help us was critical to ensuring the day we poured so much time, energy and money into was perfect. Speaking of, Kate was phenomenal day of - we got a ton of compliments from family and friends after the wedding about how lovely and organized Kate was and how lucky we were to have her. We agree! Thank you so much, Kate! Hopefully neither of us ever get married again, but if we do we will 100% be using your services and to all the brides looking for wedding planning in the Gorge, you should 100% hire Kate & Paper Plane Event Co.!
