She treated me like I was her only client, even though I'm sure she was juggling quite a few. She was available 24/7 via email or phone, and she always got back to me within a few hours. What really impressed me the most about Elaine, was that she truly got to know me throughout the time I worked with her. She was very attentive to the style of my wedding, and who I am as a person, and therefore was able to make great invitation recommendations. She has great connections, that go back several years, with a wide variety of invitation vendors. I would absolutely recommend her to a friend and use her again for my invitation needs! I submitted my list via email and she had the invitations ready for me to put together and mail. She even went so far as counting all the components and put together an example for me to follow with extremely helpful little tricks for reply cards! When it came time for table seating, I again submitted a list and she did the cards for me in two days. She is a wealth of information and really knows her stuff as well as proper etiquette. I thoroughly trusted and appreciated her advice. She would be wonderful to consult for all of your social events. She has a very kind and caring nature and loves to get to know her clients.
