I submitted my list via email and she had the invitations ready for me to put together and mail. When it came time for table seating, I again submitted a list and she did the cards for me in two days. She is a wealth of information and really knows her stuff as well as proper etiquette. I can’t say enough about her. She was truly awesome to work with. She worked with me endlessly until we found a design that my then fiancé and I loved. I obviously spent more money with Elaine than I would have online but the quality was by far superior and completely worth it! She takes each client as if it was her only and invests so much of her personal time into each invitation that she does. She works long hours and is always available by email or telephone. She is truly in a class of her own. I am thrilled that I opted to give her a chance. I know that there is no way that I could have been happier with any other vendor as I was with her. I was able to have a three layered, multicolor, ribbon included invite with thermography for a very very reasonable price. With another invitation vendor, I had to keep making concessions regarding the things I wanted, but with Elaine, concessions don’t exist….you get exactly what you want for a more than reasonable price. My mother convinced me that we should just go meet with Elaine so we could look through some of her books and so that she could help us with the wording. This was the best decision we could have made for the invitations. Elaine was so sweet and patient right from the start. She was very sure to stay within the budget we gave her. We initially spent 3 hours with her and not once did I feel pressured to stray from my budget or to make a decision on the spot. I left undecided between two very different invitations. When I was still undecided a few days later Elaine sent me an invitation in the mail to help me decide. We returned to her store a few days later hoping to maybe see an invitation that might help me decide. I ended up going with the first invitation I liked!! I'm so happy with my decision and Elaine was so helpful with all the wording we weren't so sure about. She gave her opinion but always made sure that she did not pressure us to make our decision based on her opinion. She spent overall about 6 hours with us and was so sweet and helpful and patient the whole time. I'm so glad my mother convinced me to go meet with her to look instead of trying to do it all online by myself. I would recommend paper potpourri to anyone, and will most likely return to order my table seating cards and other stationery.

Elaine spends the time and consideration every bride needs when picking the perfect invitation to complement her, and her wedding day. She had a wide range of invitations and other stationery to choose from and she was willing to help indefinitely. We never expected to spend 3 hours in her store, however, we were comfortable, and knew to be in good hands with a very knowledgeable and comfortable woman in this business. I am thrilled with my invitations and so happy to have used Paper Potpourri for my wedding. Many people say its crazy to even bother spending money on invitations because people throw them away. I beg to differ.
