McKenzie was wonderful when planning our invitations for our wedding. She sat down with us and showed us so many options so we could really get an idea of what we wanted. She found out what we liked and made a completely custom look for our invitations that fit our theme. They turned out so beautiful! She was extremely helpful and and quick to respond. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy with how it all turned out.

McKenzie and her team did a great job with our wedding invitations. We wanted to incorporate a family member's artwork into our design and McKenzie made the process extremely convenient for everyone. We were really happy with the end result and, when we had to postpone our wedding due to Covid-19, McKenzie was gracious enough to prepare us a free "change of date" file we could share with our guests. We'll definitely be using her services again in the future!

It was such a pleasure to work with McKenzie! She has been one of my favorite vendors to work with and made creating my dream wedding invitations a breeze! What more could a bride ask for? She was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions promptly! She made sure my vision came to life including finding the perfect dusty blue color for all of my items! Paper Tie Affair has been one of our favorite vendors to work with. After meeting with McKenzie, we knew we had to go through Paper Tie Affair for our invitation suite. She has such a creative mind, and made the design process so easy for us. Additionally, she kept our budget in mind while helping us pick out ribbons and add ons to the invitation suite, so that was incredibly helpful!! She was always quick to respond when we had questions or when I had a revision to something on one of the drafts of the invitations. When we received the invitations, the packaging was so thought out and amazing. Instructions for how to pack the envelopes, helpful tips to know as we prepare to send out the invitations, and even a pre-made suite packaged for our photographer to be able to take photos of on the day of the wedding. We are so happy we found Paper Tie Affair!! ADDED NOTES AFTER WEDDING: We had to postpone our wedding from June last year, until this April, and McKenzie was so helpful to us when it came to getting new invitations printed out, and putting a pause of all the day-of stationary we had picked out. She was so great to work with through everything!!

McKenzie is one of my favorite vendors! Her product is amazing and her customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced. I wanted simple, classic invitations and she made those come to life. Closer to my wedding she reached out to see if there was anything else I might need, reminding me I had never ordered table numbers, thank you cards, etc. and I was so grateful for this. Paper Tie Affair was an absolute DREAM to work with. McKenzie went above and beyond in making sure my wedding invitation suite was exactly the way I envisioned it, down to the last detail. She made so many changes for me, no questions asked, and had such a quick turnaround time! She even rush created and shipped (over a holiday no less) an RSVP insert card for me since I forgot to mention it on the details card specifically. Her customer service is truly unmatched. I could not recommend her more. Very affordable, reliable, professional, and flexible! Will definitely be using again in the future for all stationary needs. Going to take this opportunity to brag on McKenzie and paper tie affair! Our invitations, save the dates, rehearsal dinner invites, and brunch invites were all absolutely stunning! It was the easiest process! She created exactly what i wanted at a very affordable price! Did i mention she does coozies? I threw that on her only a couple months before our wedding and she created exactly what i wanted and had them too me in plenty of time! Any errors were quickly corrected or made up for! Never experienced such great customer service! At the beginning of our process we had a phone call to discuss what i wanted, how i wanted it, options that i had and when i needed to make sure i had everything by! It was such a joy to work with Mckenzie and have sent every bride to be i know to her!

Paper Tie Affair is AMAZING! I wish I had more paper needs right now so that I could use all of their beautiful ideas and designs. McKenzie has been incredible to work with throughout this entire wedding process. I wish I had found her before I sent out save the dates. However, my invitation suite and day-of programs turned out gorgeous! She was so helpful with ideas on design, wording, etc. and made so many small edits to my invitations until they were absolutely perfect. I had seen one of her designs just while googling my idea for invitation and font style and that is how I found her. Super friendly, helpful and professional - you can’t go wrong. She has made this process so enjoyable and gets things done and sent out in a very timely manner. Her packaging was also super cute!

I write this review after having just completed preparing my wedding invitations to mail out. All I could think of while stuffing the envelopes was how talented McKenzie is and what a great job she did with our invitation suite. Her customer service is impeccable and she was incredibly easy to work with. She was easily able to tweak the current design to make it exactly as I had envisioned. Paper Tie Affair beautifully designed every perfect print detail for our wedding. From welcome bag stickers and inserts, programs, menus, and place cards, to invites, RSVP cards, and a custom monogram for cups and napkins - every single item was perfection! Highly recommend - and a joy to work with!

McKenzie was so easy to work with and provided various mock ups of different designs, based on inspiration photos I provided. McKenzie did a great job from the beginning. I found her on Etsy and immediately contacted her about my interest in one of the invitation suites she had on her Etsy page. She sent me a complimentary sample of that suite. I chose to work with McKenzie and her team to create my wedding invites. They got it all exactly right! And were very patient with any changes that needed to be made to make the invites perfect! McKenzie even did the signs for my reception! McKenzie was so amazing to work with. She worked on a time crunch and made all my ideas come to life. She was flexible as i changed my mind on things and was able to make all my wedding stationary GORGEOUS! I got so many compliments on all our wedding things. The first time I've ever worked with a stationer is for our wedding and I was a little intimidated by the process. Paper Tie Affair was so easy to work with and, from my limited experience, I thought the pricing was reasonable. McKenzie turned around projects within my timelines (even if I was late in getting her what she needed) and provided design recommendations to make my signage dreams come true. We had SO many people call us and tell us how cute our invitations were! Some even said they were the nicest wedding invitations they've ever seen. McKenzie was super helpful in the planning process and allowed me to choose exactly how I wanted them to look, then she created the perfect design that matched my vision. I did have to put the belly bands on myself, but it was pretty easy and fun. I am so happy with how they turned out! Highly recommend!!!

I am so bad at reviews, but one thing is for sure, McKenzie and her team create the most amazing custom paper products! I was originally just going to have her do my invitation suite, but after I saw her amazing designs, she ended up designing our table numbers, seating chart, and even stickers for our goodie bags! She was also super easy to get a hold of whenever I had a question, which made this stressed out bride very happy! She made my vision come to life in every possible way!
