This review is long overdue - we got married in 2023, but I wanted to wait until we had our final videos in hand before writing a review. We were so excited to hire Paperbird for o...
ur wedding, but after [trying to] work with Tyler, our wedding videos quickly became a source of frustration and anxiety. After our wedding, Tyler was very unresponsive: he would ghost us for MONTHS at a time. It took us over 2 years to get our final videos (we gave up on tyler and actually ended up having to work directly with the videographer who was onsite to finalize the videos). For the price that we paid, we expected a higher level of service and communication. Would not recommend.
I cannot recommend Paperboard Weddings enough! We just received our wedding video and it is so magical!!! I had a vision of how I wanted it captured on film and Tyler exceeded EVER...
Y.SINGL.EXPECTATION!! I have watched it over and over and each time, I see something beautiful that I hadn’t noticed before. The faces, the expressions, the love that we all felt that day,…it’s all there! He has such an eye for seeking out the pure emotion of the day. I can’t say enough about hour much I LOVE IT! What a treasure! Thank you Paperboard Wedding for this priceless video!

The video they did for was amazing. I still get tears watching it. Tyler and Christian were so professional and caught so many special moments that I wasn’t able to see throughout...
the whirlwind of our day. Honestly I feel very lucky to have had them. They were great to work with and easy to be around. I would not hesitate to use them.
I don’t usually write bad reviews but this is an exception. We had pre-paid for a Venice package and have still not received our main video almost a year later. They don’t return c...
alls, emails or texts and the highlight video we did receive was average at best. It didn’t include all the main shots we really wanted and included some footage that could have been left out. The samples of their work you see online is fabulous but just be careful. Once you pay for everything in advance, you have no leg to stand on. It really is heartbreaking as there was so much trust and respect given to the husband and wife team in the beginning.
Tyler and Heather are gold. Pure gold. The moment we met them we knew they would beautifully capture our day. Both are real, genuine, and lovely people to be around. So happy to ha...
ve them as friends now!
Their craft is special, raw, honest, and incredibly captivating. When we received our videos we were absolutely blown away. This is cinematography! They exceeded every expectation, caught every detail, and truly captured the day like nothing else we have seen. Their artful filming, storytelling, and editing is the best investment you will make for your wedding. If you are looking for a real film from talented videographers, hire them yesterday.
I cannot tell you how happy we are to have found Heather & Tyler. I loved their style from the minute I watched the first video on their site, and when we got to meet them, we lear...
ned how sweet, funny, fun and creative they are. I felt like they really got who we are as a couple, and when we received our video back, it shows. It's so beautiful and fun. On the day of, Tyler was excellent at providing direction while still ensuring that things felt natural and realistic. Our video turned out perfectly, and it's something that my husband and I will treasure forever.
I cannot say enough good things about Paperbird Weddings. We had Heather and an assistant onsite to shoot videography for our wedding in September 2017. They were both so professio...
nal, on time, and so flexible given the nature of how a wedding's timeline can ebb and flow.
Communication was always prompt and professional, and after just receiving our end product, we couldn't possibly have any more feels. Seriously. Because we are having all of them after watching our video, ceremony and speeches back over again.
This is one of those things that some couple consider a splurge, but I will tell you this: Video and Photo is the only thing you'll have when everything's said and done. Place your trust in Paperbird to deliver. You will not be disappointed.
Heather and Tyler's work, along with Kenneth and Charlie, is absolutely amazing! My husband and I were so happy with their work. Kenneth and Charlie made us feel so comfortable on ...
our wedding day and made sure to capture all of our giggles, hand holding and special moments. Heather and Tyler were very organized and made us feel comfortable leading up to the wedding with logistics and getting the timeline together! We highly recommend Paperbird Weddings!!! Thank you all for all that you did for us!
Heather and Tyler are the best! They created the most amazing wedding video for Reed and I. The video did more than just capture the big moments of our wedding -- it told a beautif...
ul story. We are obsessed and have received so many compliments. They are so easy to work with and made us feel so comfortable and natural on the big day. Thank you so much Paperbird Weddings!
Heather and Tyler are so fun and talented! I always feel so awkward trying to take cute candid pictures, but they are so good at making you feel comfortable and natural! They don't...
miss any aspect of your wedding, whether it's all the different guests, desserts, candid moments that happen on the dance floor, or special moments between you and your spouse. These guys are awesome! And are so fun to work with!
I am so glad that I was able to book Tyler and heather for our wedding on 10/15/16. Not only are they the sweetest videographers, they also produce AMAZING work! I cried when he se...
nt me our wedding video, because it was PERFECT! Thank you Tyler and heather for making us feel so comfortable on such a stressful day and for staying until you caught all the main events. If you are looking for reliable and amazing videographers, you found the perfect pair!
We had not planned on using a videographer for our wedding, but looking back, it is our very part of our special day. Paper bird weddings was everything we could have hoped for. Th...
ey were professional, perfectly on point, but most importantly, they were friendly and endearing. Some of the nicest people on what can typically be a stressful day. We watch our wedding video regularly and it always takes us back in time to the most important day of our lives. We will cherish it forever!
As a bride i can not say enough how much my husband and I loved working with Tyler. He was so amazing, easy, and made us feel so comfortable and even trekked through the desert fo...

n!! We had to change the location of the wedding last minute and Heather and Tyler drove an extra 4 hours out of the way for us! Not only did they help out a lot with all the catastrophes that happened but we ended up with an amazing video that I have watched over and over again! They really captured all the great parts of that day and were so phenomenal to work with!
My wife cried and cried when she saw the video. Happy tears, of course. We love it. Tyler and Heather were easy to work with, super fast, and the video looks like a million bucks (...
without costing a million bucks).
Tyler, we love our video! I am so happy we were able to have you. It really is so different to go from just having photography, to having a breathing memory. I wish I could relive ...
this day over and over, and I didn't expect to want to do that so much. I'm sort of a no nonsense, and thought a video might be too much, or not worth the effort. I was WAY WRONG! This video helps bring back the feeling and some of the fun moments! Now that we have this video, I can't imagine not having it. Videography needs to be top priority at weddings!
Where to start... I chose Paperbird Weddings based off of their previous work and a recommendation. They have traveled to Texas twice and filmed my proposal as well as our ceremon...
y. I cant say enough about their talent and final products. Even the customer service is bar none , I've called 5-6 times in a day and there was never a problem. We have documented memories that are worthy of any movie theatre. I could go on and on but the fact is that there is no one better whether it's price, quality or creativity.
