Overall, we were very pleased with the products we received from this business. Our wedding invitations were beautiful and very well-made, with no errors. It was very nice to be able to have flexibility with layout, unlike website-based invitations where you have to use a fixed template. Despite this, we are hesitant to highly recommend them because of the customer service. There were instances where Roz felt disorganized, like when she tried to give us part of someone else’s order with ours, and I wasn’t always confident that our order was going to be correct (luckily it was!). I did appreciate that there were many opportunities to proof throughout the process and I will say that her online communication was consistently prompt and professional. However, in person there were instances where Roz and her husband were quite rude to us. One event that sticks out was when we politely were asking a clarifying question while planning the invitation layout and she snapped back that she had just told us that and that we need to listen better (what she had said was not even the answer to our question). We were very much taken aback. Her husband also made us quite uncomfortable when helping us pick out the invitations and it felt very much like he was talking down to us. Perhaps it was simply a matter of clashing personalities, but our experiences make us hesitant to recommend them over other local businesses that could offer the same products.
