I cannot say enough good things about Roz and Greg! We used PaperRozzi for our invitations, escort cards, and menu cards. Roz was very professional and personable as we did our ini...
tial meeting and design. She was very clear with timelines to meet our goals and provided different design proofs to give us options. I knew everything was in good hands and it was one thing off our plates we didn't have to stress about. I will definitely be pointing people in their direction as we had a great experience.
Overall, we were very pleased with the products we received from this business. Our wedding invitations were beautiful and very well-made, with no errors. It was very nice to be ab...
le to have flexibility with layout, unlike website-based invitations where you have to use a fixed template.
Despite this, we are hesitant to highly recommend them because of the customer service. There were instances where Roz felt disorganized, like when she tried to give us part of someone else’s order with ours, and I wasn’t always confident that our order was going to be correct (luckily it was!). I did appreciate that there were many opportunities to proof throughout the process and I will say that her online communication was consistently prompt and professional.
However, in person there were instances where Roz and her husband were quite rude to us. One event that sticks out was when we politely were asking a clarifying question while planning the invitation layout and she snapped back that she had just told us that and that we need to listen better (what she had said was not even the answer to our question). We were very much taken aback. Her husband also made us quite uncomfortable when helping us pick out the invitations and it felt very much like he was talking down to us. Perhaps it was simply a matter of clashing personalities, but our experiences make us hesitant to recommend them over other local businesses that could offer the same products.
I love this place!! We had a unique vision for our invitations, and Roz was able to create exactly what we wanted! She continued our theme in our place cards as well. They were so ...
easy to work with and I was so happy with our custom invitations!
When first researching vendors for our wedding invites, I knew I wanted to go to a brick and mortar store. I was so happy to discover that Paperrozzi was practically in my backyard...
! Greg and Roz were delightful to work with. Greg sat us down for a consultation session when we were first interested and showed us everything they had to offer, talking to us for about 2 hours! You could tell he's passionate about what he does as well as knowledgable. At the end of that session, we (fiance and I) didn't feel pressured to HAVE to purchase invites through them which was nice - but we are so glad we did. We mostly communicated with Roz following that session - she was great. easily broke down pricing and was responded quickly to me via email. A few times, I asked for changes on my envelopes (I asked for them to be addressed) due to adding more guests to the count etc.. Just picked up the invites this past week and they are beautiful! Couldn't be happier and for a fair price. Thank you!
Wonderful to work with and excellent work! Our save-the-dates and invitations were wonderful! They are flexible to your budget and needs - always email back promptly and make you...

etting them out on time, although she did get it resolved very fast she wouldn't take any money off for the inconvenience so I was a little disappointed because I spent a lot of money on them. All in all they came out beautiful and I was happy with them.
Roz is the best! Large selection available at a variety of price ranges. Custom invitations, save the dates, and more available as well.
