Niki at Paperworks Design is incredible to work with for our Save the Date design. She has creative, wonderful ideas and works closely with you to ensure that your vision is in the final product. Nikol is literally the best person to work with. She is so sweet and caring about YOUR ideas and wants the best for YOU. No matter how many things you find you want to change or add or take out, she does it. She will sent you proofs with every little change which is great because you always want to see the final product before it is printed. Also, I LOVED how she came up with three different designs because it allows you to choose from different options, pick and choose things to mix and match, etc. Overall, she is wonderful!

Choosing Paperworks Design Studio for our wedding save the dates and invitations was one of the best decisions we made in planning our big day. As a web and graphic designer myself, I wanted to hire someone who would take my breath away, and Paperworks did just that. They used our specifications and ideas and created some of the most elegant save the dates and invitations that I have ever seen. I have even had several of my friends who are also planning their wedding tell me how beautiful they look. The design was just perfect, highly recommended!

Her designs were nice, but they felt a bit heavy and a little old. That would mean she'd be good for designing very formal or traditional invites. Her communication of costs and fees was poor. She provided lots of upfront design work, but never stated her fees for this work. When we finally decided that her style wasn't for us, she hit us with a bill. It wasn't inappropriate for the work she put in, but it was really annoying given there was NO discussion of it upfront. I will NOT being recommending her to anyone. Design quality is there, but she's not cheap (couldn't stay within our budget) and won't make the wise decision of saying "I don't think we're a good match" when she clearly can't work with the budget. In the end, we went with an online source that allowed lots of customization and got our 200 invitations for half her price. Artistry - 5 stars Business acumen - 2 stars
