Rachel, Jordan, and Logan made my wedding unforgettable and so stress-free. The shots and clips they captured were so detailed and you can tell they put so much thought into each picture and video clip. They are the nicest humans alive and kept me laughing and smiling instead of stressing on my wedding day. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Rachel was a dream to work with! We had our wedding back in May 2021. We luckily were able to book her on short notice after a series of changes due to the pandemic. She was so sweet the whole process and very professional which helped ease a lot of nerves. We also love her style of photography and some of the more vintage/film pictures she captured!

Rachel and the Papillon Visuals team are top notch. I have used Papillon for my engagement shoot, and I will be using them for my upcoming wedding in April. I would encourage every bride to stop your search for the perfect wedding photographer; Rachel and the Papillon team are just that. It all started back in 2017 when Rachel photographed my high school senior photos, so when I got engaged in 2020 I knew it had to be her! I can confidently say my wedding would simply have not been the same without her. Not only is she a warm, friendly soul who will inevitably put you at ease on your big day, she is also incredibly focused, talented, and devoted to getting the most perfect shots of your dreams. Rachel was fantastic at making sure that she understood my vision and consistently made sure we were on the same page, making her a top-notch communicator! Day of, she was timely and focused but also encouraged me to feel excited. Rachel even saved the day when a thunderstorm ruined our sparkler exit, suggesting our guests form a tunnel for us to run through. The exit photos still turned out so beautifully, and I am so grateful for her quick thinking. Rachel was great and made herself available to answer all of my questions. She was patient and ready to go during all the stress that comes with a wedding. She was a great listener when it came to shots I wanted and she really put forth effort to ensure to capture the wedding vibe goals. Rachel did a fantastic job for us! Our wedding was outside and of course it rained all weekend, but Rachel was so kind to reassure us that the rain was no problem and came up with creative ways to make our photos beautiful. She and Gabe were so flexible the entire day and took the time to make sure we had all the photos we wanted with our families and friends! Rachel is very organized and is super efficient. She is quick to respond to any questions you have and was so sweet to help us navigate the craziness of planning a wedding during COVID. Please hire Rachel from Wisdom and Stature Photography! Normally I wouldn't start with such a strong statement, but she deserves it! Only 2 weeks after the wedding she sent us 675 edited photos and is also giving us the chance to purchase more raw photos at an amazing price! Her professionalism is amazing, her attention to detail is really key to how the photos turned out, and she was so fun to work with! She was a lifesaver when it came to making the timeline of the day, especially with all of the crazy timing rules due to my church during covid. She knew exactly how to get all of the right poses and angles and her detail shots are beautiful! The gallery that she sends us her photos in is so easy to use and you can even buy prints from the same site! She works with you every step of the way and she makes sure that you're satisfied with her photos while she is taking them! If you want amazing photos, someone super easy to work with and a photographer for weddings and all occasions, Rachel is the way to go! We can't recommend her enough and we couldn't be happier!

Rachel is truly the best! She stepped in and saved the day for us when our original wedding photographer cancelled on us 2 days before our wedding.. talk about stress! I found Rachel and quickly knew she was on the one! With the quick turnaround time she made everything so easy on me and was so accommodating. We both felt so comfortable around her, which made pictures so easy! Not to mention that, OUR PICTURES ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! Rachel with Wisdom and Stature has been incredibly professional, responsive, and compassionate as I tried to figure out what my wedding would look like during COVID. She was thorough with the schedule and planning when I was expecting a larger wedding, but able to go with the flow when we had to change things due to the pandemic. The team came out to our backyard wedding and took some beautiful photos of my family and I during our backyard wedding. I would highly recommend Wisdom&Stature Photography.

WOW. Rachel is simply incredible at what she does. Her eye for photography is unlike any other wedding photographer I have seen. On top of that, she has the ability to make you feel comfortable (for us awkward people out there). She was also so supportive on the journey leading up to our wedding day - meeting with us for at least 1.5 hours to discuss timeline, detail shots, our photo priorities, etc. Her photos stand out among other wedding photos / engagement photos. I can't even count the number of times people have complimented me on the quality of my photos. I know we will cherish them forever....now when can we do another shoot, Rachel?

We met Rachel at a vendor event that our wedding venue had about a year before our big day. There were several other photographers there showing off their work, but she immediately stood out in a class of her own. Her previous works were just breathtaking, and she was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. By the time we left that day, we decided we had to have her for our wedding. After booking her, we ended up doing an engagement session as well, and it really could not have gone better. She is so talented and creative, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning. She even handled all of our picky requests for any specific photoshop edits we wanted, and still managed to get the results over to us shortly after the session. Leading up to the wedding, Rachel turned out to be the most valuable resource we had in terms of scheduling and planning.. even more so than our actual wedding planner/coordinator. She had multiple calls with us to make sure we had a timeline planned down to the minute for the wedding day, and helped us with things we would have otherwise not even considered. When it finally arrived, that helped everything go so smoothly and eliminated a lot of stress that could have been! She and her assistant captured all of the important moments perfectly, but our favorites turned out to be the many candid shots we didn’t even realize they were there to get. There are plenty of wonderful photos of each member of our wedding party, our guests, and of course our family members. She managed to turn the photos around extremely quickly after the event, sending them over to us within a few weeks. We could not be more pleased with the incredible photos we have to remember the best day of our lives. We would recommend Wisdom and Stature photography to our closest friends, and felt we had to share that with anyone else looking for the perfect photographer for your special event!

I used Rachel for my wedding photographer and I would use her over and over and over again! She has a very calming demeanor which is what you want on your stressful day! She took the time to speak on the phone with me multiple times to help plan the day of timeline. She was very flexible with times and locations when we met up in person to finalize everything. Her work is absolutely beautiful. It ended up being 40 degrees and rainy all day but she still turned my pictures into something so magical. She has the sweetest spirit and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you Rachel for putting up with all of my shenanigans, you are very much appreciated!

When I was looking for a photographer it was important for me to find someone who captured the ‘inbetween’ moments, the not posed authentic moments and that’s exactly what Rachel does. I can't begin to express what a joy it was to work Rachel & Skay from Wisdom&Stature. They stayed in constant communication with me from day one and I was always in the loop regarding any changes with the shot list and timeline for the big day. Being that I lived in Houston, we had an introduction Facetime call and they were there to answer any and all questions that I had. Once the wedding day arrived they showed up promptly and started taking shots right off the bat. Their attention to detail was just amazing and the pictures turned out looking so incredibly classic and vintage. Rachel even helped set up the ceremony space when we were in crisis mode. I truly could not have asked for a better team to work with. They made the day fun and relaxing and caught all of the special moments for us. It has been so touching to look through the day over and over again due to how much they captured. I could not recommend them more. I cannot say enough good things about Wisdom & Stature Photography, and Rachel. Rachel is incredibly organized & detail-oriented; we learned this well when my husband and I met her for our engagement photos. She was so kind, and so eager to get to know us as a couple; she wanted the photos to reflect us with honesty. We talked through the schedule of the wedding day that day; she asked just enough questions to perfect a down-to-the-minute schedule of what photos would be taken & when and where they'd be taken. On our wedding day, she coordinated and carried out that schedule perfectly, but more than that, she allowed room for changes & winged it with confidence. She was a beaming ray of sunshine that day, & added to the joy of everything. If anything stressed her out, I never knew about it. She never forced any poses, time limits, or anything else on us; rather, she simply captured the day as it was. The photos were both beautiful & genuine, a true treasure for such a monumental day. It's been a few months since that day, and I still find myself looking through them with the same awe I had when she first sent them to us (which she also was incredibly timely about!). Not to mention, I have had SO MANY PEOPLE tell me over and over again how gorgeous the photos are & ask me who our photographer was. HIGHLY recommend Rachel and her crew for an incredible photography experience. Not only did she capture my wedding beautifully, but she also made my day so much fun! Her flexibility with our last minute changes was amazing: I booked Rachel in the middle of May for a July wedding, and then due to my husband's military schedule, we had to change our date 2 weeks before the wedding and Rachel STILL made the date work! In peak season! Rachel also was MVP for my wedding day; with the last minute nature of our day, I didn't have hair/makeup/planner or any assistance; Rachel actually helped with my hair, completed my eye makeup, AND created our schedule that kept us all on track and made the day a logistical breeze! I really don't know what I would have done without her. If you want beautiful photos with one of the most supportive people in the industry, book Wisdom&Stature for your wedding/engagement. You will NOT be disappointed!

Rachel was an amazing photographer for our wedding. We got the most detailed and efficient timeline for pictures months before our wedding- which helped so much with the entire planning process. We got our pictures within a month and they were beautiful!

Highly recommend! Rachel helped with everything from planning our wedding day timeline to creating our poses. We spoke on the phone several times but did not meet until our wedding day, which I was nervous about but she was so sweet and made Jerry and I feel comfortable in front of the camera! Our photos turned out stunning and we couldn't be happier! She also created a beautiful wedding album for us that is the perfect recap of our day, we will enjoy looking at it for years to come. Even after the wedding and we got our photos back, she continued to answer my questions and send me some other things I had asked for. I think that goes to show how much Rachel cares about her clients and that she wants to provide the best service she can for each individual. Rachel did an absolutely spectacular job. She met with my husband and I about a month before the wedding to get to know us and figure out our vision for our wedding day. In that meeting, it was clear that she was so passionate about photographing weddings and capturing the people! In each picture, she perfectly captured our love, joy, and excitement. It takes a special photographer to do that, and she really is SO talented!! She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, and she made sure I got the special shots that I wanted. The day of our wedding, it actually started raining but she was a total pro and moved our timeline around to make sure we could still get our first look in without the rain. If she was stressed, she didn't show it. She is very affordable and her photographs are stunning!!!! I look forward to working with her in the future for other photography needs.
