r us, I kept second-guessing myself if I had left something out - but it was effortless and our crowd loved the relaxed atmosphere with really good food. I recommend using them if you have a bigger crowd you need to serve.

exactly what barbeque we wanted for the buffet, and that Tina was terrific to work with via email, making it super easy to arrange and super accommodating. I like how the price was all inclusive of the food, set-up, and gratuities for the two servers. The servers kept a tab on the bar (which was set up in the private room) and those prices were reasonable, too (cans of soda actually came with the inclusive price of the buffet which was nice). The room was nicely set up for us when we arrived and the servers helped us with anything else we needed, including testing out the video screen with the HDMI cable ready to go, so I could show a video presentation. We got brisket, smoked chicken, and pulled pork on the buffet (the pork went the fastest FYI but it was all delicious) and all the sides (potato salad, baked beans, and cole slaw) were excellent and unique (meaning not tasting like the same old same old!) They also accommodated with a veggie platter for our one vegetarian. The space was a pretty place for a gathering (we had 56 guests; their suggested capacity is 60). I also appreciated that we were allowed to bring outside desserts and the servers brought out the frozen custard (that we had dropped off in their freezer earlier in the day) when it was time. Thank you, Tina, for making this a worry-free task for me as mother of the groom!

Tina provided EXCEPTIONAL service every step of the way from the very beginning weather it was at our tasting, exchanging emails, or making phone calls. I did have a fear that the food line would take too long. SOOO Tina quickly eased my mind and said we will do TWO food lines. Let me tell you what; it took 27 minutes for all 180 guests to get their food and to be seated to eat. That is UNREAL. Thank you again for all your hard work and dedication your put into your brides, it does not go unnoticed. Our food options we picked were: Apps: Street corn & toasted ravoilis Main: Pulled pork, smoked turkey, mac n cheese, baked beans, and green beans. *We also requested ribs for the head table and parents tables... She brought us our own foil packs with out guests seeing!

ched! Their meal options are all made with incredible recipes, and I have never had a better barbeque meal served for a group. You can't go wrong having them prepare and serve your meal. Very attentive to details!

The Pappy's team was so patient with us. We also like the various options where we could really choose menu items and bar options that made sense for our guests.
