Our photographer was Cecilia, and she was amazing. We had a very large bridal party and my husband has a huge family, which could not have made her job easy. She handled everything with such patience and professionalism. When we received our gallery, not only did it arrive much earlier than expected, but there were nearly 1,300 photos. She captured every important moment between my husband and me while also documenting so many beautiful interactions with our family and friends. I was especially impressed because she was our only photographer, yet somehow she seemed to be everywhere at once. Looking through our gallery feels like reliving the entire day. She captured not only the big moments but also all the sweet little interactions that I didn't even realize were happening at the time. We also totally forgot that we wanted to re-create my husband‘s parents wedding photo and she reminded us, so thankful for that!

During an initial consultation, our photography managers will review all of our photography and video services, listening carefully and guiding you to a personalized package tailored to your specific style preferences and budget. They will also walk you through all the activities planned for your event, helping to establish a complete timeline that keeps your celebration day running smoothly. Closer to the actual day, our Studio develops a location and shot list for each part of the event, which is then reviewed in a call between you and your photographer. Post-event, we quickly post digital proofs of all your images to a private online gallery, then work with you to finalize your selects, along with your orders for prints, albums and other heirloom-quality photo gifts to share.

ent the video form that was supposedly required to begin film production, and neither my husband nor I were ever informed that we needed to complete one. Instead of proactively reaching out, the responsibility somehow fell back on us, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. On our wedding day, the videographer made me feel uncomfortable rather than helping me feel relaxed and present. Instead of enhancing the experience, it added stress to what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives. There were also multiple issues throughout the day. During our cake cutting, we were pulled away before anyone bothered to gather our parents, meaning they missed an important moment. The videographer was openly rude to my photographer and argued with her in front of me over shots and positioning. No bride should have to witness vendors fighting on her wedding day. Another major issue was the constant use of an extremely large flash, which ended up affecting many of my professional photographs. I now have countless pictures with harsh lighting that could have been avoided with better coordination. Our contract also promised a sneak peek video, which we never received. After spending thousands of dollars, this was incredibly disappointing. When I finally expressed my frustrations via email, I was met with rude and dismissive responses that made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying client. Professionalism and customer service were completely lacking. We invested thousands of dollars expecting a team that would communicate well, work professionally with our other vendors, and help preserve one of the most important days of our lives. Instead, the experience left us stressed, disappointed, and unheard.

Ed and Will were fantastic; having two photographers allowed for so many different angles and styles that we would have missed otherwise. Our videographer, John, was equally amazing and captured the energy of the day perfectly. What really blew us away was the efficiency—we had all our images and videos back within 30 days! Plus, having personalized Thank You cards included in the package was a massive lifesaver during the post-wedding chaos. We can’t recommend this team enough!

On the day of, we had the pleasure of working with Jon and Alan as our photographers, and George as our videographer. Alan spent the morning with my husband taking all of their getting ready photos, and I was with Jon. They both made us feel so comfortable and their directions gave us some incredible photos. Our videos came out so amazing and we are so so happy we now have about 2 hours of footage from our day that we will cherish forever. I am so impressed and blown away with our library of photos, making it incredibly difficult to only choose 36 for our albums! er our wedding but was never sent. I politely followed up 2 months later (thinking it could take weeks) and they said they thought they sent it. We finally got it. Tom was our second photographer. He was awesome. All of his portraits were awesome. Amazing angles and candid shots Erica was our main photographer. We didn’t love her work or her as a person. Her shots were straight on- often with spacing issues. We appreciated her confidence and followed her lead but felt rushed or even dismissed at times. Lastly, you can hear her commentary in the background of our video including “this is so stupid” since our bridal party exited the church before us (instructed by the church or not, who knows) but the commentary is now forever in my video.

wife and I think that they did an OK job with out photos - they didn't do a good job, but they didn't do a bad job either. The photo quality, both in my personal opinion as a client and as a freelance photographer (though not for weddings), was not great and did not meet the quality I was expecting given how much our upgrades costed. Many of the photos were crooked, had strange coloring/toning (very purpleish or yellowish), some posed photos had equipment in the background, and some poses were strange. If you're looking to save money and this studio is packaged into your reception hall deal, it may be worth it - but if I could do it again, I would search for a higher quality photographer. Again, they did not do a bad job, but they didn't impress me either. I am happy with them because they are my wedding photos, not because of the photo's quality.

She was the best, so funny, kind and she could tell that my now husband was getting antsy so we took a break from pictures for a bit and she got some candids which were great! The turn around time for our pictures was so quick! We were told 1-2 weeks for our teasers and 3-4 weeks for our full gallery. 6 days later I got the full gallery in my email! n), and they could not have been better. Before our day, we had a few phone calls/video calls to talk about what we were looking for, what style they typically shoot, and specific photos we wanted. They even sent some pictures over that they’ve taken at the venue to showcase some poses and locations we may want photos in. We had a large wedding party of 20, and Brian, Jon, and Alan were able to efficiently get all the pictures we needed before the ceremony so we didn’t have to spend cocktail hour taking more photos, leaving us more time with our guests. We also had some young nieces and nephews that they made noises and faces for so we could get pictures of them laughing and smiling. They went above and beyond for us! All the effort they put into planning the day, ensuring we got what we wanted, and making us feel at ease truly made a difference to us on our wedding day. At our initial consultation Kate provided extensive knowledge of all the services Park Ave had to offer, which allowed us to pick and choose everything we’d need to ensure all of our memories would be perfectly captured. Leading up to our wedding day we were able to go over the picture schedule with both the photographer and videographer, which kept everyone on the same page and allowed all of our picture taking to go off without a hitch. Our photographer Benny made sure we got plenty of pictures with all our friends and family as well as just ourselves with a large variety of gorgeous scenery and poses. We ended up with so many fantastic photos that it made it difficult to choose our favorites that we couldn’t wait to share with everyone. All the while our videographer John captured every moment and detail of the day, which came together absolutely beautifully in our wedding video. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Sales on selecting the package that best fit our needs. We felt comfortable with the price we were given and at ease that we had the option to wait until after our photographs come back to select additions (photograph books, wall mounts, thank you cards etc). On our wedding day we worked with both Alan and Steve who were very professional and truly artistic in their craft. It was so much fun working with them both! They both arrived on time, maintained a very friendly demeanor and made us feel so special and relaxed. Our family who notoriously avoids the camera had a blast working with them and truly felt at ease all day as they told us exactly how to pose and made us have fun with them. They captured so many moments and emotions on our wedding day. Not only are Steve and Johnny talented photographers, they were also extremely patient. It began pouring rain during our first look and they helped us laugh it off and gave us helpful breaks throughout the photoshoot. They were also very patient with our guests, many of them wanted photos on the beach and boardwalk and they were very accommodating. LOGISTICS It was very easy coordinating with Park Ave. From our first zoom call, emails, and calls the communication was very active and professional throughout the process with Park Ave. They are very fair with their pricing. We received almost 2 thousand beautiful photos from them. We received a helpful teaser album 2 weeks after the wedding with a dozen photos to keep friends/family entertained while we waited for the full digital album. We received all of the photos in 5 weeks. We were very pleased with the turn around time and the quality of the photos.

Jon was actually the photographer and videographer at my sisters wedding 5 years ago and we both could not have been more happy to work with him again. The video exceeded our expectations and the photography done by Alan were some of the most beautiful wedding photos I've ever seen! professionally and even personally the day of because it does become personal, they are capturing your big day! Even days before just talking to Erica and Allen them getting to know they family dynamics and chatting I KNEW immediately I was in good hands!!! The day of they were on top of everything! Even took pictures I didn’t know I wanted, as the professionals they really knew what they were going! We laughed together throughout the day, and I couldn’t be happier with them as our wedding photographer. And the pictures were ALL amazing!!! We loved every one !!! We also got the video back THE SAME WEEK!!! Which was amazing!!!! I HIGHLY recommend park Ave!! I was so happy with Mr entire experience!! And the quality of the photos ! Thank you park Ave!

put our trust in them since they knew the venue and had a vision... and I'm so glad we did! The pictures and video turned out AMAZING. They were both so easy to work with and super nice. We received a teaser gallery of photos about two weeks after the wedding, then our full album was ready about a month after our wedding. All the photos were downloadable right away so I could post to social media immediately which was a huge plus lol. We received the video about six weeks after the wedding and it was SO worth the wait. I am beyond happy with how it turned out, John captured all the good moments of the night. Overall, my experience with Park Ave Studio was great. I am SO glad I decided to use them as my vendor and I will be sure to recommend them to future brides. Thank you!

edding venue was at the Pavilion at Sunken Meadow. We had a beautiful beach background and it was a treasurable moment for both me and my husband. We had a budget for our wedding so we only hired one (included in our wedding package) and didn’t expect much, but to our surprise, Mike was excellent. He was throwing jokes around to make us smile and laugh so we wouldn’t look so tense in our photos. He was not afraid to kneel down on the floor and even lie on his side to get awesome angles to make sure the beautiful beach background was being captured. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Park Ave Studios for photography.

e day, which we hadn’t been sure about prior, so it was greatly appreciated. Definitely worth it, especially since the package came with most everything we wanted. The only things we added were the high resolution photos and another album, both of which were easy to do. Our photographer was Erica and she was incredibly helpful in finding the best locations for photos, between the church, Three Village, and Stony Brook. We had a few specific ideas for spots, which she handled seamlessly and took plenty of unique shots. She made everything we wanted happen and more! She also suggested the guest table photo game, which everyone loved. Our overall experience with Park Ave was also seamless, with easy scheduling of appointments throughout. We highly recommend and are so happy with our wedding photos!
