h Tom through the wedding day itself, every single person we interacted with was helpful, pleasant, gracious, and professional. Devin guided us throughout the planning process and provided so much reassurance and relief along the way. She was so kind, patient, thoughtful, and calming, and her presence brought us so much peace during what can otherwise be a stressful process. The months leading to the wedding, she made us confident that everything would come together beautifully (and it did!). We are incredibly grateful to her and to the entire Park Chateau team. On the day of the wedding, everything flowed so smoothly that my wife and I were able to simply enjoy the experience. The venue runs incredibly well, and the staff is thoughtful, organized, professional, and considerate in every way. The wedding far exceeded any expectations I could have had. We are especially grateful to our maître d’, Djeff, as well as the bridal attendants, Dawn, Joy, Sarah, and Catherine, for how gracious and attentive they were to us, our families, and our guests throughout the day. We will always remember our wedding as one of the happiest days of our lives, and that is due in large part to the care, effort, and excellence of the entire team at Park Chateau. hour was inside with a bar and seating on the outdoor patio. The ballroom was inside but also had doors leading to outside couches which people also utilized. First a shout out to Melissa, the bookkeeper and to Tom the General Manager. Both were amazing. (And to Brianna, the manager of the Orchard Park restaurant at the Chateau Grande hotel next door!) Melissa handles all of the payments and she was awesome. First of all, when we set up an electronic payment, my bank messed up and twice they sent Melissa actual checks (once after we had already made an electronic payment!) Each time Melissa called me and we resolved the issue. She was so responsive and helpful…and the day before the wedding, we met her in person! She gave us each a big hug and then shared some ideas for great restaurants in the area and the name of a new salon for my wife. She is just incredibly warm and helpful 😊 We met Tom, the GM about a month before the wedding on another trip to the Park Chateau. When we realized we were going to have fewer folks attending than we had guaranteed, he worked with us in several ways (adding stations, providing an attendant for my wheelchair-bound dad, etc.) to make our wedding even better. He was truly helpful and we greatly appreciated his efforts on our behalf! Here are our Top 5 folks on the wedding day: Liz coordinated everything leading up to the wedding…and then made sure things ran smoothly. A total MVP! Jeff our lead Maitre D’. We first met him the day before and he showed us how things would run at the wedding. And that next day, he was everywhere making this day special! Danielle the lead bridal attendant did a great job with my daughter. She was always there making everything around her run smoothly. Joy started out in the morning attending all of the guys as we got ready for the wedding….when a couple of cufflink stones fell out she found crazy glue and secured them back in. She helped keep everyone on time and ran interference for us when needed Finally Mike served as an attendant for my dad who was in a wheelchair for the wedding. Mike helped him in every way possible and really made things easier for my family. A big thanks to Tom for assigning Mike to help us! The cocktail hour was unbelievable. So much incredible food…people could not stop talking about it. And they could not stop sampling and filling up on all of the amazing food that was available. The dinner was good, and they served a great salad. The desserts themselves (there was a tower and of course wedding cake) were incredible. Was everything perfect? No…but it was pretty amazing overall and we would do it again in an instant. What could have been better? There were seating mix-ups for the ceremony where confusion led to some friends and relatives of the bride being in the groom’s area and vice versa. And some of the seating charts at the specific tables (my daughter had worked with us to put certain people next to each other to facilitate conversations) were mixed up. Not major issues, but things that could have been better. But all in all, the Park Chateau really was terrific! All things considered, it was a great wedding day and everyone was incredibly supportive and helpful. The gardens are beautiful, and the food was outstanding and plentiful!

Halfway through the day I had no reservations. I was so glad we went with a venue that has a process, system and team for everything. Before each step in the day they would give us a little rundown of what was about to happen. We could just be present. Not just us but our friends and family as well. Furthermore, my in-laws were blown away by the amount of food and quality of service. Family members still talk about it. Amy was amazing in telling us everything we needed to do to be successful and responding to questions very quickly. Dawn, Sarah, Kerrie Ann, Jeremiah, Oscar, Josh, Ben - you guys are all professionals and we will always remember the level of care you provide on our wedding day.

From the planning process to the wedding day itself, the entire team at Park Chateau made every step feel seamless and effortless. They were incredibly organized, always on top of every detail, and consistently provided helpful information and reminders about upcoming deadlines. Anytime I had a question, they were responsive, thoughtful, and so helpful!! On the day of the wedding, my family and I were treated like absolute royalty. My husband and I were so well taken care of from start to finish, and every need was anticipated before we even had to ask. I had an overskirt and a very intricate bustle, and the team managed to bustle my dress perfectly within seconds. Throughout the evening the bridal attendants held my dress, brought me drinks, touched up my makeup and perfume, and even helped alter one of my bridesmaids’ dresses. Their attentiveness and care truly went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. This venue and team are worth every single dime, and I would not change a thing about our experience. A special shout-out to Anthony Maurillo, Elizabeth Marino, Oscar, Dawn, Joy, Sarah, and Alanna—whose attention to detail and support meant so much to us. I will never forget all of your hard work and thoughtful guidance throughout the process. It was truly the most incredible experience, and this is exactly how every bride deserves to feel about her wedding day!

The entrance, the chapel, the ballroom, the cocktail hour room, and the grounds and gardens are all beautiful! No detail was missed! And the staff is fantastic. From the moment you call them to schedule a tour through the end of the wedding, they are kind, professional, and very helpful. You can really tell that they want to make sure you have the best day ever! They make sure everything goes well and it really feels like they are prepared for anything and everything. stunning. Every single room is beautifully designed, and our guests could not stop talking about how gorgeous the space was from the moment they arrived. It genuinely feels special everywhere you turn. The service, though, is what completely sets Park Chateau apart. It was immaculate. I have never experienced service at a venue, restaurant, or hotel that even comes close. Dawn, Oscar, Devin, Jeremiah, Danielle, Jameson, and Ashley were simply incredible. Devin was unbelievably helpful throughout the entire year leading up to the wedding. No request was ever too big, too small, or too complicated. Oscar made sure everything ran seamlessly on the wedding day itself, and Dawn, Jeremiah, Danielle, Jameson, and Ashley made the entire experience feel effortless and deeply personal. It’s honestly hard to put into words just how exceptional the service is here. And lastly…the food. Wow, wow, wow. I have never seen so much food in my life. Our guests were completely blown away. Our family and friends are still talking about how incredible the cocktail hour was, and the desserts in particular were next-level. This is the best wedding venue in the country. Seriously. Pay them any price to have your wedding here. You will not find anywhere even remotely close to this level of quality.

I didn’t have to set up a single decoration or worry about a thing—they handled everything seamlessly, even with a morning wedding taking place before ours. My bridal attendants and maître d’s were outstanding. They anticipated every need, from steaming my veil to spraying lidocaine on my feet, and even ran back to my hotel room to grab items I had forgotten. Their level of care and professionalism truly made the day feel effortless. The food was excellent, and our guests especially loved the cocktail hour. The transitions from room to room were smooth and beautifully orchestrated, adding to the overall experience. We absolutely loved this venue and only wish we could return someday as guests to relive the magic from the other side.

ston who was the most kind & friendliest gentleman we’ve ever encountered. He answered all of our questions and never made us feel “stupid” if we asked a silly question. We got up to the office and went over pricing and we decided that a Tuesday was the way to go. We signed right on the spot without touring any other venues. After that every single encounter we had with Park Chateau was top notch. I always felt very welcomed every time I came in whether it was for a meeting or to make a payment. Melissa, Devin M, Amy, and Barbara ALWAYS greeted me with big smiles and never made me feel like I was bothering them. I know they deal with hundreds of brides a day but a small action of just making me feel welcome definitely did not go unnoticed. Fast forward to my wedding day - everything was perfect. Our bridal attendants were lovely (especially Jeremiah and Sarah!) I enjoyed spending my day with them as they were super helpful. I have to also thank Amy & Joy specifically. I mentioned to Amy at my final walk thru that I have an uncle who is extremely close with us that wasn’t sure if he was going to be able to handle the loud music or the heat, and probably wouldn’t make it thru the reception comfortably. Amy came up with the amazing suggestion to have Joy, a bridal attendant, come in specifically for our uncle. Well that was the best decision ever because Joy was able to bring him to a quiet area of the cocktail hour room and limit the amount of family members going in and out to hangout with my uncle. She was amazing and we can not thank her enough. My uncle still is talking about “his new best friend Joy” ❤️ if you’re considering booking Park Chateau, DO IT. Sign that contract right on the spot like I did 2 years ago. You won’t regret it ❤️

all just amazing. My husband and I always say we want to relive the day and Park Chateau really lived up to every expectation plus more! My guests still talk about the wedding and say it was the best wedding they ever been to. If I could give them more stars then I would! An event day coordinator was not even needed because of on point they are. They really have it down to a science. From setting up to cleaning up, they even packed us some leftover food and let us pick it up the next day. This venue is amazing and I promise you won’t regret it.
