Overall excellent bridal services for my wedding! I have been coming to Parlor Beauty the past few years for brow and lash services and occasional event makeup and have been quite ...
happy. I decided to book them for my wedding as well for November 4th 2023. Very special shout out to Rachel (the sweet red head shown in review photos), an absolutely talented star, loved her so much she was incredible. Parlor has very reasonable event pricing and I am thrilled with how my hair and make-up turned out! A lovely and pleasant experience with both of the ladies that took care of me and everyone on my wedding day. My hair and makeup turned out even better than the trial, exactly what I wanted for both spot on. Our stylist Rachel was very kind and compassionate, and I am so thankful and grateful for our wonderful everything came out. I wanted a very specific look without too much blush and a specific lip color. My cheeks were complimented perfectly in a nice bridal glow look. Rachel combined 2 lip colors to make it come out perfectly. I desired a low hanging up-do that gave me volume and she did just that, so happy with how it came out, truly felt like an absolute dream. Rachel stayed for all touch-ups as well, it was needed and very much appreciated! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is based on some difficulty with communication prior to the wedding to set it all up. The owner is very kind, I just needed my wedding coordinator often to mediate to keep up conversation with setting up all the details. There would be some periods of time we were not able to reach them. One last small note, I would have preferred to have tipped after services, they have an event requirement of tipping up front. Other than that, they were very talented and took care of my wedding day splendidly. I recommend Parlor Beauty for wedding services. Especially Rachel who was my beauty hero that day! Thank you very much.

r styling and makeup for everyone in my party. I loved that they were so considerate of everyone’s individual preferences and really brought out the best using those preferences. Everyone in my party loved their hair styling and makeup, and we all looked stunning at the wedding! I highly recommend Parlor Beauty Bar for your wedding day!
I loved my experience with the team at Parlor Beauty!!! I go to their salon regularly for blowouts so after I got engaged I knew this was the team I wanted for my wedding. We ha...
d a destination wedding in NOLA (yes, they travel!) and the ladies did an amazing job. My entire bridal party looked flawless. I was so relaxed the morning of my wedding day (despite COVID-19 interfering with some of our plans). And, I truly enjoyed having everyone in our Airbnb getting ready together. I would highly recommend them for any bride that is undecided. They are worth every penny!
Parlor Beauty Bar did an amazing job when it came to hair and makeup. They really work with you during the trial session. We had three hair and makeup girls come to our wedding ven...

Brides. I cannot suggest this place enough. I basically spent my entire week leading up to my wedding at Parlor Beauty Bar. They did everything from lashes, brow tinting, a blowou...
t before my rehearsal dinner, and helped me touch up my makeup before my events. On my big day, my bridesmaids and I took over their salon as we prepped for my wedding. Not only was the staff wildly talented but the atmosphere and accommodations made my day completely stress free. The salon is decorated perfectly for a bridal photo shoot. Charlotte allowed my photographer and videographer to be present while we were getting ready and the photos turned out amazing. My ceremony was outside on a warm day in July and our hair and makeup held up to the heat! At the end of the evening my entire bridal party jumped in the pool and then proceeded to go out downtown with no touch ups and the makeup didn’t budge. Charlotte was one of the best vendors I dealt with for my wedding day. She ensured that our time was stress free, fun, and that we felt like VIP every step of the way. I wouldn’t recommend a bridal party to go anywhere else.
Parlor made sure that I was well taken care of through every step of the beauty-planning process for my wedding! I LOVED Sharon, who did both my hair and makeup. I thought she had ...
done a phenomenal job at the trial, but then she make a few adjustments on my hair the day-of to make it truly perfect. I tend to get a little anxious about someone else doing my hair and makeup and fear that I won't feel like myself, but thanks to the help of Parlor Beauty Bar I felt like the most beautiful version of myself.
About a year ago I needed someone to do my makeup and hair for my engagement photos, and Parlor was fairly new but had good reviews, so I thought, ok, cool, I’ll try them out.

DANG guys, they knocked it out of the park. They’re not only the *best of the best* at what they do and are professional and always on time, they are all SO fun to be around.
I loved them so much I decided to book them for my wedding for hair and makeup — and guys. Best decision EVER! They made the whole process SO seamless and the stylists came to my house to do the bridal party’s hair/makeup, my mom’s hair, and mine, obvi!
The stylists and artists made it SO fun and even finished everyone’s hair and makeup with a couple minutes to spare — when does that ever happen?! I’ve been in 9 weddings (I know) and that’s seriously never happened.
