We absolutely loved working with Parrish Designs. Kathryn provided us with wonderful suggestions and honest feedback on how we could improve our ideas. Working with Marcelo was also a pleasure. I cannot say enough good things about Kathryn and the rest of the team at Parrish Designs. Not only did she provide amazing flowers and centrepieces for our wedding ceremony and reception, she also helped coordinate the lighting and furniture, including the most amazing bar I have ever seen at a wedding. She has wonderful taste and will do everything she can to make you happy. Kathryn is very creative and her team can execute whatever you want. When I walked into the ceremony and reception I was blown away by their creations. It was the most stunning wedding I have been to and so much of that is thanks to Kathryn. If you decide to go with Parrish Designs you will not be disappointed!

I must have searched the internet for months looking for photos of flowers, tables and decor for my wedding. However, I still couldn't find the exact look I wanted no matter how hard I searched. I met with Kathryn at Parrish and instantly knew she was going to be the best florist to bring my ideas to reality. She did and more. Her team was a pleasure to work with. Her prices may be slightly higher but it is worth every cent because you get the quality of what you pay for. Also, she does flowers and linens and furniture and decor - so it's a one stop shop! That made the process much easier to coordinate my but most importantly, I was blown away by the beauty of the flowers, tables and decor at my wedding and I can't thank the team at Parrish enough. By far the best floral designer in the business. Parrish Design decorated and designed all the florals for my daughters wedding this past October at the Biltmore Hotel, Coral Gables. Their attention to detail, creativity and professionalism is unmatchable. Our daughter wanted something different then your typical wedding florals. They delivered big time. I scheduled a meeting with Kathryn to get a better idea of pricing and to see if it would be a good fit for my wedding. She came off with an attitude when I told her that I did not have a date set (she literally closed her laptop and started gathering all her papers)... like I was wasting her time. Given the bad first impression I kept an open mind and sent her a follow up email which she never replied too.

Kathryn and her staff are amazing. Truly. She was so easy going, and really listened to what we wanted. And she, and Marcelo, and Natalia, well, they far exceeded our expectations. Our wedding at Vizcaya was simply amazing, in large part to the Parrish decor! Superb!

I wasn't sold on the idea that real flowers were an absolute necessity for a wedding -- I thought we could do paper flowers, or regular store-bought arrangements, or something like that. I was SO WRONG, and Katherine at Parrish Designs showed me the light. I went in for an initial consultation thinking I had an idea of what I wanted... only to find out that the flowers I'd had in mind were the most expensive IN THE WORLD (thanks, pinterest) and totally unrealistic. So it was back to the drawing board. Katherine brainstormed some ideas with me and was so supportive of my desire to do something outside the box for my flowers -- I didn't just want boring old bouquets or those tall pillars of flowers or anything like that. I wanted something unique, something that would reflect our personalities as much as every other part of the wedding did. We came up with an idea, and I went back in many months later, about a month or two before the wedding, for the preview look of the flowers. Ordinarily you only get to see a preview of what the bridal bouquet will look like, but instead I got to see a preview of my centerpieces... and I HATED them! I was close to tears, thinking it was set in stone and this was what I was going to end up with, generic centerpieces, exactly what I didn't want. Katherine was receptive to the idea of scrapping what she'd come up with and starting all over with ideas, and we soon came up with two ideas, one that was much more unusual and one that was my first choice, but dependent on how long winter lasted. I would have been happy with either choice, and Katherine told me we wouldn't know which we were using until a week before the wedding -- so either I had to trust her or choose the safer option. I decided to trust her. We ended up with the most gasp-inducing cherry blossom centerpieces, which was the option I had really wanted! But Parrish went above and beyond anything I had dreamed of, and the centerpieces were these spectacular, tall arrangements that looked more like entire cherry blossom trees -- our guests were talking about them for weeks after! And we alternated those with some low centerpieces that looked kind of like wonky (uneven) fish bowls with candles floating in them and cherry blossom petals dotting the tables. It was so magical! I can't recommend Parrish highly enough to any prospective brides. OH, I almost forgot! I also had fresh flowers in my hair, which Parrish provided, and that was wonderful, too! The flowers were a bit bigger than what I'd expected, but they ended up looking so perfect for a Miami wedding. (Also they were only about $5, which is a really good deal for a wedding hairstyle! Way cheaper than all the clips and barrettes I'd been looking at.)

They were very helpful especially with a bride that knew nothing about flowers and had no idea or concept coming in. They know their stuff! They worked with my ultra small budget for flowers and linens. They were very quick to respond to every email I sent them and were good with all the changes and requests I gave them. The final product was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Simply perfect!

Kathryn is extremely sweet. She made beautiful arrangements for the day that set the event. We have amazing photos of the arrangements, the bouquets and the center pieces. Thank you Kathryn!

I used Parrish Designs for my wedding at Villa Woodbine on April 30th. Kathryn Parrish of Parrish Designs is an amazing, talented florist. I brought pictures of different ideas I had for my centerpieces and displays for the church and the Villa and she was able to see my vision, and create beautiful arrangements. I received so so so many compliments on the flowers at my wedding- they were truly stunning. She made recommendations to me when we had my demo and she was right on. I had a very famous hip hop singer perform a set at my wedding (he did his set, hung out for 10 minutes and left) and I kid you not he commented to me on the flowers a few days later!!!! That's how much of a beautiful impression Parrish Designs made! Furthermore, I come from a family of florists (from Long Island) and they are a tough group to impress and they were above and beyond thrilled with Kathryn's quality of flowers and her unique arrangements. She is very fair with pricing- not cheap but you absolutely get what you paid for and then some! I will be using her in the future whenever I have the chance to host an event!!!

I was rendered speechless when I saw Parrish Designs creation of my ceremony site and ballroom, and I am never speechless. Easily the #1 floral and decor design company in South Florida. I had seen an installation of Vanda Orchid plants at the George V in Paris and instantly had to incorporate them into our ceremony decor. In order to get the same feel as the George V that meant we had to use the exact same vendor as the hotel uses for the Vanda plants, not an easy task at all. Most vendors probably would have said no and had me settle on another Orchid, but not Kathryn Parrish. She got the vendor's contact information and made my dream a reality, it was the most amazing Chuppah EVER! She went above and beyond and that along with having total trust and confidence in her is all that matters. I will continue to use Parrish Designs for all my floral needs. THE BEST!!
