Planning a wedding isn't easy, and can be both stressful and exhausting. Initially my fiancé and I thought that we could handle it on our own. We didn't really have the budget for ...
a wedding planner so we didn't consider it to be an option. After a few weeks we gave up, it was extremely difficult with our work schedules and we didn't know the first thing about the process. We knew we were in over our heads and we desperately needed help.
From the moment we met both Dana and Joann we were put at ease. These ladies are the most personable, professional and well experienced ladies we have ever met. They instantly made us feel relaxed about the whole experience and we knew that we could trust them in planning the most important and expensive "day" of our entire lives. That day we drove home and knew that because we could finally sleep in peace now, we had to hire them! It was worth our sanity and it allowed us to enjoy the entire process instead of pulling our hair out. It's really hard to put into words how amazing these women are. When I think of them now I have nothing but love, admiration and so much appreciation for these two! This last year I became really ill and had a number of medical issues that I had never anticipated. I was emotionally drained and these ladies just went above and beyond! We truly believe that if it hadn't been for them we would have needed to cancel the wedding due to the unexpected issues that arose during the planning process. There are so many things to think about when planning for a wedding- so many details that we would have never thought about without these two ladies in our lives. Because of them we were able to have the most incredible, memorable and exciting day of our lives. Not to mention it went by so smoothly. No kidding, our timeline went without a hitch. They were on top of it. My fiancé and I were able to live on cloud 9 the entire day without a single worry in the world! All because of them! Trust us you will adore them!
If you are looking for an amazing wedding planning or day of coordinating team, look no further. The Party and Be Married ladies are awesome. Dana and Joann and her team recently w...
ere our day of coordinators for our wedding of 185 people in Long Beach. From our first meeting with Dana and Joann, we knew they were the perfect team to coordinate our wedding. They were always available for questions, advice, vendor recommendations, coordinating our vendors and doing anything we asked. They helped us stay organized and relaxed throughout the whole wedding planning process and eased our minds on the day of the wedding so we could just enjoy ourselves. They dealt with any problems quietly and efficiently, even so much that we did not know these things were going on. When we arrived back to our hotel room after the wedding reception ended, we walked into our room decorated with flowers and candles everywhere and dinner from our reception, which was so unexpected and perfect. We will definitely be recommending them to all of our family and friends. They went above and beyond. Thank you Dana, Joann, Katrina, Krystyl and Shelly. :)
These ladies are fantastic!!! I love them!! Seriously, I could not have had such a wonderful wedding without them. They made everything come together wonderfully! I was amazed at ...
how all my little details were all taken care of and presented at my wedding as if I had placed them there myself. They were organized, easy going, and so spectacular! My wedding was in Santa Barbara and most of my friends and family live in Orange County so they even made and trip to my mom's house to pick up things for the wedding ahead of time. They even made a trip up to the wedding site to plan things out. From the planning, rehearsal to the actual wedding, everything was top notch. They checked on me and even reminded me of things I might not have thought of. Can you say expert professionals!! My husband and I wanted to take pictures at sunset on the beach about one mile away from our site; Dana kept us on track and even drove us and our photographer back and forth just so we could capture those special photos. Amazing! If you have any special events coming up, Party and Be Married is a must on your vendor list! Exceptional! Thanks Dana, Dominique and Joann!!!
Party and Be Married's best qualities: supportive, creative, professional, responsive, budget-friendly and calm.
Dana, Dominique and JoAnn made my day! These women were so warm...
, gracious and calm during all my freakout sessions (including dealing with a late caterer and a surprise DJ the day of the engagement party, which turned into a mini-wedding with 150+ guests). We had the party in my parent's backyard, which they transformed into a majestic garden with fairy lights, floating candles and the most adorable handmade centerpieces that were executed to a T.
They had so many ideas that matched up to exactly what I wanted and so many others that I didn't know I wanted until they mentioned them (a cute welcome board that read "happily ever after starts here" at the entrance, lanterns outside and mad lib advice cards for the guests etc.) They also totally stayed within my budget, executing the whole event for a steal given how much labor they put into making the centerpieces and visits they made to the house to make sure everything went off without a hitch.
They have really great taste and can work with any budget. They're new to the wedding scene but they know their stuff and do their homework. I'm so glad I hired them for the engagement party because I really got to see what they were capable of. They even ran out and bought more cups when we ran out, were completely gracious to my rude family members and were always on time.
I got so many compliments on the decor that they executed and wouldn't have been able to enjoy the party had they not handled all the trouble shooting for me. These women are awesome and you should absolutely hire them IMMEDIATELY!

e pick a theme that fit my husband and myself. In fact, before meeting with the Party and Be Married staff, I just knew I liked the color red, and I wanted everything to be red!!!
When I started planning my wedding I knew nothing and their help and deadlines were perfect. It led to a very stress free wedding. Their graphic designer did our invitations and they were perfect. Everyone was so impressed with the invitations. They were beautiful and exactly what I wanted because I was able to put my input into the design.
They helped with the floral arrangements at both the bridal shower and the wedding. The arrangements were beautiful. Just gorgeous. I just knew I wanted red roses in the arrangements, but Party and Be Married introduced me to so many other beautiful flowers to add into the centerpieces and i was very pleased. They did the corsages, boutineers and I loved my boquet.
Party and Be Married treated me like I was a member of their family that they were helping to plan a wedding. They did everything in their power to keep me from stressing out, and I have to say there was no bridezilla in me. Really, they took care of all of that for me. I had no worries and no problems. They treated me like family and made my big day perfect.
REally and truely they were by my side every step of the way and that is what I love most about the services that Party and Be Married provides, because they are there with you from "Yes to the Last Dance"
Thank you for a beautiful wedding and planning experience!!!!
