I was aiming to recreate my mother's Floridian, tropical, bridal bouquet and use that as inspiration for the rest of the reception decor, bridesmaid bouquets, etc. Upon showing Lorie sketches of what I was envisioning - she warned me it wouldn't look like anything she had done before / wasn't the typical Charlotte bride. She created a test run reception center piece and it was perfect. Months passed between that initial meeting and the wedding itself. I was worried that perhaps my sketches and unique vision would get lost in the wedding season chaos, but have no fear Lorie's day of set up was EXACTLY AS PLANNED! I can't even begin to express how happy I was with our wedding flowers! If Lorie has availability, book her immediately! She can work with any budget, but she made us the most amazing bouquets for such a great price. I am not very well versed in flowers, and I didn't have a great grasps on what I wanted. Lorie helped me with my colors, designs, and final choices! She even met with us twice because I changed the wedding theme! The hit of the wedding was my dog's flower collar! The flowers were great and exactly what we wanted. She was able to work with us and get all the types of flowers we wanted. We gave her creative freedom for the flowers on our arbor. She did a fantastic job in designing the arbor flowers and they matched perfectly with all of the other decorations. Communication was a little spotty in terms of details about flower delivery and pick up.

Lorie really was fantastic! She came highly recommended by two brides (current coworkers of mine) and I could not have been any more satisfied with my floral arrangements at my May 2018 wedding in Cornelius, NC. We met well over a year before the big day and after some conversation and pictures, Lorie executed my floral vision perfectly! She was easy to work with, low key and flexible. Also, excellent value! I would use her again for future floral arrangements.

Finding a florist was the hardest part of wedding planning for me! However, Lorie made the entire process so incredibly easy! She was incredibly knowledgable, had tons of pictures of her previous work, and was so helpful in making suggestions and giving advice. We used Party Blooms for Our Daughter's Wedding at the Palisades. The Flower's were Wonderful, Centerpieces were beautiful and my daughter's bridal flowers were beautiful!

I'll start by saying that I am not a flower girl, I don't like to receive them or buy them. So when it came to flowers for wedding, they were not my priority and I looked for vendors soley on budget and availability. I found Party Blooms on Weddingwire and met with Lorie a a few months before my Sept wedding. She's a local entreprenuer and is no frills which means no overhead and reasonable pricing. I asked for simple flowers (sent her a few Pinterest pics) in all white - and deferred to Lorie on what was in season and in my price range. She provided a few different options, and that was that. Ya know what I really appreciated? I had seen a photo of my venue with an aisle runner and rose petals, she really discouraged me from the aisle runner chance it wouldn't lay flat in the wind. It would have been easy for her to take my money but she didn't, that's a good vendor! On day of, she showed up prompt to deliver bouquets/corsages/bouts to hotel (all labeled) and then delivered centerpieces to the venue. I was very happy with the final product and her overall service, recommend!

Lori did a spectacular job on the flowers for my wedding! I had been looking at different florists and many had extremely high minimum charges that were much more than I was hoping to spend. I had my initial call with Lori and she sent me a quote for everything I wanted and it was extremely affordable and in the range of what I wanted to spend. On the day of the wedding, everything came out beautifully! She created all bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony arrangements and table centerpieces and they were all exactly how I had envisioned. She really provided an exceptional service for a great value! Highly recommend!

I actually never even saw the florist on the day of the wedding, but everything was set up perfectly and was exactly what I ordered. I did not want to spend too much on flowers. In fact, I only did bouquets, boutineers, wristlets, greenery on the gazebo we got married in, and rose petals down either side of the aisle. I believe I paid over $600 in total. I did babies breath and mother of pearl blush roses. I thought everything looked beautiful.

I give Party Blooms 3 stars purely because although my bridal bouquet was gorgeous, their customer service was horrible. My bridal bouquet came in beautiful, it was truly stunning, but my bridesmaids bouquet were far from acceptable. I didn't them to be perfect but when they came in and everyone (including my coordinator) said they looked horrible, my MOH called her and asked her to fix them. She argued and blamed them not looking good on me, the bride. Now I will give her the benefit of the doubt and guess she was stressed out but I find it unacceptable for her to blame the bride for her choice of flowers. I am not a flower expert but when I requested these flowers to make my bridesmaid bouquets, she did not tell me it would look bad or suggest an alternative option SO for them to come in terrible looking is unacceptable. The flowers were not only partially dead, but the 'yellow" flower was orange....it could not even be argued to be a shade of yellow. I do feel it is important to add that I consulted multiple florist before selecting my flowers and finalizing them with Party Blooms, so a "poor selection' of flowers, can't be argued either. She did come back to fix them but was clearly not happy about it and it was after she said she couldn't and my brothers were sent to go buy over $200 worth of flowers at Harris Teeter so we could fix them ourselves. Again, my bridal bouquet was great but overall, the bridesmaid bouquets were one thing I wish I did not have to deal with on my wedding day and were the only negative experience I had that day.

Wow we can't say enough about how beautiful the flower arrangements were. I had searched a few diff places and met Lorie whom was super easy going and quick to respond. She was one of the better priced florists as well. I met with her to go over my vision and without pictures that she had: I showed her a few pics of what I was thinking and it came out EXACTLY HOW I WANTED IT!! I trusted her and I am glad that I did. If in doubt or unsure of a hint she will help and she is not trying to buckle and dime you. Anyways, an amanzing lady and company. Very helpful and prompt.

As someone planning a Charlotte wedding from the Midwest, we were looking for someone who was professional, experienced and available to answer questions we had along the way. We chose her based on reviews and an introductory phone call where we discussed our vision and budget for the day. She knew exactly what we were looking for - classic and understated. Even if I wasn't sure of a floral combination, she would provide suggestions via phone and pictures via e-mail to help bring our vision to life. And believe me, it was not easy settling on florals but she made the process enjoyable. She was very patient with our last-minute (I'm talking 2-3 weeks before the wedding!) requests to help us save money with more affordable arrangements. We had an amazing experience working with Lorie! We were looking for a florist who understood our desire of simplicity and beauty. We wanted the bare minimum of flowers but we wanted them to pop and be beautiful! Lorie did exactly that! The bridesmaid held beautiful rose bouquets, along with my beautiful red roses and white cali lilies and our bridesmen had red rose boutonnieres. But we had a twist! And we wanted to add adorable lego mini figure heroes to the boutonnieres. Lorie was so accommodating and volunteered to put those together for us and they were perfect! We also had rose petals on our tables for the reception and Lorie arrived early to help setup those flowers. She did an amazing job and had such an affordable price. We were very lucky to find her and would recommend her to everyone!!

I absolutely loved my bouquet. It was perfect and exactly what I asked for and in visioned. I'm a petite bride and I didn't want something huge or too small. It was the perfect size. The bouts were the perfect color and my bridesmaids bouquets were bright and the perfect shades of the colors I wanted for an August wedding (my mom was concerned that I wanted colors that were too dark for a late summer wedding). The reception flowers were great. I thought I wanted white flowers on my cake, but the bridesmaid colors were used instead. Which just popped against our white-on-white cake and made beautiful pictures. I would have never thought about doing it. But she definitely has an eye for things. Great to work with and give me lots of options of different flowers that I hadn't thought of.

Lorie is incredible talented, fun, and so easy to work with! She has tons of photographs and examples of what she's done in the past and can really turn your vision into reality! Even after I changed my mind on details two weeks before the event, she was able to rearrange things and really come to my rescue with bouquets and centerpieces even better than I imagined. We received several compliments on the centerpieces and decor at the reception; everything was truly lovely! I highly recommend Lorie for any of your florist needs!

All of my flowers were absolutely gorgeous! My overall color theme for the wedding was black and ivory. I used yellow flowers to add a vibrant pop of color to the pallet. The flowers did just that and Party Blooms captured exactly what was I looking for.

Party Blooms provide beautiful flowers for our wedding day that far exceeded our expectations. The Bouquets were beautiful and a good amount of flowers for the value. Our centerpieces I was blown away by! I expected a few bunches of flowers but once I walked in our reception room I noticed each table had a large arrangements that many guests gave us lots of compliments about. Party Blooms was a great to work with and a great value for the quality of flowers you recieve.

We started working with Lori at Party Blooms after other florist’s quotes were way too much. Other wedding vendors had told us Lori could do a lot on a tight budget, which we were on. We set out by telling Lori the budget we had to stick to, and what we were looking for. She was familiar with the venue and knew what she was working with. Lori offered numerous alternatives for us to choose from, and thought of many creative ideas to decorate the dinner tables while staying under budget. We gave Lori swatches of our wedding colors, and she did a great job matching floral arrangements to them. We wanted to a variety of arrangments on the tables, rather than 12 identical ones. Lori did a great job making three different types and spreading them throughout the room. It all looked great and was done at a price that was very affordable. I would also recommend paying the pickup charge so that you don’t have to return the vases yourself. The day after the wedding was chaotic, and having Lori come get the vases from hotel was very convenient. We were very happy with Party Blooms and would recommend them to our friends.

Prior to my consultation, Lorie asked me to send her pictures of floral decorations I liked and inspired me. During the consultation, she was able to present me with inventive ideas that were dynamic but stayed within my budget. The day of the wedding, Lorie and her teamed dropped off the bouquets and boutineers to my hotel room. Now that's service. The church was nicely decorated. Lorie created signature centerpieces for my wedding which were gorgeous and accented my reception venue perfectly. I highly recommend her for brides with any budget.

I got my wedding flowers at Party Blooms, and I thought they did a great job! The bouquets, bouts and corsages all turned out just as I imagined them. They held up well in the June heat and looked nice in all my photos. The pricing was also affordable.

My bridal bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets were beautifully designed by Lori. She took the time to listen to my ideas and helped me create a gorgeous cascading bouquet. She also provided the table decorations for the reception - using unique glasses and crystal stones that reflected the candle light beautifully.

I had to pick my florist while I was still living out of state, and I was never able to actually make a face-to-face meeting with Lori to plan our flowers but we talked on the phone and through e-mail to get quotes together and she was much more reasonable than the other florists I met with so we decided to go with her. I changed my idea about 3 weeks before the wedding and she was totally cool with it. I never actually *met* Lori at the wedding, as I was in hair/make-up when she dropped flowers off at the venue, but everything looked beautiful from personal flowers to the centerpieces and I could not have asked for anything more. She did exactly what I had asked for. A little bit difficult to get an appointment with, but I was always last minute in trying to do so!
