so, we had two confirmation calls from two different people, which was incredibly confusing, and the 2nd call was a scrambled voicemail that we couldn't understand. When one of my bridesmaids called back (they called to confirm 3 hours before pickup) he said he would call back but never did. When we got on the party bus, he asked to see my credit card despite the fact that I paid in full and confirmed with another person on the phone that week. I did not have that card on me due to not knowing it was needed, and thus resulted an uncomfortable 5 minutes where the driver threatened not to leave the premises. They also did not apologize for being late.
The second bus, which we used after the reception, was better, and we booked them for an hour. 15 min into our trip, we decided that we wanted to stay on the bus for another 20 min or so, instead of simply use them for a drop off. Since we had them booked for an hour, we thought that asking for 35 min on the bus would be reasonable. She eventually agreed, but was very annoyed and was not happy to do so.
Overall, it worked out. But it was unnecessarily stressful and the staff was not kind or accommodating.
They did not show up for my wedding. I booked 2 months ahead of time, paid in full and confirmed a week before.

late. They were almost an hour late. It was so good that we happened to have enough cars on sight, otherwise our wedding party would not have made it to the ceremony on time. They also sent us a different (older) bus than we had booked. The bus was supposed to drive the wedding party from the ceremony to the reception, however, the driver got lost and we were 40 minutes late to our own reception. No one ever apologized for any of this and they will not respond to our emails now that we have tried to contact them after the wedding. Do not book here unless you want to be crabby and late on your wedding day.
Had a great time on the party bus we rented for our wedding party last month! The price was great and I have already recommended this company to friends for their weddings!
