ria, who was fantastic. She was very responsive, checked in to confirm that everything I ordered looked good to us, dealt with many messages back and forth as I kept updating our totals, and overall was just delightful to work with. The quality of our rentals was also top-notch.

was a complete nightmare having to use this company. When our order was delivered, the lectern was broken, the table for the sand ceremony was missing the stand, and the table for ...
the sound equipment was also broken. They said they would go back to the warehouse and rectify the problem. They had to come back two more times. the tables were replaced, however , the worst nightmare because 30 minutes before the wedding ceremony started we still had a broken lectern. We had to call multiple times, and we were told they only had 1 lectern and there was nothing they could do about it. The broken lectern was being held together with masking tape. The pastor had to be very careful not to lean on it too much in order to keep the thing from falling apart.This was extremely stressful and frustrating to deal with! Ceremony was delayed because we were waiting for lectern to be fixed. This was really not acceptable. We placed our order 3 months in advance!

and I was able to secure all of the items I needed. There were many options to choose from so it was super helpful to see and feel the items in person. It was as easy as walking into the store, picking out what I liked- one call later- Jeanette advised that the items would be ready for me to pick up immediately at their warehouse location. My shoot was in two days and I would not have been able to come back for the items the next day so the instant availability was AMAZING.
I am so glad I chose Party Corner and I will surely recommend them to my brides and other clients.

We rented benches from them for our wedding ceremony on the beach. Our order was pretty simple and straightforward...
, but they couldn't handle it. Here's what went wrong: First the delivery was delayed and not set up by the time agreed upon by contract. Second, they didn't provide appropriate staffing so that my groomsmen had to assist in set up, even though we paid them for the delivery and set-up. There is literally a separate line item on our invoice for labor, yet they still didn't provide appropriate labor. Lastly, they knew a bench was defective and still set it up at the ceremony, causing harm to my guests when they sat down and the bench broke.
I made them aware of these issues and I'm still awaiting for a call back from the GM. Don't think that will every happen. Horrible service, defective product. They had many opportunities to make it right and they didn't. STAY AWAY!!
