Worst decision I ever made to use Party Depot Entertainment Located in Amityville, NY 11701 . I hired this company for a first communion on May 16,2015 and it's been a nightmare. T...he staff including the manager Will McCall, very unprofessional,rude, condescending and dismissive of all my issues. The final video was amateurish and of poor quality, when I asked for the unedited copy I was told that the company was not obligated to provide it. I spent enough money not to deal with this nonsense. I am very disappointed because this event( 1st Holy Communion) is once in a life time , and they destroyed this memory. I do not recommend anyone to use this company Party Depot Entertainment , therefore I rate them a zero . They will never get my business or any referrals.
