Once the dress came in she tailored it to exactly how I wanted it AND she gave me the awesome choice of renting it which saved my wedding budget BIG TIME. The Rental included everything from the dress, to the veil, to even the jewelry! I’m so happy I bumped into their vendor booth at the Bridal Expo. but it would take cutting the dress literally in half. She charged me very little to do so but before I gave the go ahead, I thought I'd try on a few in her store. She recommended on for my body type but I didn't think I'd like it so I didn't try it on. After trying several on I finally agreed to try her recommended dress on - IT WAS PERFECT. I was shocked at how she could tell what type of dress would fit me best just by eye. Claudette is so skilled - old school kind of experienced seamstress. Then after this, my maid of honor came in from the mainland and had ordered her dress over the phone with measurements given. Claudette added a size just in case we needed a little room (could always alter). When my maid of honor arrived she was 5 sizes too big for the dress she ordered. Claudette worked her magic again (3 days before the wedding) and found the exact same color and material dress on her floor and literally cut the dress in pieces to make a new one. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was when my maid of honor tried it on. I would recommend Claudette to anyone with 100% confidence that she knows what she's doing. Her quality and skill is not easily found these days. I can never thank you enough Claudette!!

rfect dress. It was the second dress I tried on that was THE dress. The first dress wasn't my style and wasn't what I asked for but it was a new dress that came in and they wanted to see it on a real person. So the 2nd dress I tried was THE dress, and Claudette provided all the alterations and provided the perfect fit. I couldn't have asked for anything better. After all, I went to almost all the stores here in Hawaii, I never thought I'd find the dress that fit my taste and style. Thank you Claudette.

husband's tuxedo, vest, and shoes rental. I think it's a good deal. Claudette is good with fasion design and she picked the tiara, veil, and ear rings that were perfect for the dress. She also gave us suggestions for the color of my husband's the vest and tie. They have lots of styles for bridesmaid dresses. Two of my bridesmaid were not in Hawaii and she did the alternation 3 days before the wedding.

hrough all the formalities if they didn't even have the dress I wanted to try on? Well, the woman refused to answer and demanded I tell her when I was getting married before she would give me an appointment. WOW! I told her forget it. There are other bridal boutiques who carry the designer I was looking for. I'm glad I avoided this place! Psycho!

. I was offered 20% off at another bridal shop. When I walked in to see Claudette, she matched it so that I would buy it from her. I did because she seemed helpful and eager to have my business--and her shop was cleaner than the last one. I paid for my dress in full (not a requirement by her, but I wanted to get the expense out of the way). I noticed that she included a $150 alterations charge on into my invoice. I'm okay with that--as long as alterations are done. Claudette worked with me on about 3 different visits to get my fitting right. She also did it very quickly. I tried my dress the first time, just a month before my wedding--only to find out there was no way my fat ass was gonna get it past my hips. Panic mode set in, but Claudette assured me it would be fine. Give up rice and lose 15 pounds, she said, and then come back in 2 weeks. Oh...it's on. I lost 12 pounds and went back to see her. The dress went on, got past my junk, and looked wearable...5 more pounds, she says, and come back in a week. "I fix for you, don't worry." A week later, not quite 5 pounds but close enough. She let the seams out just a tad on each side around my troubled area and sent me home with a request to lose 5 more so I could sit in my dress. Yes, girls...it's one thing to be able to stand in it, but you need also to be able to sit in it. She also offered to remove a bulky layer of crinlin from the bottom where it didn't seem to be laying flat when bussled. A week later and just a day before my wedding I picked up my gown. The mischievous crinlin removed, the hem just perfect, a bussle put in, the hips taken out and she even changed the corset string to a stronger taffeta material in the exact same shade of my dress. The original string, made of chiffon, tore at the seams every time we tugged on it. Claudette was absolutely fabulous. Gracious and helpful every time. On a side note, within the 9 months that I worked with her, I purchased 2 prom dresses from her for my daughter to wear. She gave me a discount for being a repeat offender. That's always nice. I will continue to buy gowns from Claudette as long as I need to. She is so friendly and helpful, I look forward to working with her again anytime the need arises.

n exposed to Korean accents. I didnt bother me* I had actually found my dress at another store, but didnt appreciate the service. She was very kind and you could tell she knew what she was doing. I knew she was a reputable vendor from past experiences as far as prom and high school balls. Claudette even cut me a flat deal that included my veil and earrings. A bride really needs to fall in Love with her dress, it's truly a plus when the service provided is great. I never felt more beautiful on my wedding day.
