ues and was very professional the whole time. She even went above and beyond during some parts of the day - after we left, we had forgotten our take home boxes from the caterer, and she drove (at least 30 minutes) and delivered them to our hotel without even blinking an eye after a crazy day. If there were any issues, we didn't know about them. We had to make a late rain call, and even though I was kind of stressing out, she stayed calm cool and collected throughout the day. She also coordinated with all of our vendors the last week or two prior to our date, which was SO helpful. She was able to give us suggested vendors throughout the planning process as well and was able to answer any questions that we had even though she technically was a "month of" coordinator. With the flowers, we gave her a general budget, and she stuck with that and the flowers were beautiful. We wanted to stay mostly local, and she did. We brought a few vases for us to take the flowers after the reception, and she coordinated that as well. She took any leftover flowers to a local retirement home, which we really appreciate. She also recommended vendors that would work well with our style and budget. Way before the wedding she made a very detailed timeline for the day and reached out to all of our vendors as the day got closer so that they were all on the same page. On the day of the wedding she was a rockstar! She interacted with the vendors, set up decorations, made sure my bridesmaids and I had everything we needed, and kept the groomsmen in order :D. She was great with communication, provided excellent advice when I needed it, and is one of the most talented and kind people I have ever met. My husband and I decided to do buffet style for our dinner and Michelle made a point to make sure we actually ate our food! As we sat at our sweetheart table taking in the day, she served us each a plate of not only our main course food but also a few small plates of the appetizers we thought we had missed from taking pictures during the cocktail hour. And to our delight when the night was over and we realized we had not actually eaten any of our desserts, we found a plate of desserts wrapped up for us sitting in our getaway car! Beyond her excellent coordinating skills, she is also a very talented florist! I absolutely loved every floral piece she put together and got multiple compliments from my guests! I honestly don’t think our day would have gone as smoothly and turned out as beautiful if it wasn’t for her. I was communicating myself with the vendors, and it would’ve been nice to have more support and communication from Michelle while planning a wedding from afar. The week of picked up a bit, but other than that I wouldn’t say the “planning” parts before the wedding were top notch.

The florals and decor that she put together for us were beyond beautiful - to the point where the friend who stopped at the venue to pick up my bouquet for pictures immediately facetimed me (while crying herself) to show us the wonderful job Michelle and Emily did. She was so on top of everything and it was very comforting to me that she had worked with just about all of my other vendors in the past that I literally did not worry about a single thing! rehearsal dinner and welcome party the night before. She took charge of coordinating everything between the venue, caterer, bar service and rental of linens, tableware and glassware. Her firm also designed and provided beautiful centerpieces and decorations and brought in a lighting outfit to provide the perfect ambiance. She truly made it a seamless experience that allowed us to enjoy the night along with our guest. As an additional note we also saw her in action the next day as the wedding planner/coordinator and she worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was perfect--staying at the reception until the last guest had left the building!

Not only was Sara there the day of, she ran the rehearsal the night before, and came to two meetings at the venue to go over site set up, rentals, and all the other details. The day of package got me Sara for the day, she ran the rehearsal, two in person meetings, and unlimited phone calls and emails to ask any questions about finding vendors or how to do timing, anything at all. I highly recommend Party Envy and if you're debating getting a day of coordinator it is more than worth the money for the reduced stress on your wedding day.

Not only were her services a great value (we chose "day of" coordination), she was personable and MORE than willing to help me with the planning process along the way.
When it came to the BIG day Michelle was a blessing. If anything went wrong that day, I didnt know anything about it! The guests all loved her and everything went perfectly.
