Stephanie and her team did a fantastic job helping me plan and execute my proposal in Vail. They helped brainstorm through different ideas, choose a location, select the décor, print and frame pictures, organize a special dinner at the restaurant Matsuhisa, and coordinate with the florist and photographer throughout the day. Stephanie was an absolutely incredible wedding planner, I can't say enough great things about her!! She was so professional, efficient, organized, caring, and fun to work with! She made the wedding planning process SO much less stressful and we couldn't have pulled off our gorgeous wedding at Camp Hale without her! The first phone call I did with her before we even booked her services, I was very stressed out and she spent an hour and a half on the phone with me, going over all the planning details so far and detailing how she could help with the process. By the time I got off the phone just from that first call, I already felt so much better and less stressed. We booked her immediately and have absolutely no regrets about it! We highly recommend her, especially if you're getting married at Camp Hale because she was one of the first planners to ever work with the venue and knows it and the staff very well. Camp Hale requires at least a day-off planner, but we hired Stephanie as a partial planner, she helped us beginning several months before with some of the vendors and aspects I felt we needed help with. She also recommended the photographers we ended up booking (Gillespie Photography), our cake/desserts baker (Cornerstone Chocolates) and they were both amazing as well! If it's in your budget to hire her as a full-service planner I highly recommend it, that's the only thing I would've changed about the experience of working with her! We loved her attention to detail and recommendations, and she brought a whole team with her the day-of and they were on top of everything. Stephanie is the best!

Stephanie Fleck set up a stunning proposal for me at Beaver Creek . She thinks of everything and made sure I left out no detail which made it perfect. She was able to organize the whole event remotely, as I am based in Ohio, and we came out to CO for vacation. Every vendor was excellent. Stephanie personalized the whole thing and even was willing to work in the glasses my fiancé's parents used when they got married! I tried to convince my fiancé to get married in Vail so we could use Stephanie again. Would recommend her for anyone!

Stephanie is the best. She became my proposal planner through a recommendation from Toni Axelrod Photography. I hired her after just a short conversation on the phone as she gave me a run down on everything to make me feel comfortable to take my engagement from Chicago to Vail as easy as possible. Not knowing the area she set us up from beginning to end. The itinerary was on point. All her recommendations were top notch. From the venue, to flowers, music (we bought a harpist) I don’t know many people that have a harpist on hand lol. It was so unique. I used Party Girl Events for planning a proposal in Breckenridge. With as little notice as 10 days, they were able able to get everything put together for the perfect day! Traveling out of state, they handled everything. From flowers, to music, to venue, to photographer, to private chef in private decorated cabin, and probably about 10 other things I’m forgetting. Worth every penny and then some.

While we didn't need full planning services, I cannot imagine going through your wedding day without having a planner present. My now wife and I used Stephanie to plan our Vail wedding... we live in the NYC area. Stephanie made wedding planning from a distance super easy -- was really easy to get in touch with, and was super organized. She gave suggestions (which we took many of), but wasn't pushy, listened to our needs and wants and ultimately made sure that we had the perfect day.

We initially hired Stephanie as a month of planner and then transitioned to full time. She was absolutely wonderful; she listened, was calm, poised and knowledgable about the industry and 'tips and tricks.' There were at least three other vendors who said to me "Stephanie is the best planner I've worked with."

I used Party Girl Events for planning a proposal in Vail, with about a 5 day notice, and Stephanie was able to get everything put together for the perfect day! I wasn't able to go to Vail myself and plan the proposal, so I had to trust Stephanie with putting everything together in a very short time, and everything worked out great. She took care of everything in just a couple days (finding the perfect spot for a creek picnic, getting all the decorations/blanket/pillows/chairs/table, finding a restaurant to provide the charcuterie board, photographer, sending me directions to the spot, champagne). Everything was really easy and went perfectly to plan, I had nothing to worry about except figure out the speech and hope my girlfriend said yes (she did!) Stephanie also went to the hotel we were going to stay at to decorate our room and put up a bunch of photos of us in frames that she printed out. Everything went great!

My fiancee and I were absolutely blown away by the proposal Stephanie helped set up. About a month before the engagement, I reached out to Stephanie to see if she could help with ideas - I had a vague idea of where I wanted to propose, but I had literally nothing else in mind. Her team came up with numerous amazing options, and I picked the one I thought my now fiancee would like the best. From the large lighted lettering, to the fireworks, to the scavenger hunt and the after party, the whole event was spectacular. She kept us all in communication with details and was more than helpful in everyway! I even called her the day of to make a shuttle change and her response was "No problem, I'll make that happen". Her professionalism was portrayed at every event the entire weekend in her attire, demeanor and thoughtfulness. If I could give Party Girl Events 10 stars I would. They were just that good! We had no issues the entire weekend that were not resolved and fixed by Stephanie (or Lisa) so that we (the wedding party) enjoyed our wedding! If you want everything perfect, this is the planner to use!

Stephanie was our Day-of Coordinator but was a vital part our planning well before that! She was super responsive and helped make sure we didn't forget a single detail! We had very uncooperative weather on the day of our outdoor wedding and I can't imagine having had to have made all those last minute adjustments without Stephanie and her team there!
