Party On Events

Where to begin. My fiancé and I were having issues with our all-inclusive venue which included a wedding coordinator who was also the owner, DJ, MC, and day-of coordinator. Our wedding was on December 13th and we did not feel confident or comfortable moving forward with our current coordinator. 2 months away from our wedding, there was so much left to do. We decided to start looking for a designated wedding coordinator. Many coords were unavailable or out of our budget. It came down to two different coordinator companies and met with both. When we met with Kari Vosseler from Party On Events, we felt comfortable, heard, and reassured. Spoiler alert, she was the best decision we made for our wedding. As soon as we hired Kari, she knew the situation we were in and started not hitting the ground running but sprinting. She contacted all of our vendors. She arranged multiple meetings with them and what was needed. Kari had open communication with us through text, emails, and phone calls. We had plenty of homework to do but she was with us every single step of the way. Rehearsal day, Kari was there early to meet and help direct our family and friends. Also met with the church coordinator which ran rehearsal and from our POV worked well together. Kari was very friendly but firm when directing our family on what was needed from them for the wedding. Game day. Wedding day was here. She greeted us in the morning and was with my fiancé after HMU was finished. Kari with her iPad strapped to her side, kept us on schedule. I got ready at a hotel while my fiancé at her family home. I didn't have my photographer's phone number so I let Kari know which room I was in and next thing I knew, my photographers were there on time ready to work. Then headed to the church and Kari was there waiting for me and my groomsmen. Kari also had some jokes. I asked how my bride was and Kari tells me she's tipsy already. She wasn't lol. Ceremony was the first obstacle we had to over come because the priest took about 1.5 hrs to finish the ceremony which pushed back our photo timeslot at the church by 30 minutes. Kari adjusted and made sure everyone who needed to be in the pictures was there and ready. Since we lost 30 mins, pictures were fast paced. Some family members wanted to squeeze into the photo schedule and Kari accommodated while still adjusting to our schedule. Reception was the biggest obstacle of the night. Before grand entrance, my mother came down with major dehydration and needed medical attention. Luckily a family member is a doctor and helped her. Kari kept me calm and made sure my mom was hydrated and taken care of. Kari even wanted to present me with options on how to adjust with all the formalities that included my mother. Kari helped so much that night. 3500 words are not enough to explain and describe how Kari Vosseler was the best decision we made for our wedding. She vibed with our team. Kari's team helped with everything in between. And Kari was enjoyed and admired by our bridal party, family, and all of our guests. We are so blessed to have found her and to be honest, we wish we found her sooner because we're now sad that we won't be in contact as much as before. There are not enough amazing things to say about Kari! She went above and beyond to make sure our daughter's wedding day was perfect. We did not worry once on the day of the wedding, because we knew she was on top of everything. She listened to my daughter and her fiancé's wedding vision and provided useful advice and guidance. She anticipates the unexpected, pays attention to every single detail and is incredible at organizing multiple vendors. Our daughter's wedding was magical.

Not sure what we would have done without Kari and team! Our day was everything we could have asked for and more, with the execution being perfect. The attention to details, checklists, and meetings kept us on track and made the process simple, alleviating wedding planning stress. We unfortunately had issues with vendors which Kari gladly stepped in to help and take it off our plate. Kari was always a call or text away to answer any questions we had or listen and offer support for our bridal party drama. Any event we throw in the future we will absolutely be using Party On Events!

Kari did an amazing job planning our wedding! My wife and I tried to plan it on our own for over a year and were unable to pull it all together. Thanks to Kari's event planning experience and dedication to detail we had an unforgettable day that we will cherish for a lifetime.
