Party on the Rocks was such a solid choice for our wedding and an incredible value for the service they provide. They’re very reasonably priced, and what we especially appreciated ...
is how flexible and accommodating they are. For example, they let us provide our own fresh-squeezed lemon and lime juice for cocktails instead of requiring store-bought, which made our drinks feel more personal and fresh. They’re also refreshingly transparent—when I was stressing about finalizing cocktail choices, they reassured me that I had until two weeks before the wedding to lock in our second drink, which gave us much-needed breathing room.
It’s worth noting that they get very busy during peak summer wedding season, so responses were sometimes slower and I did need to follow up on a few items. That said, outside of the busiest months, their communication was quick and booking them was a breeze. Honestly, the quality, flexibility, and value they bring far outweigh that small inconvenience.
If I could go back in time knowing what I know now, I would absolutely book them again in a heartbeat—and I’d recommend them to any couple looking for great bartending service at a great value. Our guests loved the cocktails, and Party on the Rocks made our bar service seamless and fun!
My partner and I had an incredible wedding and POTR was a huge factor! Claire and her team helped us find the best package for us. We ended up hiring two bartenders to serve beer, ...
wine and two signatures. We opted to have POTR take care of the alcohol, and they were able to work with us to make fun signature cocktails while keeping in mind our budget. They were able to keep the party going during our rainy wedding! The bartenders were so fun and nice and made some killer cocktails! We heard our guests complimenting the bartenders and the drinks all night. Party on the rocks came recommended by our Coordinator, by our venue, and by several other venders and they knocked it out of the park!
I am so grateful I found Party on the Rocks. They were the only traveling bar I could find that brought the alcohol with them.
We had about 100 people at my 40th class reunion. St...
even and April showed up on time, prepared, and professional. Everyone thought the service was and the drinks were good. We offered soda, beer, wine, hard seltzers, and hard liquor.
Prior to the event the communication was superior, both on the phone and through email. The pricing was clearly set out and there were no problems.
If I find myself in need for this service again, I'm calling Party on the Rocks.

Party on the Rocks was AMAZING!!! POTR provided both bartending and catering/venue support for our wedding in September 2021. POTR totally rocked the bar and made amazing cocktails...
and drinks for everyone, including our signature cocktails. They were fun and personable and generally nailed the bar gig. They had super helpful tips about where to purchase the materials for the bar, which turned out great. POTR also provided coffee service for us at a very reasonable price. POTR also supported our event with event/venue staffing, including catering staffing for our non-traditional dinner, as well as helping our coordinators do all the room flipping, table setting and decor, and general event management. POTR was SO GREAT to work with, we absolutely couldn't have pulled off our event without them. 10/10, would recommend to anyone, especially if you're looking for a little extra staffing help.
