The reservation and pickup process were a breeze. When I had to make some adjustments to the order the process was quick and easy! They forgot to pack one item in our order but apologized when i pointed it out and issued a refund for it without me having to ask for one
They were great! Easy to communicate with when I needed to add things! The guys came and set up the tent the day before giving me plenty of time to decorate! Would recommend!
We worked with Party Perfect through our venue, and were able to make lots of changes throughout the process, which was nice. When we first went into the store to look at everything, there was just one girl working and she basically told my mom and I to just “look around and pick what we liked.” Well, they have a ton of different stuff of every kind of style imaginable, so that was a little overwhelming... we honestly felt a little uncomfortable picking things out and trying to put them together ourselves, so that was a little strange. Luckily, our venue works directly with them so we communicated this to our coordinator on that end and she was able to confirm what items we wanted and add or take away as needed. From what we’ve heard, they’ve fixed their issue with customer service in the store, so maybe that was just a strange instance for us? The rentals were all exactly what we wanted and our reception turned out to be so beautiful because of everything we got from them!
They have a wide selection of things you can rent and are very helpful. They delivered all the way out to Wagoner and were on time when they said they would be there. Overall very happy with their service! Highly reccomend!
Party Perfect has been the single most stressful part of my wedding planning process. We were required to use them by our venue. My family and I actually started referring to their company as Party Not So Perfect as a joke.
I originally went in about three months before my wedding. From that day one, I could tell that customer service was not a priority. The girl working the front desk blankly asked what I wanted and seemed to have no experience in helping customers find what they need for their wedding. Since my venue required us to use them, I would assume they knew the lay of the land there pretty well. Alas, they did not.
After that first interaction, I emailed them for about two and a half months before they were finally able to come up with a final invoice for me. Each simple question in an email seemed like they were annoyed with me. There was no personal interaction and they would take weeks at a time to respond if they did at all. Is usually had to send 2-3 emails before anything would get done.
They were extremely inflexible with the idea of a rain plan and other policies. I didn't even have a difficult order - just chairs, a cake stand, and a easel. Liz was especially difficult for me to work with.
The one saving grace was Kim. When I finally got to talk to her on the phone, she knew exactly what she was doing and was competent to answer all my questions. She is the only reason I am giving two stars rather than only one.
Ultimately, I would strongly recommend Party Pro over this vendor. I had some linens I already owned pressed there and was absolutely blown away with their customer service (even right after half of their warehouse was gone from a tornado!). Party Perfect needs to evaluate their staff and policies in order to better serve their clients.
I rented my rentals through another company that contracts with my caterer. However, they could not do tent draping. I asked Party Perfect about draping, and I was told that if I was not renting anything else, they were unwilling to help me out. This is the first vendor I have been in contact with about my wedding that has been short and unwilling to help.
I got married at the Tulsa Garden Center and had to rent all linens. They looked beautiful. I even had them do draping with a chandelier from the ceiling which was gorgeous.
The linens were beautiful. Seemed a bit expensive, but it was comparable to other rental places. I feel like they had a bigger selection of linens. Plus, they had the colors we wanted. You can go into the store and they allow you to "dress" a table. It was fun! I have no complaints and would recommend.
If they were not a required vendor I would have never used them. The left hand never knew what the right hand was doing. There was no pricing on any items so it was like they were making up prices. They could never get my invoice correct either. Made planning annoying.
Very disappointed in this vendor. They were unfriendly most of the time. They do not make you feel like your day is important at all. I had to constantly ask for updated bills when I would make a payment. When we went to make our final payment it was wrong. Every time I talked with them something was wrong. I was told I could rent 3 round bistro tables and in fact they only had 1 available to rent. I ended up using the square ones that they did have available. When I brought it to their attention they acted as if they did nothing wrong by telling me they were available when they weren't. They also denied telling me that fortunately I had my original paperwork to prove it! They had a very "that's your problem" attitude. I got my linens, tables, chairs etc from them but I would never suggest them to anyone.
the ladies at party perfect were not very accomodating but my caterer worked with them so I went through her. They have a wide selection and can order things in if it cannot be found in the store. They have linens, place settings, tables, candleabrahs, and so much more.
I loved my silver linens I bought from here. Also rented a silver arch and candleabbra's that were really pretty.
The linens were great. Everything looked beautiful. We rented a cupcake stand from them that was in great condition and worked perfectly. The customer service was everything I expected. They were very thorough and kind.
I live in oklahoma city and I found that they had the cheapest linens around. It was nice that they had many colors and fabrics to choose from since I had a specific color that I needed. I Highly recommend getting your linens from this store.
Party "PERFECT" Linens is the place to go. With a stunning showroom and friendly service, they stand above the rest.
We used this vendor for 2 daughter's weddings and were very happy, they will deliver it you want, which is great.They have the best selection in town that I found for table linens. We also rented 3 black wrought iron candlebras for ceremony which was the only place in town that had them, GOOD JOB, and easy to work with and reasonablly priced.

I felt so blessed that this was recommended to me, they were so helpful, took so much of the stress away from me. Constant communication and updates with my order made it so easy for me. They have BEAUTIFUL linens!
