en down from the previous party and never cleaned. The white tent and sidewalls had caked on dirt everywhere. The tables were full of numerous different kinds of tape. The tent had numerous holes that were taped up with dirt surrounding the tape. There was tape and ribbon on many areas of the tent. The chafing dishes have wooden handles that are worn and unattractive. The dance floor was an eyesore with huge gashes and it kept falling apart. It clearly needed to be re-finished and assembled better. The lighting looked hideous. The light clips seem to be for gutters and didn't say up on the tent. Several of the bulbs were burnt out and the wiring was dirty as well. The pole drapes had what looked to be rust stains on the fabric. Time was taken away from decorating in order to get the tent and sidewalls cleaned and from an attempt to have the disgusting dance floor covered. The wedding photos will need much Photoshop work to hide the nasty rental item flaws. And yes, as mentioned in another review, the tables were too small for ten people. The Good: The linens (except for the pole drapes) were perfect, clean and worked out very well. Customer service was good each time we called. They know how to handle complains, possibly because they may get them a lot. However, they need to understand that nothing they do other than actually fix the problems would help making the wedding reception any better. With only hours to spare and no replacement items available, the wedding reception went on with the horrific rental items from Party Place Rental.

n we had questions or concerns! My only reason for not giving 5/5 stars was that the sides to the tent that we paid extra for seemed to have a few holes in them which looked a little tacky. Other than that, everything was perfect.
