g extra - and Party Pleasers was just the place. Our coordinator took us there several months before the wedding and we looked through their huge inventory of tableware and linens. We thought we’d settled on what we wanted, but as we grew closer, and as we dialed down more on our design choices, we made a second trip back to their showroom … and ended up changing most everything from our first visit. Not to worry! They had plenty of inventory and Marissa was a pro in helping us realize our dreams. In the end, we brought in most everything to the wedding venue - something they told us that no one had done before. We only used our venue’s tables and chairs. For the round tables, they hooked us up with beautiful silvery custom floor-length linens from La Tavola, and for the long wooden farmhouse tables, we chose a blue/grey gauzy linen that gathered on the tabletop and bunched up on either side as they hit the floor. Making the table a masculine setting, we chose a heavy marble charger that stayed on the table throughout the meal. The dinner plate was an ink blot with black and blue, and the salad plate a solid black. We ended up renting two of each plate so that they’d be there on the table as our guests entered, with the extra of each in the kitchen waiting to be plated and served. For silverware, we chose a heavy handled set that felt great in your hands. We complemented everything with tall crystal stemware (both red and white wine glasses) and a faceted / geometric water glass. Topping it all off - luxury deep red velvet napkins gently draped under each place setting, adding a pop of color. Of course, Party Pleasers handled all the delivery and pickup, and Marissa made it all so easy - even with multiple changes / additions and deletions from our order. Most of all, Party Pleasers was reasonably priced for all that we got. We had visited another rental company, but the vibe wasn’t there for us, and the prices were much higher. I can’t recommend Party Pleasers enough - they offer an incredible selection of linens, tableware, chairs and so much more.

On Oct 11th I called them, spoke with Stephanie, only to be told their "system" was down so she knew nothing. She offered to take my info again, when I told her the date I needed rentals - she said they were sold out and could not accommodate my date because they had the Greek festival (lucky them I guess) . Now I'm going to scramble to find another rental place in time for our baby shower, would have been a proper business practice to have replied they couldn't take the date immediately or have it "blacked out" on the quote request. So...if they have larger client they just treat everything else like garbage and don't respond. I would never rely on this place - shady and greedy.

ddings, didn't need a lot of rentals as our venue provided many things that you would traditionally rent, so I needed to find a place that didn't have any crazy high minimums. I made an appointment to visit their showroom and was guided through the process by Anjela, who became my Party Pleasers coordinator throughout the rest of the process. She was terrific, and incredibly helpful. We ended up renting navy tablecloths, circular mirrors to use as the base of our floral centerpieces and an iron easel for our welcome/find your seat sign. I found the prices to be competitive and what really sold me, was they offered a pick up option, so we could opt out of the delivery fee for so few items. The entire process working with them was streamlined and stress free, and we were able to make final quantity adjustments until a few weeks before the big day which was a huge help. I would highly recommend working with them for your next event!

ty of the ranch style tables that we ordered. They were $75 each (if i remember correctly) and they looked pretty scraped up and in rough shape. Then at the end, we got charged for two tablecloths because one that was returned was damaged but the other apparently wasn’t theirs. We didn’t have any other tablecloths at our venue so I don’t understand how the tablecloth that was returned wasn’t theirs. It was ultimately frustrating because we were charged $90 for two tablecloths that they probably paid $20 for. This, on top of the $8000 we already paid them. Needless to say, myself and my family & friends will no longer be using Party Pleasers.

e definitely bigger than our wallets at first. But, they were totally fine with helping us trim down and find less expensive alternatives. One of the best aspects of Party Pleasers is their online catalog, which was HUGE when we were trying to compare things as my mom lives on the East Coast. Seriously, I logged a lot of hours on that site. Anjela even came out to a site visit with my mom and I when my mom came to visit to help us make sure we didn't leave anything important off our list. Although I was blissfully not involved with the set up or take down day-of, I had several of my family and friends say how great the delivery people were in both friendliness and helpfulness. Since we got married at Paramount Ranch, a pretty bare-bones location we rented a good amount of stuff. I thought they were very reasonably priced for the high quality items we ended up with. Thanks so much to Party Pleasers for making our big day so gorgeous and happen so smoothly.

They always communicated with me promptly, which is a major plus because I can be impatient and I don't like feeling like I'm in the dark about things. Everything looked great and was placed just as I had requested. They're a very trustworthy vendor & I'd highly recommend them to any couple looking for rentals.

PP doesn't have the best selections of merchandise, but they do have very friendly and helpful staff.

g. Andrew helped us make the wedding of our dreams come true within our budget. And, most importantly... Andrew Evans literally saved our wedding. Ten days before our wedding, we found out that our wedding venue (a national park) would be closed due to the government shutdown. We thought we were out of luck until Andrew recommended another venue, 10 minutes away from our old venue that actually was even more perfect for us than our first venue. Once we decided on our new venue, Andrew also worked with us to stay within our budget while accommodating the additional rentals we need for this new space (e.g., tables, chairs, a dance floor). He also went with us on a site visit to develop a lighting scheme specific to our new venue after he had already come up with a lighting and draping scheme specific to the previous venue. Dropoff and pickup was easy. Overall, our experience was excellent. Andrew went above and beyond to make our wedding a success. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.

rs' showroom (which is gorgeous, by the way) and nervously asked for ideas and prices. I was pleasantly surprised when the cost for the canopy poles wasn't that expensive ($80 or something, I think. And despite my tiny budget (so small that any rentals beyond the canopy were optional), Andrew actually offered to come out to my venue and brainstorm with me. I started out agreeing to a decoration plan that was around $500 (canopy, lots of pipe and drape for the walls, and uplighting), but eventually cut it down to $200. And not once did Andrew make me feel like my venue would look shabby without _____. He never tried to sell me on "Oh, this place won't look good unless you have _____". It was really nice not to feel embarrassed about asking for the bare minimum and I would totally work with these guys again! Renting can definitely be expensive, even from Party Pleasers (I didn't rent my linens from them, for example), but if you think small, it can be more affordable than building/buying things yourself.
