We chose Party Pleasers (with DJ Jeff Heidelberg) for our daughter's outdoor wedding ceremony and reception.
For the ceremony: Jeff ran audio for the event, providing a microphone for our officiant, as well as sound for our pianist's electric keyboard. Beautiful setting, and all could hear the ceremony...just wonderful!
For the reception: From the very start, where we discussed the possibility of booking our event, all the way to the very last song of the night, everything was simply perfect! Jeff's event app gave our families the chance to join in the fun, giving us the opportunity to choose/request music for all of the important moments, as well as ensuring guest favorites would be included for dinner and dancing. All smiles, all night - with Jeff as host, always upbeat, getting people and microphones ready for every speech or toast, and then playing the best mix of old and new music throughout the reception.

ed, especially my beautiful bride. We have nothing but amazing things to say about her. She met us at our venue months in advanced to go through decor options and make sure she captured the look we were going for in the venue. She also came for the rehearsal the night before, helped us decorate and run through the ceremony and reception events. Then on the day of, she was on time, ready for anything we needed. She was running around making sure my bride had everything she needed and to keep MoB in check so that my bride could stay relaxed and happy. Tasha also made sure the final touches were made in the venue (table settings were ready, vases were filled, decor was set in place, and flowers arrangements were staged for the ceremony and later transferred to the reception hall). She was always there with bridal needs (blotting paper, holding phones, having ice cold drinks for all of us because it was a bit on the warm side, and she made sure the bridal party's needs were met). When the ceremony came, she was the world's best conductor! Made sure we were in place, queued the DJ, kept everyone at a good pace to walk down. I am certain I'm missing things but seriously, Tasha was a blessing to have with us. We can't recommend her enough! Thank you so much Tasha!!

e Rings soundtrack, video game music, early 2000s, and more! He walked us through the party pleasers app, which was fantastic. You could upload full spotify playlists straight into the app. The app also breaks down each section of wedding day for every song you may need (ceremony, cocktail hour, cutting the cake, dinner, dancing, etc.). Nick was super nice and was able to do our sound for the ceremony, cocktail hour, full dinner and reception, and our grand exit. He was open to all our suggestions; and he brought up things to decide that we hadn't even considered! During the wedding, Nick made sure to check in with us personally and made sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend party pleasers for the large selection of rentals, lighting, and their amazing DJs -especially Nick! Lastly, Nick was an amazing "game show host" for our scavenger hunt - we made sure the musical chairs were ready, mc'd the entire hunt, and played a different song for each item! The music was amazing - he played all of our must haves, followed our do-not-play list, and had some amazing early 2000s hip-hop mixes.

o simply get information about the company and what they offered. That phone call ended with me asking him to personally be the DJ for our wedding. His communication and support before the wedding were amazing and he was always prompt with his replies. The app the company uses to help keep me organized and to pre-plan for the day of our wedding was such a game changer. You might be thinking "do i really need a Master DJ?"...yes, yes you do! His knowledge and professionalism made the event run so smoothly! I never had to worry about a thing. Even when the inevitable "bridal panic" set in, he was calm, cool, and confident, setting my mind at ease every step of the way. But even beyond his incredible skills as a DJ and performer, Nick was courteous and ridiculously thoughtful every step of the way. Our banner at his DJ booth was beautiful and touched us both with the level of care he put into the small details. My husband and I missed the very end of our wedding getting photos done around the venue, but Nick stayed until we got back, with the last song of the night pulled up, just to ensure we were able to have one last dance to round out our evening. We were so sad to have missed the very end, but Nick...Nick was looking out for us, to ensure we truly had an awesome inspiring wedding. I will never be able to say enough good things about him. very punch mother nature threw (we had a blessing rain just as we were about to walk down the aisle), but was ready to go again as soon as the 10 min rain delay was over. He even made sure our ceremony was recorded so we can have that forever! We had so many compliments about Jon during the reception and even throughout the week after our wedding! He played exactly what we were looking for and really seemed to have fun with it too given that some of the selections were German songs he was unfamiliar with but were for my wife's family. The planning app he uses was a game changer. It made it so simple to keep everything organized, outline our timeline, and communicate special requests. On top of that, the planning call about a month before the wedding was so helpful—it gave us total confidence that every detail was covered and allowed us to relax going into the big day.
At the wedding itself, Jeff was phenomenal. He kept everything running smoothly and on schedule without ever feeling rushed, and most importantly, he kept the dance floor packed all night long. The energy never dipped! We received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the music and overall vibe were, and Jeff was a huge part of that.
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and would recommend him to absolutely anyone. Five stars all the way!

as 100% in line with what we wanted was amazing. His promise to us was that he would make sure we didn't have to do anything but enjoy the night, and he fulfilled that promise. I danced too hard for a person over 30 with a bad knee and hip, but he made it impossible not to!
My only complaint is that I had to send follow-ups to emails I sent that went unanswered. I gave plenty of time for a reply (3-5 business days, I work in the engagement industry, I get that things can get busy), but it was two or three emails that I sent that I had to follow up with. Honestly, it made me panic and wonder if I'd gone with the wrong company. Picking a DJ is probably the hardest vendor to pick - you can't just show up at someone's wedding to see them in action, you know. There's a level of responsiveness that you want and need to feel comfortable.
But Jason saved the day. He walked us through everything and was just fantastic. My family even noted that he seemed like a great guy.

I met them at a wedding show and what sold me was the app they use so you can clearly communicate your song and timeline needs and man I’m so glad I met them because it went so smooth and nick also communicated so well with us and our other vendors to create such a stress free event!

He also clocked when some of our guests were having issues with the noise level and accommodated by turning things down or angling the speakers away from them. I really appreciated that, as I've been to so many weddings where I've been in pain, and didn't want that for our guests. Would happily recommend him and Party Pleasers for anyone looking for a DJ.

ntuitive and he had many suggestions for fixing our original timeline to ensure that everything flowed smoothly and made sense. We originally made playlists for the wedding so we could get all the music we wanted to listen to, but after the first few songs we asked to switch it up a bit and play popular songs to get the guests going while still adhering to our playlist most of the time. He did a great job at making this happen. Towards the end of the night there were still some personal favorites we wanted to hear, and my wife and I both were going up to him every few songs with a new request, he never missed a beat. Charles did a great job with all of our requests and we couldn't be happier. He also was incredibly helpful outside of music, taking time to talk to us every now and then to ask if there is anything else he can do for us. Overall it was a great choice to go with Party Pleasers and especially Charles Conway.

ial presentation was thorough and professional. It was the best consultation we had across all of our vendors. The best part of planning out our song choices and timeline was the app that we had access to that allowed us to add our preferred song choices and notes/information for each key part of the ceremony. This was immensely helpful for me (the bride) to keep organized and it allowed me to add unique songs from a variety of sources (e.g. YouTube). We had a few meetings with our DJ, DJ Dubya (Will), ahead of the wedding which we received good advice about number of songs, song choice, and allowed us to map out a solid plan for all aspects of our event.
Will did an excellent job DJ’ing our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. It was semi-outdoors in 90-degree heat with a decent amount of humidity but he did an awesome job through all of it. He also worked with our day-of-coordinator to tweak our timeline a bit when we got delayed, which was very helpful. Overall he was professional, kind, and the crowd loved all the songs played throughout the evening.
We highly recommend hiring Party Pleasers for your event.

that we felt confident and prepared for our big day every step of the way. Nick was willing to meet and discuss details whenever we asked and he always went the extra mile. We had last minute song changes, introduction changes, and timeline changes and Nick was able to navigate these with ease and never added stress to our day or made us feel bad about these changes. Our dance floor was a very important part of our wedding and we made this known early on to Nick. We really wanted a packed dance floor and we also wanted guests of all demographics to be out there dancing and having a good time. Nick more than delivered on this request and we had people dancing until the very last song! We actually had guests chanting for “one more song” after the final song was over because nobody wanted the night to end yet. Nick did an amazing job with everything from MCing, DJing, coordinating with other vendors, and helping us stick to our wedding timeline. We received numerous compliments from family and friends about how fun our wedding was and how great our DJ was. If your dance floor and DJ are an important part of your wedding, then I would strongly recommend Nick and his services!

wedding Jason helped us with music selection and gave awesome suggestions without being pushy or pivoting our wedding into a theme we weren't "about". He was responsive, fun, funny, and just an all around delight to work with.
The day of the wedding Jason was like a fire and forget missile. He got everything setup, the greenery wall he brought looked wonderful, and we didnt have to give any sort of directives, he just took care of business and throughout the night checked in with us to make sure we were having fun, and to see if we were liking what he was doing/playing.
If you are looking for a quality DJ that wants you to have a fun, memorable wedding, I couldn't recommend Party Pleasers (and Jason) enough!

the evening, and was easy to communicate with. I loved that he had lots of playlists to choose from such as our entrance song and the bouquet toss. They use an app called Vibo, which was very easy to use, and I could easily upload songs I wanted for dances etc.
He kept the mood throughout the entire evening and easily connected with the audience.
We highly suggest them, and they came highly suggested to us from previous couples and plenty of vendors.

outstanding job and kept the dance floor packed the entire night. We truly could not have hired a better DJ. He could read the room and transition to make sure everyone was having a blast.
