Highly do not recommend this place. Renting from here was totally a nightmare. Terri, the sales rep is very unprofessional & has horrible customer service skills (every time she said she will return your phone call, it’s a lie. Kept having to call the office to follow up). I spent $11,022.11 & received awful service. As you can see from attached receipt, I rented 12 window walls & 2 solid walls but didn’t receive what I paid for.
Tent and walls were scheduled to be set up on Wednesday for my Wedding on Saturday.
On Wednesday, tent was put up but no walls & they were about to leave without informing me. I had to stop them at my gate & asked why there were no walls. Was told that they have no window walls & that they need to order them & it may not get here until Friday.
They ended up putting crusty solid walls up & told me that they’ll come back on Friday for window walls when it arrives.
On Friday, I didn’t get any update whatsoever. So I called Terri, & was told that the walls they ordered had not arrived yet. Terri said that they’ll come out on Saturday morning to set up the walls. HOW IN THE WORLD will they be trying to install walls the day of my event?
Told Terri it is impossible Saturday & I will not have them come out fixing to intervene my event.
So they ended up coming on Friday & put up UNMATCHING shade colors of 1/2 solid &1/2 window walls.
I rented walls for a reason! To prevent dust & wind from going inside too much. And for Partypro to have no walls to constantly take the walls up & down was extremely irritating. This created lots of dust inside the tent that got everywhere on my silverwares, decorations & etc.
It’s unprofessional to offer something that they don’t have!
The dance floor was not installed correctly & was a hazard (photo attached). They saw it but were too lazy to fix it. Keep in mind, I paid for them to install this. When brought to their attention an employee said that we would need to pay for them to fix it. How ridiculous is this?
I am editing my former review. We had a lot of mishaps with Party Pro, and tried to contact them to remedy it. We talked today and the person who caused majority of our issues had been let go and we were listened to with empathy and curtesy when we finally talked to the owner. They made it right and that means a lot to us! It’s hard sometimes to have that human connection, especially in the midst of all the stresses a wedding can bring, so when we connected with Party Pro, eventually things worked out. I would say with the problem person gone, many couples will be able to get the service they need from this establishment and I wish this business much success.
Party Pro was great to work with. They worked with our venue (Bella Donna), and we were able to coordinate everything, so we didn't have to worry about that. They have many options, and the owner spent time with us, making some recommendations and helping us bring our idea together. The chairs, silverware, and linens we rented were all in great condition and really added to our event.
Party pro was very easy to work with. I looked online and had an idea of what I wanted when I went into their store. They pulled all the samples of what I was looking for plus others that we thought may work well with my table designs and colors. There was no pressure. The ordering was very organized. Things arrived on time and were picked up at the scheduled time. Highly recommend!

Party Pro has a good inventory and we were able to find everything we needed. However, we were told by multiple people to be careful and check your invoice because they tend to make mistakes and have over charged people before. We did experience some discrepancies with our invoices. About 6 months before the wedding we went to Party Pro and ordered 200 of everything because at that time we thought that was our head count. Then a month before the wedding we realized our head count decreased to 150. However, when we updated the quantity, we did not get reimbursed for the difference.
The staff at Party Pro Rents was so nice and helpful from the first day I walked in to plan my reception. Their selection is great and they definitely helped me stay in budget. They were always ready to assist when I need to make any changes to my rental order as my wedding day neared. (Thank you, Christina!) I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We rented gold chargers and a cake table linen, and they were the perfect touches to our wedding reception. It made it look more put-together and formal. No issues with drop-off or pickup!
Party Pro is great!! They are easy to work with and professional. The Party Pro warehouse is easy to find and they have lots of tables of varying sizes and easily accessible fabrics (grouped by colors) to look through. They also have sets of dishes and utensils so you can play around with ideas right there. I had a coordinator through my wedding caterer who helped me choose most of my linens, but I had to go back a second time because I forgot a drape for the altar. I just walked right into Party Pro, and they took great care of me by helping me choose dimensions, the color and type of fabric, and then they seamlessly added it to my bill. Easy! I highly recommend Party Pro, especially for your wedding event.

Dana was an absolute blessing! She went above and beyond each time we worked with her. Our rentals were delivered on time and everything we ordered was there. No better place to get your rentals from!!
The rentals we ordered were delivered early (!) and when we need to order some more tables and linens Friday morning it was a snap!
We love Party Pro Rentals at Rosemary Ridge Event Venue. Their inventory is gorgeous and they always pick up on time. A pleasure to partner with!
We rented our linens, chairs, chargers, kids’ table and kids’ chairs and cake platform. They had a large selection of items with which to choose. I would recommend visiting the store as well as the website to get a good idea of all the options. My wedding planner facilitated most of the interaction with them, but I was really impressed with their options and their pricing was comparable to other Tulsa rental stores.
Party Pro Rentals was the bang for your buck! The ladies up front werent the friendliest but we went in the storefront several times to play with centerpieces, linens, runners, etc. They had no problem with us doing that! We tried everything we could to not rent, but this was definitely the best place to rent from! We did have to pay extra to get a smaller window for delivery at the last minute, which I felt was a money hungry deal! But all in all great services!
Party Pro has lots of options and fair prices. The staff was friendly.
I had delivery issues due to miscommunication so my chairs arrived an hour late. Also, don't leave the chairs out for them to be picked up. The charge a tear down fee on top of the pick up fee if they have to gather all of the chairs.
They did meet me in the middle on the tear down fee due to my delivery issues.
We had a really good experience with Party Pro. The prices were good as far as the basics (tables and tablecloths). We also got 15% off just from going to a bridal show in Tulsa. They also let you pay $50 to have your tables delivered at a specific time which was really important the day of the wedding.
We rented the colonnade for our wedding. It was beautiful and they delivered it on time and set it up.

I worked on with this company on my recent wedding. I came in to the showroom with my son and they were great. I have a very well behaved son and while looking at a competitor I was told while walking in kids can't play around here. That was so rude as my child was not even in the door yet. At Party Pro I was able to tryout the linens and make my wedding dreams a reality. I loved my consultant Dana. She was very knowledgeable and talented. I will be going back so. Maybe on a baby shower for my husband and I.
Party Pro Rents was the exclusive rental company used for my early April wedding. I chose to use Party Pro Rents as my rental vendor because they had the best rental selection, the best quality product, and outstanding service! I was having an outdoor vintage wedding and I went into the showroom with lots of ideas and colors in mind. I wasn't sure that I would be able to accomplish my true "vintage" wedding vision since it was just starting to become a popular wedding look. When I walked into the showroom I was so impressed! They had the exact colors I had in mind as well as a beautiful selection of vintage inspired china patterns. They also had a lot of other great suggestions that I could use to help tie my entire "vintage" wedding together! They were so helpful throughout the entire wedding planning experience.
I had envisioned an outdoor wedding ceremony with an indoor wedding reception. The weather forecast called for a slight chance of rain but I had it set in my mind that my ceremony would be outside without a tent. Party Pro staff was very patient and instructed me that we could shoot for a rain free ceremony, but I needed to have a plan B in mind in case of incliment weather. The week of my wedding the weather forecast went from 40% chance of rain up to an 80% chance of rain. I called Party Pro Rents in hopes that they would still have a tent available for this stubborn bride! They came to my rescue and brought a beautiful white high peak tent out for my ceremony!
I can not recommend a better rental company to a nervous bride! They are so helpful, caring, and make a bride feel like her wedding day is the most important event taking place to them! I will recommend and use Party Pro Rents for many years and events to come!
Party Pro went above and beyond to help me with planning my wedding. They ley me play with different linens and chairs in their store to help me get a visual. Stephanie, the owner, even gave good feedback and her opinion when I was torn between two linens and I'm so glad I listened to her. She is very experienced and knows what she is talking about! So glad we went with them over other rental companies in Tulsa!
Party Pro played a HUGE role in my wedding day, from using their chairs for our outdoor ceremony to using them for a beautiful tent for our reception! I had use Party Pro for almost everything at my reception, from napkins, to silverware, all the way to the dance floor! Inside of the tent was magical and was not like any other event or wedding I had been to. Party Pro helped me plan my wedding for months, and they were always on top of checking in with me about my orders. I wanted to make a special table cloth for half of my tables at the reception and Party Pro was up front and honest about not having them in time. The helped me choose a plan B for if the special order did not come in time for my wedding. I appreciate their honesty and how they kept me in the loop regarding the special order and to our luck, the special linens came in just in time for my big day! The set up crew was awesome and were quick to complete their tasks. I know my wedding was special and unique because of the tent that Party Pro was able to provide for us. The day was spectacular and Party Pro was great to work with!
Everyone at Party Pro were so helpful in making my vision come to life! They have a great staff and are so easy to work with. They delivered and picked up seamlessly from my venue.
The party natal place and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I rented some beverage dispensers and a frozen yogurt machine. The drink dispensers were a great value and worked perfectly. Unfortunately when we picked up the froyo machine they did not instruct us on how to work it, so when it was time to use it, it would not work at all. The reception just had a non working ice cream machine and we wasted money on ten extra table and all of the toppings. We did receive a full refund and they were great about it, but it still was really unfortunate and disappointing.
Party Pro has reasonable prices, good products, plenty of options. Great service, too; I had no issues. I used their linens and china.
I ordered my wedding supplies from here and for some reason they didn't have down my order for drinking glasses! Much a surprise when we are setting up the reception hall tables and I have NO glasses!! Had to make another order from them the day of the wedding and thankfully they had some left.
The girls at Party Pro are great and easy to work with. They let me play with anything I wanted when it came to deciding on linens and centerpieces. I do think it was all a little pricey though.
we only rented table cloths from them but they had tons of choices for tablecloths and had exactly what we were looking for. they have a lot of beautiful stuff available for rent but we just really didn't need any of it.

They were very helpful. The only problem I had was they wrote my linens down wrong so about a week before my wedding My caterer and I sat down to review everything and noticed. It was an easy fix though.
When we first looked at linens we went to their old location. Morgan was very helpful during the checkout process but one lady that was giving us ideas was a little pushy and almost rude. There was a votech class or something there at the same time we were shopping for actual linens that they would get money for and when we asked to use the actual size table that we would be using she kind of rolled her eyes and was snotty about it. However, the look turned out great in the reception of the linens that we chose.
When we went to the new location to finish up some last minute things it was like a whole different environment! It is definitely way better than the old store.
On the contract they were supposed to deliver the rental items between 7 and 1pm the day of the wedding. Finally at 1:30 they showed up. Thankfully we still had enough family around to help put everything out while I was getting my hair done but they had to sit around all morning waiting for the ceremony chairs and linens to show up...that was kind of frustrating.
After the wedding we also got a bill for missing runner when the venue was responsible for keeping all of the linens and things until Party Pro came and picked them up Monday morning (we payed extra for the delivery and pick up.) My Mom said she received 2 of the exact same bills in the exact same day when she had already talked to someone about it a week earlier and he hadn't checked on it like he said he would.
I was happy with the end result, but going through the process of making sure we got the exact correct colors was a pain because none of the samples were labeled. The employees would second guess of it was the correct color everyone we went in. Other than that, the service was friendly and we were happy with how the linens turned out.
There is no other rental company that has EVERYTHING you need. PARTY PRO RENTS has the best selections of anything and everything! Linens, tents, napkins, dishwear...we got EVERTHING from them. So clean and durable! They have the nicest staff and best selection!

They did not deliever my items to the correct location so I couldn't set them up because they were VERY late. I had to depend on friends that were suppost to be helping with other things to get it all set up. I was so upset and crying (it was my wedding day and I was already emotinal) The lady on the phone was sooo rude, she said I was over reacting and I needed to calm down. They did not care that I had taken 3 hours on my wedding day to dedicate to the rentals I ordered from them and because they were 3+ hours late I did not get to set them up.

Scott at Party Pro was awesome to work with!!! He and the girls who worked there gave us endless time and help in selecting just the perfect things to use for the wedding. We rented everything from them....tables, chairs, linens, place settings, flatware, glasses, mirrors, candelabras, center pieces, guest book table, etc. There were fabulous and very patient. They let us come on numerous occasions and "set" a table to get it just right. We were allowed to make changes along the way and additions. I could not have asked for a better group of people to work with.
Horrible service! Horrible staff! Horrible horrible horrible! Do not use them.. They do not return phone calls or e-mails if you have questions. If they mess up well then it's your own problem not theirs. They also change pricing and don't tell you!

I used party pro rents for chair covers and sashes and it really made my reception look great!
For my reception at the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame, we used Party Pro Rents for table linens, wine glasses, coffee mugs, punch bowl, and cake stand. All items were reasonably priced and available for delivery or pickup. We opted to pick up our items on Friday morning, for the event on Saturday, and items were returned on Monday. Easy to use because they pretty much have you covered no matter what you need.
We rented our linens from Party Pro Rents. They were very helpful in guiding us through the process and giving us suggestions. Their tableclothes also match the chair covers and sashes at another store which helped make it easy. I felt like they were reasonably priced and they had many more rental options if you needed them. We had them deliver the linens to the country club and then pick them up after the event and it went without a hitch.
We got our linens and a few reception rentals from Party Pro. They were very helpful and flexible about delivery details and payment plans. I would recommend them!
We rented candleabras, table cloths, silk napkins, and a gorgeous cupcake stand from Party Pro. They were VERY reasonably priced and the items we rented were very pretty. They matched our wedding decor perfectly and made our day even more special. Thanks Party Pro!
My caterer used Party Pro to rent all of the table linens for the wedding reception. The tables looked amazing and I couldn't have been happier. The blue and silver crush table cloths were exactly what I asked for.
For our wedding reception we rented quite a bit of stuff, it was an outside reception so we needed everything. We rented a 20x40 tent, 175 chairs, 19 different tables, frozen drink machine, helium tank, champange fountain and a 9x12 dance floor from party pro rents. So we spent quite a bit of money....The ladies we spoke with at the rental company were great and lots of help and friendly, however the day the tent was to be set up the delivery/setup crew forgot parts to our tent, so one guy had to make a trip back to Tulsa to get more stuff, leaving 2 others just sitting around eating. Then when that guy returns, after about 2 hours, they get the tent setup...it isn't set up correctly so I called the company and I was told that they had forgotten other parts that were needed and would be back out the next day; which was fine because that still gave us 1/2 day to decorate; however, when the delivery guys left, they left their food trash behind, just laying in the yard; the tent had several small holes in the top, the chairs were rough and warn looking as were the tables (but no big deal on the tables since we were covering them anyway).
