0/2021. We originally signed up for the DJ service and videography. Throughout the whole process, this company has been so good to us. They worked with us in the initial agreement and gave us a bonus because my spouse is in the military (USCG). When I reached out to change the date, I didn’t have to beg or stress out whether they would work with me. They changed it the same day. A month later, my spouse and I just decided to cancel and have a “wedding announcement” in my parents backyard. Again, this company, worked with us within 24 hours and we made another agreement to change the date and the services. This company has been so so so flexible and so understanding to everything going on and I believe even if we didn’t have a pandemic, they still would. This was a NO STRESS company and I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Their online planning website is super convenient and allows you to make play lists for your event including a do not play list. It was super easy to use and even helped with making a timeline for our wedding. It was reassuring to know that once we put in all the songs and information for our wedding it would be right there for our DJ. Matt, our DJ called us the week of our wedding to go over the details and ensure all our questions were answered. He was very nice, friendly, and easy to work with. He ensured the dance floor always had people on it which is exactly what we wanted. He made all the appropriate announcements, kept the crowd involved, while at the same time not being over zealous. We also got a personalized monogram with Party Pros. They had multiple designs to choose from and set it up in a perfect location. Our Videographer was Michael. He also called us the week of our wedding to go over the details and location. He was super friendly and great to work with. The camera he used was small and not huge with a big bright light like at some weddings I've been to. He worked with our photographer and I barely noticed he was there. When we woke up the morning after our wedding we already received a short preview video which was a complete surprise! We cannot wait to see the finished product! I had a great experience with Party Pros Detroit and would highly recommend them!

William and I talked in the week leading up to the wedding to go over the reception timeline and music selection. He took the time to make sure he could pronounce everyone's names correctly, and got a sense of the vibe we wanted for our wedding. He also offered his advice on some areas I wasn't sure about. William and his DJ skills were a hit!! Our guests had a blast and I'm not exaggerating when I say the dance floor was packed all night. William took into account everything we wanted, and we got several comments on how great he was - I would highly recommend using Party Pros!

The software was absolutely amazing, I was able to ensure that all the songs that I REALLY wanted to hear were played, and if they did not have the songs, they would download them for me. Matt was an incredible DJ! He really understood our musical tastes, and would run questionable things by me if given the chance, such as"how do you feel about (insert song or band here) before playing anything that might have been a "you either love 'em or ya hate 'em" kind of thing. Matt was great at mixing songs and kept a subtle but always positive presence, which I absolutely appreciated! There is nothing worse than a loud-cornball DJ (IMO) and Matt was far from that. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, and Matt specifically, for any wedding or event, especially one with a fun yet classy vibe. So happy I came across Party Pros on the Knot!

t the company. It is affordable and completely worth it. Our DJ, Bill, was just great. He and I had a phone call a few nights before the wedding and I ran through everything with him. We did not use the music list software, we just let them know artists and genres that we like. He mixed the music so well, and interacted with the crowd at just the right amount. He had the guests and bridal party out dancing the whole night. He arrived early to make sure he was set and to connect with the venue and other vendors that I had hired. I had also provided him with a list of Arabic artists and songs and he seamlessly integrated them and was prepared to take requests from family and friends. Just such an amazing experience overall, he truly made the night great.

urs was! First, I am going to talk about our photographer David. When we met with him he told us he would run his butt off to get the best shots. That was an understatement! The guy was like a cheetah running from place to place. He was a blur! Half the time I had no idea where he was during the ceremony until I caught him moving. Then after the ceremony, he gave great directions and worked with a joyful attitude and presence. We had an outdoor wedding. At one point he did not hesitate to dive into a field of tall grasses and brush to get some shots of us on the edge of the brush and grasses. He climbed on objects, twisted and crammed himself into positions for different angles. The guy was AWESOME! He even fired off a few jokes and comments to keep us smiling and catch some natural smiles and laughing shots. His demeanor and attitude really made my wife and I comfortable. He was excellent to work with! Second, our DJ Eric. He was EXCELLENT! I am in contact with many DJ's, Eric is easily at the top of the list. He was great when contacting us before our event to cover bases and make sure everything was perfect and understood. Our dance floor was packed the entire night! I don't dance... But I was out there a few times that night! Eric had total control of the event and ran it to perfection! He nailed every aspect of our event from name pronunciation to suggestions regarding what would work best with our guests and wedding party. The mix of music he played kept all ages on the floor all night! I really can't remember seeing a small group on the floor. He even put together a small sound board for a special request by me for the garter removal portion of the event, his sound board added a great feel to what I was doing and had our guests nearly in tears with laughter! BEST. DJ. EVER! Last but not least, the owners. They were very easy to contact. They answered all of our questions quickly no matter how silly they may have been. They also gave us many great tips and suggestions. They also knew a ton of people for referrals for other aspects of our wedding planning! Everything they had their hands in with our wedding was FLAWLESS! Don't take chances with your vendors. This is YOUR WEDDING! One of the most important days of your life! Use the Pros! Party Pros will forever be my first and only recommendation to anyone searching for party specialists!

We were able to reach out to Bill prior to choosing the company and ask him a bunch of questions about how he handles weddings. This really put my husband at ease with the decision to move forward with Party Pros. We requested Bill for our wedding and fortunately were lucky enough to have him! On the big day, Bill was PERFECT! Our music was a great mix of songs we had requested and ones he thought would keep the party going. We really wanted to let him use his skill/talent to choose music that would get people dancing. We selected a few songs that we really wanted to hear - we aren't DJs so we left it up to the expert. We had a few songs selected for special people at the wedding that were played close to each other at the beginning of the dancing (no biggie!) The individuals loved their selected songs and Bill was willing to replay one that my husband and I had missed. He was also easy to work with - I last minute had to ask him to stop playing a song as I didn't realize it was mixed with Hollaback Girl and my mom can't hear the word "bananas"... It's weird. But Bill was totally cool and rolled with it! Amazing company, amazing work, they made our wedding amazing!

The photobooth was a hit, the staff running it was fun and engaging. I originally contacted them for DJ services but after our first conversation I knew I was going to book everything i could with this company due to their professionalism. We are so happy that with Party Pros our DJ ran the party efficiently and played every song we wanted.
