g! What a friendly guy! He and his team did a wonderful job on setting up the twinkle lights in the reception tent! Those twinkle lights changed the entire vibe from nice & simple to dreamy & romantic! 🤩 10/10!!! They are AMAZING!!!

planning process. My mom and I went to their Raleigh location to pick out everything we needed in July and it took until DECEMBER to get a correct invoice for our January 1st wedding. Our planner had to spend weeks emailing and calling trying to get our questions answered and a correct invoice sent over, causing so much anxiety about whether the items I picked out would even be available for our wedding by the time we were able to put down a deposit. They are the exclusive provider for our venue, so we were required to use them, which meant our delivery fee was waived, which was great, but the free delivery was not worth the stress of not knowing until two weeks before whether or not we would have tablecloths, flatware, or plates for our wedding.

ly helpful. More detail below. Our experience with Party Reflections wasn't great. For one thing, they're far more expensive than some other options in the area. (In some cases, four times the price of similar items and services from some local competitors.) And it's not clear what you get for the extra money. The equipment is fine, the delivery service is fine*…. But that's true for pretty much everyone. More importantly, we felt squeezed for pennies. There was a possibility of rain on the day they set up the dance floor, so (without asking us beforehand) they brought along a tarp to cover it, and wanted to charge us $100 for tarp rental. (Which, by the way, was their cheapest suggestion for simply keeping the dance floor dry by about $400.) I mean, I get it—but that's like charging restaurant patrons for napkins. It's the sort of thing most companies would do just as part of the deal. We also had some trouble communicating with them. They were slow to return calls when it was just a matter of answering our questions or getting things sorted out, rather than of sales or payment. And, unlike most of the other services involved with the wedding, they seemed not terribly concerned with simply being helpful. Finally, part of our setup plan for the reception required coordinating with them on delivery time, and that turned out to be too difficult. In the end, Party Reflections has a good reputation in our area, and I'm sure you'll do well with them if you're willing to pay whatever it takes to make things go smoothly. But after working with them, my sense is that things get difficult if you have a budget. For what it's worth, we ended up getting a few items from another local service, Party-On Rentals, and our experience with them was much better. *…Except that they didn't leave the tables in the right pattern or the dance floor in the right orientation. Admittedly, that might be a complicated thing to ask, but… I dunno. They do specialize in this stuff.

They have guided me through my linen choices. They have TONS of beautiful linens that will go perfectly with my Fall, Asheville wedding. I literally couldn't choose just one! Choosing a tent was really easy with them as well. This was really nerve wracking with me because I had NO CLUE where to start...all I knew was that I needed a tent. They went above and beyond explaining every little detail in a tented event. Definitely has made this part of the wedding experience a lot easier. Thank you so much Party Reflections! I can't wait to see how beautiful my wedding day is going to be!

e exact merchandise for our wedding and it was almost double in price. We did not use Party Reflections services because of this. We do want to warn everyone of our experience and encourage you to look elsewhere and do your research. I was disgusted to find out that I almost paid 2 times the amount of a close competitors quote. It's a shame to know that there are still companies out there who really take advantage of folks that are preparing for their wedding.

They brought everything right on time and the delivery team set it up quickly and was very courteous and professional. For the reception at the Mint Museum Randolph, Party Reflections supplied chairs, linens, dishes, glasses, and silverware. The showroom is right near my house so it was convenient for me to pop over there a couple of times to pick everything out. They have a good selection to choose from and I was happy with my choices. The staff was easy to work with and responsive. Prices seemed high to me but I didn't have time to comparison shop so I'm guessing I was just naive about rental prices.

fter choosing items, as we were walking back to her desk, she said “I’ll write up this quote and if you want to, you can take it to other places, we are by far not the cheapest”. What?? That may be true, but I definitely got the impression that she felt like she was above my 100 person wedding. All in all, the quote wasn’t crazy expensive (we just needed tables, chairs and linens, plus delivery and pickup), but we won’t be using them. If she can’t be bothered to do her job in a welcoming way, I can take my business elsewhere, especially since she suggested I do so anyway.

coordinator, Amanda Blair by Design, they knew exactly the right number of tables, chairs, linens, place settings, etc. that we would need to accommodate the entire wedding day. They had such a wide variety of options, which made it easy to match with our colors and complement the overall look of the day. And on top of all that, we ended up having a rainy wedding day, but that wasn't a problem at all - they were able to switch out our market lights for a small tent the week of. They were so flexible and professional throughout the entire process, and very responsive to emails as well. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Closer to our wedding, we realized one of the linens we had originally chosen wasn’t the color we were going for. They were very accommodating with us coming back into the showroom to look at other options and make changes. While we were at Party Reflections changing the linen, we noticed that they put the wrong plate color down on our original proposal. Thankfully we caught it!

morning before the wedding. The sun had come out by the time we arrived to decorate that afternoon, but the ground was too soaked to use the tent. Luckily the weather on our wedding day was nice enough that we were able to move the seating into the main garden and we danced on the front porch instead of inside of the tent on the dance floor as planned. I just hate that we paid a large sum for a tent we were unable to use.

ract process simple. She handled everything with the venue (Founders Hall) and even passed along their discount. The day of everything was delivered without an issue and the drapes really transformed the room! Thank you Lisa for making our wedding beautiful!

't stand evenly on there own which caused half of my centetpieves not to be able to be lit during reception.

stacked upon delivery, and they re-quoted items for me about five times without hassle. The only reason I didn't give them five-stars is because of their prices. They were one of the only vendors of their kind in the area (Celebrations closed down), so I didn't have competitive prices. The taxes, delivery charge, and after-hour pick-up charges were insanely high! Linens were $16 to rent, so I just bought my own for about $7 elsewhere. If you can afford them, I would highly recommend them.

We ended up renting beautiful chiavari chairs, flatware, and linens from them and everything turned out gorgeous. I cannot thank Paula enough for helping me so much to make sure that I had the look that I wanted!

ent dance floor chandeliers fans chairs tables. I'd say look out for hidden costs... Need a tent? Prepare to rent the coverings for the metal poles that hold it up... They don't come with the tent. Have to rent the chandelier switches separately. Extension cords are an extra rental cost but I think this is standard with most companies like This. They know you're having a wedding and need it so they break every little thing down as an additional cost. But their services were good and everything looked great. Oh yeah, additional fee for chairs to be set up. We cut costs by having the ushers do it.

d chairs. The tents were beautiful and absolutely gorgeous! The chairs were delivered VERY dirty. Our director had to go buy wipes and spent over an hour cleaning the chairs. Also, we were told that they would set the chairs up for us and upon delivery they would not do it. Overall, it turned out well, but was not the best experience.

sped in disbelief due to the multiple amounts of visits I had made in there! I LOVED working with the ladies at GRS. I am still in contact with the even after the wedding! They were great and whenever I needed some advice or an opinion, they were there to offer it. With all of their hard work and help my wedding was absolutely beautiful! From the garden chairs and draping in the ceremony space to the linens and cocktail tables in the cocktails and reception, it was all amazing! You better believe anyone I know that it planning any type of event is getting a referral by me to use GRS!
