Party Suppliers & Rentals

process. I loved that we could go to their showroom and see everything in person to pick out what we wanted!

mare, it was very challenging to get availability from them. The day before the wedding, we received the rentals extremely worn, damaged, and many items did not match correctly. For example the wooden farm tables were clearly different colors of wood. Many of the plates were the wrong style and several items were missing. Additionally many items were cheaply manufactured. Party suppliers tried to get me to personally drive to Wilmington to get the corrected items the day before my wedding after paying hundreds of dollars for the shipping and delivery. I know this is one of the only rental vendors in Wilmington, so I highly suggest couples look at renting from somewhere farther away, I would not recommend Party Suppliers and Rentals.

for the outdoor cocktail hour. Their service via in person by appointment and via email was prompt and their team was very helpful and knowledgeable with suggestions with what we would need, especially when it came to the cocktail hour tent and what size we would need. They were also very accommodating when we needed to update our guest list several times due to covid. They were just wonderful all the way around!

showroom is setup to show different options, but so that you can also feel and touch their rentals so you pick what you want. I'm a visual person, so this helped build my vision tremendously! The staff is so kind and there are a ton of great options when it comes to chargers, napkins, linens, you name it- they have it! Highly recommend!

irs. Whenever I would change my mind about something I could just email them my changes. They would quickly change it and send me an updated invoice. Everything showed up perfectly at the venue and just as we had planned. They were quick and efficient with drop off and pickup. Overall, a great experience!

ting and respectful. They have everything you need to make your wedding day perfect. We loved working with them!!

ul. Highly recommend.

the photos of events they’ve done in the past. Your imagination really is the limit with this company. I was able to plan a wedding while on the plane minute half a world away and this company never caused an issue. I was able to change my number multiple times and didn’t have to present payment until the day before. I was able to pick up my delivery but they also have delivery and set up available. Cannot recommend them enough for any type of event or reception idea

othes, napkins, charger plates, dance floor, and tent pole covers at 128 South and do not have anything but positive feedback. They were super responsive during planning / leading up to the wedding, and coordinated with our venues to make sure we were all on the same page. I would highly suggest working with them!

office were helpful each time I called to change payment info or numbers. My only advice would be to pay the little bit extra to have them set up for you. The money is totally worth having a stress free set up!

Suppliers got the entire order perfectly correct and they were very responsive and easy to work with. Could not have been happier with their responsiveness and professional service.

ve in store (which wasn't much!) they offered to order immediately. They were so great to work with! Highly recommend them for weddings and events in the Wilmington area!

g rentals and everything turned out perfectly. I would definitely use them again if we ever needed rentals in the Wilmington area.

he store. Everything was delivered and picked up according to plan. No complaints!!

of days before the wedding, they were able to accommodate for us. I definitely suggest using them for your wedding!

e looking for and was more of a hot pink. With only a few weeks until the wedding we were able to visit this establishment and look through all of their options. They were able to walk us through what they had to offer and we found exactly what we were looking for. The price was very good and in the end worth it. When we picked up the table cloths they were pressed and hung. This ensured that on our wedding day they wouldn't be wrinkled and would be just as beautiful as I had hoped and they were. I would recommend using this company, they were friendly, fit our budget and very helpful at the last minute.

pay a premium for their services, but WOW it was worth it. They had everything set up in our venue by 8am the day of, they had relationship with the venue to arrange drop off and pick up. They may be an older company - but they have an updated stock of items and provided the gorgeous look I was looking for at my venue! Would recommend them to anyone planning an event in the Wilmington, NC are!

and they let me cancel my tent the day before the wedding since no rain was forecasted!

It was able to be fixed after the wedding, but it was still a rip in my dress.

ing come true...shes got a great eye and so easy to work with....they were punctual and professional...highly recommended!

, and ultimately provided great service and producst and i didn't even have to speak to her the wedding weekend.

as too late and I couldn't get a different one delivered. The gray dance floor looked okay but it wasn't what I asked for.

elp and going over there to help with colors and tables. Never planned a party before so had no clue how many tables I needed. Appropriately priced.

ahead of time, but everything else was wonderful. The best part about this company was since my wedding and rehearsal dinner were both outside, they told me if it was raining and we needed to cancel the day of, they gave me a time each day and if I had to cancel, they wouldn't charge me anything. Also, there was no deposit. Thankfully, we had beautiful weather!

set up/cleaned up without trouble. They even set up a tent the day of the wedding when we had a rain scare (for an extra fee of course). Pary Suppliers were reliable and I would recommend them to anyone.
