Let me start by saying if you’re searching for professional, fair and kind bar tenders search no more! Kim at Party Tenders hands down made this one of the easiest experiences of my daughter’s wedding. From the very first time we spoke until she was walking out the door of the venue she was so kind and professional. Kim was quick to get us a quote and tell us exactly what we needed for the wedding. She had fun with our guest and the bar looked beautiful. I will use Kim at Party Tenders for future events.

Party Tenders did a fantastic job at our wedding! Everyone had a blast and I never felt worried about whether anyone was drinking too much or being crazy, haha! The bartenders are not afraid to cut guests off and will make sure that everyone is safe and responsible! Our bartenders for the night were so sweet and did a great job! Kimberly of Party Tenders CLT was delightful to work with in planning the bar selections for a wedding rehearsal dinner! We provided the alcohol and supplies and she brought the bar, decorations, cups and napkins. She helped with cocktail selections and the shopping list. Earlier this year, I organized and put on a 250-person corporate event. This was the first time our company had done anything like this. As part of the event, we had an open bar (beer and wine) and hired Party Tenders CLT—It was the best move we could have made! As I started researching local bar tenders, Party Tenders CLT kept popping up and the description of the company, its services, and the events they support seemed like a perfect fit for our needs. I reached via email and quickly received a response from Kim. We aligned on our needs, and with Kim’s guidance, began diving into the details. I could not have asked for a better vendor! Kim not only explained exactly what we needed to have in order to stay legal, she helped us with the volume of drinks needed to support the party and made invaluable recommendations for the bar and other aspects of the event that was truly beneficial in so many ways! At the event, Kim and Michael were the upmost professionals. They arrived early and were setup and ready to begin serving prior to the start of the event. All our guests were treated like family. Kim even supplied decorations for the bar that played into the theme of our event. I truly couldn’t have asked for more. If you need bar tenders for a wedding or any type of event, there is no other choice but Party Tenders CLT! You won’t be disappointed!

Working with Party Tenders to serve at our wedding was by far one of the best decisions we could have made! The owner Kim was so transparent and took time to educate us on how much of each beverage we should purchase, even before we paid a deposit! She is so knowledgeable and asking her for help at any point was a breeze! Her business is affordable and a pleasure to work with! For the actual wedding day, Kim assigned Brandy to serve at our wedding and I cannot thank Brandy enough! She was so warm and welcoming to all our guests! I was blown away by the service we received! I’m not sure what event we would host next, but if we are in need of a bar service, Party Tenders will be our first and only choice!

Kim has such great experience and a great reputation that it made it so easy to guide through different options that would best suit our needs and budget. She is an incredibly hard worker tending to multiple events, yet still made the time for phone consultations to make sure every detail was considered and taken care of it. The easiness of working with her and her professionalism carried through to her amazing team, Brandy and Krista. Showing up to the venue, the bar was organized and ready for taking care of our guests. They always made sure my wife and I were ok and we had everything that we needed. They even went above and beyond when a miscommunication with our caterers left our guests with no water. Without hesitation, Brandy volunteered to go table to table and pour water for our guests while Krista handled the bar solo. They worked incredibly hard and made sure our guests had a good time. Feed back from family and friends was that they had so much fun and were well taken care of with great drinks. Cleanup and breakdown went smoothly and they ensured everyone was able to get home safely. It was such a great night and my wife and I thank you so much!

Kim was extremely helpful in preparing for my daughter's wedding day. She walked me through the process of what I needed to do on my end as far as how much of each product to purchase and answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable about what goes into a successful wedding day! The day of the wedding the bartenders were professional, organized and efficient from start to finish! I appreciate everything about them!

My husband and I kept going back and forth on whether or not we wanted to have alcohol at our wedding. Kim and her team were fantastic! They were excellent people in our corner for everything: wine, beer, and spirits. They gave us great advice on the best buying options for our wine and beer-only wedding. They even gave us great advice on what to do with an excess if we didn't want to keep it after the wedding.
