In the past 3 years, we have had the pleasure of serving over 30 happy couples. Our clients are more than a job to us, they become family. While weddings are our passion, our lasting relationships with our couples has lead us to work many other events after the wedding such as birthday parties, housewarmings, & baby showers. he detailed everything she was capable of doing as far as services and expectations for her and us. She was extremely communicative through the process of planning our wedding and made it very easy to understand and plan how much was needed for drinks for our guests. She gave valuable insight while respecting our wishes so we were able to achieve our dream result.
Now her drinks, phenomenal. We requested a His & Hers drink. His was a play on “Old Fashioned” and hers a a completely new creation. Both were completely demolished. The grooms was done before cocktail hour. And it wasn’t lack of planning. We had more compliments on the drinks than we had congratulations.
Kim was friendly, supportive, kind, And just a wonderful person. The second we confirmed, we felt completely at home and comfortable with her. She is FANTASTIC and loves her job and it shows.
Oh! And the price? Great!! And reasonable! I mean just great! Thank you Kim!

Once we finalized our selections, she thoughtfully created a detailed list of exactly what we needed to purchase based on our guest count, which made the entire process feel effortless and organized. Since we planned our wedding ourselves, having someone so dependable and experienced to guide us through this part of the process took an enormous weight off our shoulders.
And as amazing as she was leading up to the wedding, she was even more incredible on the wedding day itself. ) with the same care and enthusiasm from our first conversation to the very end of our wedding. Booking your vendors is so important - especially your bar tenders. Our venue allowed us to purchase our own alcohol as long as we booked a professional team to pour and serve the drinks. When speaking with Kimberly about the estimations for bottles, handles, mixers, etc, she always used proper calculations so that my husband and I made purchases without wondering if we bought too much or too light - taking away all the stress around budget. Kimberly also assisted us in choosing cocktails based on budget and serving logistics. She also has an amazing attention to detail. For example, I explained to Kimberly that I did not mind if mixers were poured from their original bottle. Kimberly was quick to explain how much classier pouring the drinks would look if she brought her pitchers/dispensers/etc - showing her attention to detail. Our guests also commented on the great experiences they had when being served as the bar tenders were kind and professional. Planning your big day is stressful! If you want to be met with care, guidance, and professionalism, book Party Tenders CLT!

The day of the wedding, Kim arrived in more than enough time and set up on her own. Even our wedding coordinator was impressed! She even took the time to record a special dance since she had the perfect angle and sent it to the bride and groom the next day.

r the perfect “in home” bar set-up. She prepped all of the garnishes, set up all of the glassware, arranged all of the liquor, beer and wines, and even added decorations to match our holiday decor. Guests were continuously coming up to us and mentioning how impressed they were with the level of bar service, the quality of the drinks that were being made and the level of engagement in conversation during the drink prep. Flat out impressive. From the entire set up, to breaking everything down at the end of the evening … even hand-washing all of the glasses … she was exactly what we had hoped to hire. It gave us time to truly “host” and interact with our guests … and Kim’s being there allowed us to enjoy the evening too. We can not say enough about our experience but we did want to add this review in hopes to guide someone in their decision making when looking to hire a first class bartending service. Kim was quick to get us a quote and tell us exactly what we needed for the wedding. She had fun with our guest and the bar looked beautiful. I will use Kim at Party Tenders for future events.
