We had an absolutely wonderful experience with PartyTime Boston for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the DJ & MC services provided by Gary and Andrew!
Gary is an ex...
ceptional MC. He was funny, energetic, and did such a great job coordinating our guests and keeping the celebration flowing naturally. We especially appreciated how attentive and personalized his approach was. He took the time to learn interesting details about our guests and incorporated them into his introductions, which made the speeches feel much more personal and special. His sense of humor and ability to engage everyone really added to the atmosphere.
We also want to give a huge shoutout to amazing DJ Andrew! We absolutely loved the music he played, and he did a fantastic job reading the crowd and keeping everyone entertained. Andrew and Gary worked well together, and their coordination made everything feel seamless throughout the evening. The only suggestion for improvement is that we believe that it would be great if Andrew the DJ would participate in the call as well before the wedding.
After the wedding, so many of our guests told us how much fun they had and how enjoyable and lively the wedding was. That means so much to us, because creating a fun and joyful atmosphere for everyone was one of our biggest priorities. Gary and Andrew’s professionalism, energy, attention to detail, and genuine effort to personalize the experience truly stood out. We highly recommend PartyTime Boston to anyone looking for an amazing DJ and MC team for their wedding!
Where do I even begin. I will start by saying that I had a very multicultural wedding (Russian, Swedish, Jewish, Spanish, American). My mom had heard amazing things about Partytime...
Boston and wanted to hire them, but I was dead set on keeping things neutral at the wedding (I didn't want to overly favor the Russians just because I'm Russian) so I only took the meeting to appease my mom, fully intending to decline her offer of hiring them.
Then I met Gary. Gary took me through the whole evening step by step. He was the first person that made me feel like my dream wedding would actually become a reality. I cried after he left and hired him that night.
If I thought that was reason enough to leave an amazing review, then that was just the icing on the cake. My wedding was stressful! My wedding coordinator left a lot to be desired. And we had over 50 guests that had flown in from different countries or were ESL. On top of that, as typical for a Jewish wedding, we ran late for EVERYTHING. But Gary was 100% on top of it. From making sure that we were lined up, to calming everyone's nerves, to coordinating our photographer and videographer, to getting us through our (20+!!!!) speeches, Gary is legitimately a miracle worker. PartytimeBoston is not just a DJ/MC duo, they will become the backbone of your wedding.
Our wedding was by far the best day of our lives. I cannot imagine that would have been the case without PartyTimeBoston
we had Gary as our DJ for our wedding and he was great! he worked very well with our MC in coordinating dancing, games and toasts. He was very professional and knowledgeable about ...
music. We had a multicultural wedding and he was able to play Irish, Russian and American music which the crowd loved! the dance floor was never empty and Gary looked like he was truly enjoying his job! he came early to set up in the reception hall as well as outdoors for the ceremony. would recommend him to everyone!
We wanted to thank Andrew and Gary for making my sister's special birthday celebration extra special! From all the little details ahead of time, to keeping the party running smooth...
ly, with lots of fun games and such great music selection, we could've never done it better.
If there's ever an even, where we could use such serves again, the choice has been made already -
PARTY TIME BOSTON ALL THE WAY!!!
PartyTimeBoston provided the music and lots of ambiance for a 60th birthday party I threw for my husband last month. Although I was late in securing a DJ, Gary (PTB) re-arranged ...
a few things so that they could help me out a week later. Our DJ, Andrei, was wonderful! He was just the right combination of being profession but friendly, gauging the mood of the crowd, taking requests and keeping the party lively until midnight. Great job! I would highly recommend PartyTimeBoston for any events, including birthdays, reunions, and weddings!
Gary and Andrew were helping to make our wedding fun for everyone. Our wedding was multicultural but the feedback from everyone was great! They were also very professional and atte...
ntive. They accommodated our requests per time schedule and anything we needed like water on the fly. We are very glad we've got to work with this team.
Our wedding would not have been the same without PartyTime Boston! We had a bicultural Russian-Jewish-American wedding. Andrew and Gary have a lot of experience with weddings of th...
is kind, and were able to immediately put the crowd at ease, explaining particular customs (such as shouting "gor'ko" in Russian to get the newlywed couple to kiss) and getting the guests on board. Gary, in particular, was such a huge help: lining up the processional, introducing everyone who gave a toast, making sure everything ran on time, and managing to alternate between speeches and music so that there was never too much of either. Gary also went above and beyond helping us put up some of the decorations and tracking down guests to give them printouts of their readings for the ceremony. We felt like he had our back the whole day. Andrew meanwhile, played tracks that got everyone at our wedding dancing. With Andrew and Gary you get more than a fantastic DJ/emcee team---you get a wedding-day coordinator. We were so glad we had them play/emcee the ceremony as well and could not recommend them more highly! ---Josh and Masha
We loved working with Party Time Boston!
They have very professional team. All our guests were happy with the host and DJ's music selection.
We met with Gary couple of times be...
fore the wedding to discuss the details. He always responded promptly to my e-mails before and after the wedding.
We had bilingual guests, and Gary didn't seem to have a problem switching between languages. All of our guests didn't feel lost in a process.
As a bride I specifically liked the uplighting that they made. We had violet/white colors of the wedding and the uplighting colors made the wedding venue look stunning. I was really impressed when I walked into the room.
I should also mention that Party Time Boston charged a lot less than their competitors, which actually made me suspicious in the beginning. But they turned out to be very good!
The only reason I'm not giving them five star is that DJ put longer version of our first dance that it was supposed to be, instead of 3 minutes we danced 5 minutes. Other than that, the whole wedding was wonderful.
From my experience I would recommend hiring Party Time Boston for the wedding or any other celebration.
When you hire Party Time Boston you get more than a DJ, it is an all-inclusive deal: a DJ, a planner, a manager and a host. Gary and Andrew are very famous in the Russian speaking ...
circles in Boston but I believe they do events for English-only audience just as well. When we got married, many of our guests were Americans, so the task was to not only cater the event to the Russian-only aunts and uncles but to make it fun for our bosses, co-workers, friends from school who spoke zero Russian and were not familiar with the culture.
Don't make a mistake of thinking you can just have an ipod wedding and that guests will entertain themselves. There are numerous opportunities for disasters at any wedding and it is so important to have a person whose sole purpose it is to make sure your wedding goes as well as it possible can and that any glitches are fixed, or at at least not visible to the guests.
Party Time Boston are energetic, cordial, fun, and highly demanded (book them early). The have done so many weddings, it is hard to imagine a situation they haven't been in. That's a comfort when you are overwhelmed planning a big event to know that someone is there to help you avoid disasters.
