Pavilion. Barry’s professionalism through our ceremony outside was tasteful & elegant (with dozens of onlookers). Once it came to the reception, Barry had the entire venue on their feet, cheering & engaged. He had an unmatched energy the entire night. From our entrances to our first dance, the music, mood & energy were incredible. Our first dance was perfect, the speeches perfect, and Barry’s ability and creativity to get every single person out of their chairs and onto the dance floor was incredible. Furthermore, Barry and his team up-lighted the venue to match our color theme. This completely changed the venue, which had us speechless. Even the staff said they had never seen it before. Again tasteful, classy, and elegant! With the beautiful venue, Mountain View’s and sunset, Barry turned the venue into the place to be. Unbeknownst to us, the view from outside the venue attracted guests of the resort & a few from the other wedding venue site to try to join in. All of our guests, from children and elders with hip replacements, found their way onto the dance floor. I can’t say enough great things. We have been told by all of our attendees and the staff that Barry made our wedding the best they have ever been to. Hands down the best entertainer and option out there. His work speaks for itself. Not a single person wanted the party to end. I could leave a 10-star review, and it still doesn’t do his work justice. Thank you, Barry & your staff, for making this the most unforgettable night.

s contained within. Started with a simple call with Barry (Principal) about a year out and he told us he personally was available on the night of our wedding. Barry is a firecracker and the energy within him is contagious. He talked about all the things that set him apart from other event companies in the Boston area. Highest of materials from Germany on his uplighting and his pin lights. Talked about the white dance floor he has and what makes it different than others. We got a price from him and told him we would get back to him. Over the next week, we reached out to a few other event companies and al a carte service providers and realized at the end of the day Barry was the way to go with one of his packages!! As soon as we were under contract with him with received a very comprehensive package to start crafting our event to be what we wanted as much as using the techniques Barry knows work.... Occasionally we got texts from Barry checking in and calls just to get to know us. He wanted to know who he was going to be representing on our special night and we loved this part of Barry. He truly cares about the people he works with and the behind the scenes work he does for an event is unbelievable. About a week before the event we had a zoom call with our event planner and Barry Tobin out the details, go over name pronunciations and song edits for first dance, spotlight dances and grand entrances. Barry wasn't checking his watch because a meeting that was supposed to be one hour was over 2 hours and left everyone ready for the day!! Barry also informed us he personally went to the venue ahead of this meeting to get a feel for the room.... It showed the day of!! Now we fast forward to the wedding day.... The venue (Danversport) gave an unrealistic get ready time for the vendors involved in this event. Barry brought his team in at pre 8am to lay the dance floor down knowing he wasn't going to have the needed time with only 1.5 hours of setup that Danversport was allowing per contract. I got videos from Barry pulling up to the venue on a bright and sunny day as he wasn't getting himself and his team ready to start "building out the box."' I used this line the entire day and still because the room we had was made stunning by the uplighting, pin lights, shinny dance floor, LED DJ station and of course the work of our amazing florist (separate review). The room was transformed and it was amazing to see the amount of people on Barry's team running around in PTE shirts setting up outside drones, video for the ceremony, Lav mics for the ceremony and music for the cocktail hour. It was unbelievable!!!! My guests are STILL talking about this wedding and we owe a major thank you to Barry and the team at PTE. The lighting was stunning in this room and it really did transform the venue from very nice to stunning!!!

I could on and on about all the little details, but they truly left a mark not only on me and my husband Ryan, but also all of our guests. From the syncing of music for the ceremony & reception (which left our dance floor packed all night long!!), to all the lighting that cascaded off the walls perfectly, and the beautiful monogram custom made by Barry himself (SO talented!!). The photobooth was an added highlight of the night, every one of our guests LOVED it! Including the phone- guests were able to leave a special recorded message, I have never seen anything like it! Barry was not only just another vendor on our list, he is considered family, and that is how he treats every single one of his clients. Followed by his team and everyone involved, his dedication shows through all the hard work. He went above and beyond to make our dream wedding come true. What puts it all together is his wife Joanne, who was capturing all the behind the scene moments with her phenomenal photography skills. Every picture she captures truly tells the story.
