We rented tables, chairs & linens for our wedding day. They were great to work with and delivered quality items. I would highly recommend them for any event!

Thank you so much to Party Time Rentals for meeting all of our wedding needs! We got all our tables, chairs, linens, etc from Party Time. Lori was very responsive to meet our needs and adjustment of our order as things changed. Of note, all dishes need to be completely cleaned before return. This seemed to be a different standard compared to other companies in the cities and we needed to adjust our catering staff to accommodate this. We were able to get the rental delivered Thursday and picked up Monday so we didn’t need to rush to set-up & take-down but this was about an addition $900. We had great service & would use Party Time again!

Party time rental is amazing!! I used their services for my small backyard wedding in aitkin and they were so helpful and accommodating. Brad and Lori are so so helpful. It was suppose to rain on the day and we were so scared. Brad offered to set up walls on the tent last minute and it looked amazing. They were so responsive and called whenever we needed them. Would recommend to anyone planning a event!!

I am so happy I chose Party Time Rental for all of our wedding rental needs. Lori is the best! She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and patient. I really had no idea what we needed to host a wedding at a private residence. Luckily, Lori has the skills of a wedding planner and knew exactly what to do. Everything was perfect, and we received so many compliments from our guests. The setup crew was also fantastic, friendly, and professional. We had to do some rearranging because of the potential for severe weather, and they talked me through possible solutions. They were so thorough and accommodating. Plus, our large party tents withstood a tornado warning the day of our wedding. You can't ask for more than that!

Party Time Rental in Brainerd, Minnesota did a spectacular job with our wedding reception in August of 2020. The service, response time and prices are all fabulous! The quality of the tables, chairs, stage & tent were impeccable. We actually ended up being shorted on chairs and tables by another rental place nearby and they were quick to respond and bring us chairs and tables that night at 5:00 PM before our reception the next day. The owners are also superb, kind, genuine people!! Thank you!

Brad and Lori were so easy to work with and extremely helpful! We were planning from out of state and they were available to chat when needed and visit our wedding location when we were in town. Our wedding location had never hosted a wedding before, so having Brad and Lori to work with put us at ease. Everything turned out great, actually perfect! Upon set up we realized our sweetheart table was a little smaller than we anticipated, both Lori and Brad were quick to remediate. I highly recommend Party Time if you are planning a wedding or another event in the area.

Brad and Lori were wonderful! They provided excellent customer service and helped us think of things that we wouldn’t have thought of. Our wedding day was very hot and the margarita/slushy machine was a huge hit. They had a great selection of items to rent and the whole process was quick and easy. So thankful for all their help!!

Party Time Rental saved the day for my Oct 2018 wedding! I didn't realize some of our tables were plastic and needed linens, since I was already renting (at a very affordable price) a stage from Brad & Lori, I reached out to them the day before my wedding to see if we could quickly (within an hour) pick-up ivory linens to cover plastic tables. Their team responded to my call and got them ready within minutes. Can't thank them enough for their professionalism, efficiency and kindness!

Thanks Lori for being so easy to work with ~ all of the rental items came on time and were exactly right. I especially appreciated that your pick up guys did us the favor of grabbing some of the items the florist wanted back so that we wouldn't have to return them to her. We had a beautiful wedding and reception!

Brad and Lori at Party Time Rental are absolutely exceptional. They helped us select the right tent and determine whether a tent would work in our desired space. They worked tirelessly with our venue to help ensure our wedding reception tent on the beach fit perfectly. They consistently delivered above and beyond expectations - quick response times, highly professional, and on time deliveries. I'd certainly work with them again and I'd feel confident in their recommendations without even having to ask twice! For anyone looking to rent a tent or other party essentials, Party Time is your vendor! I'd give them 10 stars.

Make sure to stop in the store - so many items on display (and not only wedding items). What a great option - to rent rather than buy. They even give you linen bags to pack up your items to return them the next day! Great price - and Joe was so friendly and prompt in responding!

These guys were fantastic! They were extremely accomodating and had everything we could imagine. We kept adding more and more to our order, up to three days before our event. They came and helped set everything up on Friday, left it all up for the weekend, and came Sunday to take it back down. They were even very lenient when we had lost multiple items and had to pay to replace them. Everything went so smooth, very nice rentals, very nice people.

The guy I worked with was not forthcoming with information. He was borderline rude and charged for every small detail (ie: gas prices if they went above $3.49 for delivering purposes). Overall, the set-up was great but the work put in prior to made me wish I had gone with someone else.

The staff at Partytime Rental was so helpful and they had a great selection to pick from! I was very happy with everything I rented and bought from there!
