Highly recommend using Party Time for backyard events! We used them for our rehearsal dinner, and everything was set up quickly and professionally. They were, in fact, even TOO ear...
ly to set up before the event, which is a good problem to have! The 30 x 60 tent we rented was perfect, and in fact proved essential and effective during a brief thunderstorm that evening.
Party Time was also amazing with adding on last-minute items (glassware, etc.) and we used their items for many of our wedding weekend needs.
Hosting our wedding in our backyard meant we needed to rent EVERYTHING. I originally hired Party Time Rentals (worked with Nicole and Lisa) in January 2022 even though our wedding ...
was in May 2023 just to be sure we had what we needed and I was eager, okay 😅 As you can imagine a year and a half from order to the day of lots of change could happen and boy oh boy did it! Everything from changing of the venue to guest count to rental needs and Lisa was so patient with all of it. I must have reached out at least 6 times to update our rental list and every time Lisa kept things simple and streamlined for us. With this too, I was never pushed for things we didn’t need. I was even told a few things we had we wouldn’t need which is great considering how much goes into hosting an event like this.
A few days before we confirmed colors of linens and scheduled delivery time. We had a Saturday wedding and the Party Time Rental team were able to deliver everything on Thursday. Not only that, but the delivery team was only setting up for 1 hour and that included setting up a massive tent.
Every person I came into contact with was so professional and kind. 10/10 recommend!
I had a pleasant experience dealing with Party Time Rentals. They were pleasant to deal with and always very responsive. The high pitch tent we rented made for a beautiful wedding ...
setting and the setup crew were experienced and went off without a hitch. The table and chairs that we rented were in great shape, and we had no issues with them at all. I found Party Time to be have the best pricing around after calling on 4 other locations for pricing. Would highly recommend.
We rented tent, tables, chairs and accoutrements for my daughter's wedding. Party Time was completely professional, flexible as our needs changed, and delivered on time with a beau...
tiful set up. I would unhesitatingly recommend them for your event!
I had an great experience with Party Time Rentals. They delivered everything on time and there was nothing missing. They also picked everything up in a timely manner. I don’t have ...
much on the negative side to say other than a lot of the equipment arrived dirty and we had to spend some time cleaning them off. Other than that we are very pleased. Thank you for being a part of our special day!
Rented tents, tables, and linens from them. Very friendly and easy to work with, and reasonably priced for the area!
We worked with Lisa and Amy at Party Time Rentals Maine to rent white garden chairs for our outdoor wedding ceremony. The chairs were exactly what we wanted and were good quality. ...
They were prompt to respond and easy to work with. The week of our wedding they called to discuss delivery and pick-up times and followed our venue’s instructions on where to put them. I recommend them!
The quality of the rentals was great! But we had to pick up and drop off which was inconvenient. They offer delivery but said that it would be too much for them to deliver to Fryeb...
urg even though we were willing to pay. And then we were told we could drop off Sunday because that worked for us, and then the week before the wedding told that we couldn't drop off until Monday. Overall good quality, just a few service issues we dealt with.
The customer service was good, they took the time to answer all my questions, deal with my multiple calls to add and remove things from the order. They really made it simple and ea...
sy. The equipment was in decent shape and linens clean and stain free. The delivery and pick up was on time and painless.
Great service.
They were very helpful and good to work with. I had to change things around and wasn't able to acquire what I needed, but they offered help and other suggestions!
We had to create our own venue as it was in the middle of a hay field along a river. Party Time supplied the tent tables chairs and linens and helps us create the most beautiful ou...
tdoor fall country wedding. Beautiful tent with the best prices around. Not to mention how wonderful they were to work with.
Party Time was very easy to work with. They allowed us to add to our tent rental, take away tables as numbers of guests came in, and they set the tent up exactly as I asked them t...
o. The only issue we had was them not setting up the tables and chairs right away, they left and came back.
