our music vibe (shoutout to DJ Suzy!!). They were so easy to work with and provided great value to our wedding! The dance floor was bumping all night and we got several compliments from our guests on how seamlessly the music flowed and how great the song choices were. DJ Suzy also made sure to check in with us and our other vendors throughout the evening to make sure everything was running smoothly and she was so accommodating to any request. The photobooth was a super fun addition! Our guests had a great time and we have enjoyed looking at all the prints and digital copies we received. We can’t recommend Party Vibe Online enough!

We last-minute added the photobooth, and not only was it a huge hit with our guests, but everyone also commented on how fun Suzy made it. The PVO team is detail-oriented, great at communicating, and they understood our vision from the first meeting. We couldn't recommend them enough!

cuting a contract. Unfortunately, we did not have the same luck with our DJ, Chris. He was very personable and kind over the phone, and seemed to have a good handle on our requests and the vibe and flow of the event. The execution, however, fell a bit flat. First, the music cues for the recessional and the bridal party entrance into the reception were played very late, which led to an awkward hesitation during both of these moments. Second, he announced the Grooms mother's name incorrectly (said his step-mother's name) - a reasonable mistake, but when corrected, he just said "sorry" into the mic, rather than announcing the proper name. The Best Man and Bride both shouted the Groom's mom's name to the room so that she could get the proper recognition. We would have been understanding about the confusion, but this could (and should) have been easily remedied in the moment. Third, the Bride had specifically requested that 1-2 popular broadway songs (Hamilton/Wicked/etc.) were played during the evening and they were not. Additionally, our must-play list was generated by taking song requests on our RSVPs, which was communicated to Chris during planning, but most were played within the last half hour of the evening after the guests who had requested the songs had left. This meant that many people did not get to hear the songs that they requested, which was a bummer. The Groom and Mother of the Bride both requested songs to be played at multiple points of the evening and there was at least a 20 minute delay between the request and the execution. Finally, the songs played throughout the night were fine, but not quite the energy discussed and the dance floor was not very full. When the Bride requested that oldies be played at the beginning of the night, Chris played one 80s song and then returned to more modern music. Songs like the Cha Cha Slide, Cupid Shuffle, and the Wobble also went on way too long, even when the Bride/Groom signaled to move on. Overall, our guests didn't bring much up to us (i.e. if this was not our wedding, the DJing would have been fine), but we felt that Chris fell flat on execution of our vision of the day.

AZING music, and he played the exact type of music that we wanted. Sarah did a great job working our Photo Booth and we appreciate the book we received of all the pictures at the end of the night. :) Suzy was also wonderful to plan with, she always responded quickly and was super helpful. Booking with party vibe online was one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding! We can’t thank the PVO team enough.

Suzy and Bill went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly set up. They offered expert guidance without hesitation and made what could have been a stressful situation feel seamless. They were also so intentional and insightful with their music recommendations, helping us strike the perfect balance between our personal tastes and the energy we wanted for each part of the evening. From cocktail hour to the dance floor, everything flowed effortlessly thanks to their care and attention to detail. Throughout the entire planning process, they were consistently responsive, flexible, and so easy to communicate with. We’re incredibly grateful to them for helping create such a joyful, unforgettable atmosphere. The night of our reception, Bill was immensely helpful with running the show and kept us on schedule. The music was phenomenal, and we had so many guests not only rave to us about how great Bill was, but they also asked for his contact info to hire him for future events. We requested a specific mashup of two songs for our final song of the night, and Bill brought it to life better than we could have imagined! Hiring PVO was one of the best decisions we made in our reception planning process and we will absolutely be using them again for any future events!

attention to detail and experience during the whole planning phase; Party Vibe Online has some well-organized forms that helped us plan, and Suzy brought up things that we didn’t even think needed music (cake cutting). After taking the time to get to know our tastes, her recommendations really spoke to us. We also used her playlist of background songs (pop songs performed in a more strings/jazz style) during the cocktail hour, and our guests loved them. When the party started, Suzy was one of the best DJs we’ve ever seen at feeling the audience and adjusting to the crowd. She kept our older (70+) relatives and younger friends alike out on the dance floor literally all night—people kept coming up to us to tell us how amazing she was, and also to say that the only reason they took a break from dancing was because they were so out of breath! Suzy really helped keep the party going and was a huge highlight of our day. We also highly recommend her as an LGBTQ+-friendly vendor. We definitely would recommend Suzy and Party Vibe Online for events!

They also provided extensive questionnaires and we appreciated their thoroughness in getting to know us. My husband and I felt that Susan immediately understood what we were after, which can only be described as 2010s millennial hits. We had a small wedding, and we were somewhat worried that only a few people would dance. Enter Susan, who absolutely crushed the brief. She brought energy, read the room, and played hit after hit. We needed additional equipment for our ceremony, and Susan and Bill were able to accommodate our request only a few weeks before the wedding. saw DJ Bill at a family wedding we attended and knew we needed him for our wedding! We were nothing short of blown away by his talent and ability to read a crowd. We had a very specific taste in music and wanted to avoid all your typical cheesy songs you hear at every wedding. He followed our “must play” and “do not play” lists perfectly and we couldn’t thank him enough. Not to mention he actually mixes! Most wedding DJs we’ve seen just fade into the next song. DJ Bill is a true disk jockey and weaved each song into the next like a real professional. The dance floor was packed until the end of the reception (~4 hours after dinner), and some people we never expected to dance were out there cutting up the floor. One great surprise was how much of a hit the photo booth was! We have a wonderful album of shots from family members, friends, and old acquaintances cutting loose and having a blast at our wedding. Guests were given photo booth strips with our names and the wedding date on them, and now over a month later, folks are still talking about how fun it was to get pictures with people they haven’t seen in years. We want to give a special thanks to Sarah for running the booth and helping our wedding reception be extra memorable! His comprehensive "digital planning suite" allowed us to easily organize our music taste and preference. This covered from pre ceremony, ceremony, intro, reception, etc. This ensured that our music taste was felt throughout the venue. He was extremely accommodating and flexible with the music we wanted, and his wedding package added additional elements we wouldn't have otherwise had- all at a highly competitive price point. This included a custom monogram with up lighting and a fun photo booth for wedding attendees to enjoy. Suzy was our photo booth attendant, and she was extremely professional and fun! DJ Bill wasn't your typical DJ who just hit next on each song, but somehow blended various songs and genres into an unforgettable mix that kept the party going, and the dance floor packed. We cannot recommend DJ Bill and the PVO crew enough for your big day!

l your music selections/preferences was very easy to use. We met via Zoom a couple times to finalize everything and confirm all the very detailed specifics involved in a wedding. Suzy provided a full day rundown so we knew we were all on the same page. Day of everything was super smooth and we really didn't even have to think about what music when or who was being announced and how as it all had been dealt with and Suzy ran it smoothly. The music was on point, not just following a list of songs we provided but making our style of music into a real theme and dare I say, vibe. There were probably 40 people still on the dancefloor when the lights came on! The photo booth was very cute with fun props, and it was so nice at the end to get a photo album containing copies of everyone's photos. Everyone had a lot of fun doing photos. We highly recommend these amazing people for your wedding!
